So I'm gonna love you
Wherever we're standing...
Paige's hands flew across the piano. I won't take you for granted... The song played in her head, and she could hear her heart beating over the music. She stopped playing the piano, and rested her hands on her legs. She felt the worn jeans under her skin, and fingered the edge of her soft shirt. Was what she was wearing okay? She had braided her hair together so it was out of her face. She didn't her hair distract her, she wanted nothing too.
She looked down at her shoes, the ones her mom at sent her. She had told her mom she had liked a girl, and her mom had been supportive. She had recently sent an owl to her mom saying she had a girlfriend. A lovely girl who needed someone to tell her she was worth every piece of gold, even more. A girl who didn't know how beautiful she was, someone who didn't know how special and unique she was.
The girlfriend she was waiting for. She had sent a letter to her, telling her to meet her here in the rehearsal room for a "surprise". Paige had recently discovered her voice when she was singing in a shower at camp. She had also been looking into piano, and she had practiced and practiced the song. She waited for her girlfriend.

Mentioning/Interacting with: @Paige Grant Her hair is now a darker brown.
Right Paige time, all dressed up in an ok outfit and excited to see her girlfriend.
Selina walked into the rehearsal room and was excited to see what Paige had done for her. She was very excited when she saw Paige by the piano, as a young girl Selina had played the piano and she had had piano lessons.
Hi Paigy, how are you? Selina asked Paige bending down and kissing her on the cheek and hugging her, despite only just starting dating Paige she loved Paige to bits and would never want to do anything to hurt her.
Did you tell your mum? I can't my mum died a few weeks ago. Selina asked Paige but finished sadly tears floating in her eyes.
One tear slid down her cheek and she wiped it off hastily trying to make sure that Paige didn't think she was a baby missing her mum so much.
Selina doubted she would but just in case sorry if I'm ruining your surprise, now you main start. Selina said excited to see what Paige had done for her.
Selina was ok at playing the piano and had put a lot of effort into it in her lessons until her piano teacher passed away.

Paige rubbed her sweaty hands on her pants, not entirely sure what to do with herself. Man, waiting was awkward when you were alone. It was silent... and... weird. Paige tilted her head up and down slightly, inhaling and looking around the room. Yup. Awkward. Silence. During this time, she made a mental list of pros and cons of waiting alone.
Pros: Time to practice
cons: awkwardness
Pros: Getting the room to yourself
Cons: Having no one to talk to
pros: time to think
Cons: you might not always like what you're thinking about.
At that, she stood up and paced the room. Many things could go wrong here. Her voice could crack, she could forget the lyrics or the notes, she could actually be bad at singing but only good in her head... She went back to the bench, more anxious.
She placed on her forehead on the piano, and it gave a series of interesting sounds as she hit the keys with her forehead. It sounded frustrated. Anxious. "I agree, piano."
She examined her fingers, bored, as Selina finally walked in. Paige turned, a grin spreading across her face like ink in the ocean. Her face lit up, and she embraced Selina with a big hug and a kiss on her cheek. She slid over on the bench, patting it. "Hi, Sel! Sit, c'mon!" The bench was a bit small, but they would fit together.
Paige set her hands on the keys, before turning to Selina. "I did! She's really supportive! What about y-" Paige froze. She looked at Selina with sad eyes, and hugged her. "Im.. Im so sorry." She didn't know what to say. She had lost her brother a few weeks ago, and she had gotten an owl breaking the news.
She didn't know what to say, because she was going through that pain, too, and nothing anyone could say would change that. She saw Selina wipe away a tear, and it made her heart ache.
She wrapped her arm around Selina. "Im really sorry, Sel. What I have prepared isn't important, not if you are upset. Do you want to talk?" Her song was not important, no.
"You're not ruining anything. Im still here with you, aren't I?"

"No play your song I want to here it, please, I need a distraction we can talk later if you want." Selina told Paige not wanting to ruin her time, she have Paige a quick squeeze and wiped her tears on her sleeve.
She twiddled with her thumbs until Paige would start her song.
Selina didn't want to think more about her mum, despite wanting to think about the happy memories with her mum she was just too sad to think about them.
"I love you Paige, so much but I just don't think I can think about my mum, I want to honour her memory but I need a distraction and your so beautiful I don't need a distraction. Because your here." Selina told Paige, it was all true she had stopped thinking about her mum and was focusing on Paige.
She loved Paige to the moon and back without even counting more than a million times, she was
such a beautiful girlfriend and she was the only person that Selina needed right now.
"Now play you're song," Selina told Paige as love tears appeared in Selina's and dripped down her cheeks, she didn't know this beautiful surprise that Paige had planned for Selina.
She was still thinking about what she could do in return to Paigy.ReducioSorry if my posts aren't very good I recently got broken up and I just need to distract myself as Selina does in my post.

"Are you sure?" She steadily looked into her girlfriend's eyes, (her beautiful eyes), and could see it was. The girl did need a distraction, and that was a perfectly valid reason not to talk about something. She also knew that when you lose someone, it's not easy to talk about it right away. You need time to process and get your thoughts straightened out, and that was okay. Selina would talk about it when she was ready, and Paige respected that. She wasn't going to be pushy. "When you do want to talk about it, I'm always willing to listen." She added.
"Alright, I'll start then, Selina. " She said softly, sliding a little closer to her. She set her fingers on the piano. "I didn't write this song, by the way. I would write one for you, but I'm not even remotely good at writing songs. This is a muggle song." She cleared her throat and played the first notes on the piano.
She was nervous, true because she's never sang in front of anyone before. It was something she recently discovered she could do. It wasn't what she wanted to do for the rest of her life, though, but it was something she could do on the side.
As she sang to Selina, she glanced at her occasionally to see her face. When she caught her eye, she smiled and continued.
