History/Background Story:
Maria's life was peaceful before she received the letter to Hogwarts. She lives in a normal house at Castle Caereinion, Wales with her family, because her parents thought that it was a good idea to move there from Germany. Maria has been having to deal with being homeschooled by either her parents or the tutor whenever her parents are too tired to teach her.
When Maria is alone with her babysitter in the house, this poor girl would try to keep herself entertained by running around the house with a broomstick screaming I AM A WITCH KNIGHT! FEAR ME! It was either this, play with her cat: Mr. Fluffy (Didn't bring him to Hogwarts), or Maria would make a mud castle in the garden.
Speaking about the witch part, household magic is very common around their home, because of her family being a wizard-born. Whenever Maria makes a mess by either breaking a vase by accident or being mud into the house. Either her mom, dad, big brother, or the tutor has to clean up her mess. Yes. Maria's tutor is a witch, and their name is Lily Glaeser. She is a best friend of Maria's mother, and they are also their next door neighbor.
As for why Lily doesn’t introduce Maria to her kids, she doesn't know they don't do that. ( The actual reason why Lily didn’t introduce her kids to Maria is because they are troublemakers. Lily's kids don't know how to use magic, but they do know how to be destructive. Lily doesn’t want to deal with another destructive brat if they end up meeting Maria. )

About her family's jobs: Everybody besides Maria works at the Ministry of Magic, but in different departments.
Her mother: Amy works at the Department of Magical Transportation, because she knows about them.
Her father: Damon works at the Department of Magical Games and Sports, because he is a sports fan. In fact, Damon doesn’t shut up about his love for sports in front of his kids.
Her big brother: Alex works at the Atrium, since he wanted to work at the receptionist desk.

Now about Maria's first instance of accidental underaged wandless magic. It was on a rainy night when this happened. Her big brother: Alex, and her five year old self were both asleep in their room while her parents were watching football on the tv. It was a peaceful night until Maria had a nightmare about a giant spider chasing after her. Her parents didn't put a night light in Maria's room, because they thought Maria would be fine without it. However, that was a big mistake on their part. Poor Maria got so scared of their nightmare that she started to cry in her sleep, and hiccup random bubbles from her mouth. As for her parents, neither of them noticed the hiccuping until Maria screamed SPIDER in their sleep talking. That caused them to run towards Maria's room, since they were concerned about their daughter. However, what they saw in her room was something they weren't expecting to happen.
Upon entering Maria's room, the two of them saw Maria crying in her sleep, and hiccuping random bubbles. They looked at each other for a bit before looking at the sleeping Maria, since this was their first time seeing the hiccuping bubble happen in their house. Her parents walked towards the side of her bed, and patted Maria's head, so she would calm down. That trick worked on her, and the hiccuping bubbles disappeared once they calmed down. Maria's mother: Amy then gave her daughter a night kiss on her daughter's forehead upon seeing that, and signaled her husband to quietly leave Maria's room. He nodded a yes at his wife, and the two of them left their daughter without making too much noise.

The next day is when her parents got to properly react to what happened last night. Maria's mom: Amy got a bit too excited about her daughter's first accidental underaged wandless magic, and wouldn't stop talking about it. As for her dad: Damon, he was trying to not be too concerned about that, because his wife's reaction towards his daughter's accidental underaged wandless magic was a bit too much for them. However, he was definitely proud of his daughter for having that experience.
Meanwhile, both Alex and Maria were confused as to what their mother was talking about, since they were asleep when Maria's accidental underaged wandless magic happened. Upon realizing that her kids had no clue she was talking about, Amy had to explain to them about the accidental underaged wandless magic being able to make hiccup bubbles appear.
Personality:
Maria is a friendly girl, who loves to talk to people. They aren't afraid to protect their friends from danger, and will try to beat them up with a blunt weapon if she gets her hands on one. This girl loves to eat sweets, and likes to learn new things like magic. In fact, they will try to learn everything about it if she is given the chance to do so. Maria has a tendency to break stuff by accident like the vases in her house, and may be curious if she doesn't know something.
They can speak German and English.

Maria hates bugs, the dark, or being punished by an adult figure like her parents. They also think that their white cat: Mr. Fluffy, is the cutest thing ever, and was sad about not being allowed to bring them to Hogwarts.

She is interested in learning about magic, baking other stuff besides cupcakes and cakes, painting, and taking care of animals. She does know how to sing, but doesn't know how to dance.

Appearance:
Maria is an eleven years old girl, who has brown hair, blue eyes, fair skin, and no freckles. Her height is 5'4, and her weight is 110 lb. This girl loves to wear anything that has pastel colors, and doesn’t like the color brown. She wears a blue skirt, a pink shirt, a white ribbon, and pink sneakers.

Family Lineage: Now for the juicy part. Maria's family lineage is very interesting, because not only does it have normal wizards and witches in their family lineage. It does have seers, dhampirs, and veelas as well. The reason for that being a part of their family lineage is, because one of their ancestors thought it was a good idea to marry them, or just because they were hot. There are no muggles in their family lineage, since their ancestors didn't like the idea of a non-magical person being a part of their family.
Nobody in Maria's family knows how complicated their family lineage is, because the amount of genes for them got so small over the past eight generations. The genes for them won't resurface for this reason, and Maria's family doesn’t know about the vampire society.
Note: Not all of Maria's ancestors wanted to marry a vampire or a veelva. They wanted to marry a normal wizard or witch, but they ended up finding out about their seer talent.
