As the door opened Hydro Shoved Clair in a trash can, as Clair was about protest The boy who had 'bullied' Hydro in class came in, Clair had he since to stay hidden, she pulled off the gross trash that had covered her and listened the nasty things Rhys and Hydro said, as they fought Clair realized that Every person had two sides, the kind I wanna be your fire d side and the I'm gonna beat the snot out of you side, she listened as the two males made a worse Complaint about the other, she could feel the heat rising between the two, they seemed so Angry and she guessed that the two boys most likely had a past with each other, she hoped that they would chill out, because there was no way to get a teacher with out going through the door which had been blocked by the two fighting boys, soon the fighting seemed to stop and the door slammed shut, Clair poked her head out, of the trash can, Hydro was getting up, and going to the sink, he was holding his face, more so his nose, she climbed out of the trash bin, and watched as he leaned over the sink, she guessed that Rhys had broken Hydro's nose, she stood and watched him sadly,
It seemed like she should have gotten a teacher, but she could not make herself, some how she felt that it would be a danger to go out, that Rhys would be waiting for her to come out, she felt that Hydro also needed to e to chill out so she just kept back Instead.

Hydro kept holding his nose, crying, he was losing blood fairly quickly, he sit not care, he kept feeling bad about what Clair had seen and the trash bin he stuffed her in..."Im..Sorry.." He mumbled to Clair, siting down on the floor, "Sorry you had to see that.." He said, his eyes puffy and red from crying, His ropes stained a bit with blood, Hydro was crying harder, hoping Rhys would not come back, Clair had never seen him like this, "I hate him i hate this school i hate myself, i hate my family.." He chanted quietly, banging his head on the sink, giggling, he sighed, he wanted out of here, he wanted to run away and live somewhere un-found, somewhere fun, and happy... he held his nose laughing a bit more, he stood up and fell over, not caring, he stood abck up and looked at Clair, remembering she was there, the door to the place opened slowly, not quietly, "Look Hydro-" Rhys started, seeing Clair, he bound his fists and glared, "Stop being a bitch and look at me, not her, im the target." Hydro said, mocking Rhys, little did they know, a Relative of Clair, A Slytherin was watching them as Rhys was ready to get angry again

" and don't get all swear-y with me, I don't take that kind of treatment" she growled, she was ready to let her no-shit demeanor show, she hated bullies and she was ready to punch him in the face if she needed to, she took a breath, the smiley kind funny Clair Fernandez, was gone she was now in Don't-Mess-With-Me-Mode, she Glared her death glare at Rhys "I'll tell you what, my family is known for its kindness and second chances, and I don't want to break that good name, so I'll let you explain your bursts of hate, and then I will decide what to do" she said, the 11 year Old's Face was stealy and full of hater but she was ready to give Rhys a second chance.

Clair held her Arm with her good hand, it hurt badly

The teacher, a sub for potions, stood there, hand in hand, she was, by all means, pissed at the goons and Rhys, Hydro was on the floor, bleeding, bruised and beaten "Rhys Remo! and you two! head master's office! Now!" The teacher yelled, rushing them off, "Miss, Fernandez, Can you grab Mr. Shiro-Maniac and i'll call for some help for you to," She turns around, opened the door and called down the hall, two fifth years ran in there to help them, the two grabbed Hydro and The teacher walked out "Get them to the medical wing, I'll deal with the boys and the headmaster" She said, walking away, "come on, lets get ya to the meds" A boy said, his accent was quiet German, maybe perhaps Scottish, as the boys bolted down the hall, Clair being levitated as they ran, students stopped and watched as they passed, some worried, some shocked, others...well...following in pursuit, some even took to the air, on brooms, the quidditch players watched and followed, murmurs and whispers called in the halls: "who Beat him?" "Who would beat a first year?" "Why?" "Who's that?" "Who's the one with the broken arm?" "Is that not those two Slytherins sister?" "A Pure-Blood, Beaten up-?" it went on..

Clair watched as the teacher (faceless and unnamed!) gave the three trouble, as they headed to the Headmasters Office, a group of (also faceless and unnamed!) students took care of Hydro and Clair, Clair was levitated into the air by a student and flown? Carried? Along Students in the hall seemed to notice, most seemed surprised that a Pureblood First year would be beat up, Clair Grimaced, Rhys seemed full of hate, he seemed to be rude and heartless, but could he just have a bad past? Did a Pureblood hurt him or his family? She was all for second chances and hoped that the headmaster or who ever felt with the three boys would give them a second chance, Clair Wished that Rhys would be Ok, not only in his body but mind as well. She looked at the dirty Hydro below her, he was going to be ok, same as her, she knew this, she trusted Hogwarts and it's people to fix her, then a thought crossed her mind, Was she TOO trusting? She shook her head to clear that thought, it was not possible to Over trust! She was so lost in thought that she did not even notice the Students pit her on the ground in the Hoptail wing, she only seen a Doctor come over and then the world went black.

She awoke with her arm feeling stiff but other wise fine, and Hydro sitting beside her, his face cleaned up and hos clothes changed, he was either sleeping or acting, but Clair decided to rest for a moment longer, she looked around, they looked to be in the Hosptail wing still, she was glad that they were OK, and also out of the way, she nudged Hydro "c'mon let's get out of here!"
She said softly as not to disturb any other Students in the Wing.

He begged, once more duing the 'puppy dog eyes' act to putt it together "Pweaseeeee" He begged more shaking her, he kept on until he was shaking her more and more, like a drum he stopped suddenly to sneese, "i'll continue now" he muffled it as he kept begging, he started to giv up then he had an idea "Ideaaaaaaa Lets play a gameeee!!!" He said, jumping up and down, like a little kid, he covered his eyes and said "Ill count you hide!" he said laughing, counting slowly he laughed some, stumbling and waiting if Clair would move "27... 28 ... 29 ... 30 ... 31 ..." Ke Kept waiting, "32 ... 33 ... 34 ... 35... 36... 37... 38... 39 ...40!" He 'sung' "41 ... 42 ... 43 ... 44 ... 45 ... 46 ... 47! ... 48 ... 49! Almost there Clair! better hide!"
