Siege merely gave a grin, "Man, trying real hard to learn that boring spell huh?" Commented Siege. "Guess it's that time of the month huh..." Muttered Siege, trying not to laugh. Ah, what a drag...The class is boring, and now the people after class is boring too... Siege pulled out his wand and looked at it. Ya good there buddy? Memorizing all of these spells, what a drag...
The one who answered him quite coldly was a Slytherin, not that he had anything against any particular house. He was, after all, raised in the muggle world, having no special knowledge of magic, besides his unusual natural affinity to Wandless magic. What an assertive attitude, and demanding as well...Definitely would have fared well in either Ravenclaw or Slytherin, though it seems like the sorting hat, decided it was best for her to be Slytherin. All of a sudden the song Love Game by Eminem, popped in his head, making him laugh a bit more inside, with its randomness. Wait...Is the human phrase of magic, Abra Kadabra, an actual spell? Should I try it? What does it do? Uh does it open doors or something? Maybe does cool teleportations? I dunno, but now I'm itching to try it out!

Kaiser watched the girl as she shook her head by stating her name as if she was confused or distracted by something "ok... Erin" he said but before he got time to say anything else he noticed the Gryffindor guy that stepped in with that lazy look on his face "Man, trying real hard to learn that boring spell huh? Guess it's that time of the month huh..." the boy commented. Kaiser sighed, that annoying all mighty attitude made him remember of a Slytherin guy he had encounter a few times before "it seems they're multiplying" he muttered to himself as he eyed the guy with unpleasant eyes, at least this one wasn't from Slytherin which proved that arrogance and annoyance was not exclusive to that house.
Kaiser decided to ignore the obnoxious kid and turn his attention back at Erin just in time to hear her... order "Disarm me" she said. Kaiser looked at her, not so happy to receiving orders but despite her rather harsh demeanor, he didn't dislike her, actually aside from the way she talked sometimes she was just like anyone else and he could dismiss the orders as well, parts of her personality. The boy took a few steps back and took out his cherry wood wand "ok" he said and moved his hand in a spiral fashion before shooting forward "Expelliarmus!" he called. While her unsure of the hand movement, he was proven right when a white ray of light was shot from his wand headed towards Erin and knocked her wand off her grasp. Kaiser was shocked for a moment, but smiled as he saw the spell work correctly and even a smirk formed on his face "guess it worked" he commented, though he had no idea on how to control the strength of the spell, he supposed there was nothing to worry about of hurting the Slytherin girl since the light created by the spell was almost white which proved it wasn't that strong, so at least for the time being he would not hurt his classmates whenever or if ever they practiced it again.

"ok... Erin"
Kaiser complied before he muttered something under his breath that she did not quite catch. Her expression betrayed slight annoyance as she assumed that the statement was directed at her.
His wand drawn he would rotate the wand as described in class. He would then declare his word and intent. A flash of white light would flash at the tip of his cherry wand. Her wand would be violently ripped from her hand despite her constrictor-like grip and clatter on the floor behind her. It happened again, there seemed to be no way for her to prevent her wand from rocketing away once the spell was cast. Also, it appeared to be done with such proficient ease. She felt frustrated and envious and her sentiments were painted over her child-like face despite the fact that she said nothing.
"Guess it worked"
She would turn around and take a deep breath after, part of her thinking she masked her annoyance and anger before she searched for her discarded wand. She would find it had slid across the room and that it had wedged itself behind a bookshelf that was not pushed firmly against the wall. She would pick at the edge of the bookshelf, the base of the wand just barely stuck out and the wand would rattle against the surfaces as she bent over and tried to coax it free.
The wand would eventually be knocked free. "You're good at this," she commented begrudgingly. "Do you mind if I try?" If permission was granted she would emulate Kaiser's movements perfectly as she said the magical word "Expelliarmus" bereft of passion. Nothing would happen. No spark. Kaiser's wand did not move. Nothing happened again. "What am I doing wrong?" She was worried although she would never admit it. Why was she incapable of casting this? Was her wand broken? Was she broken? "Expelliarmus" she repeated impatiently a second time. Still nothing. She could feel panic setting in.

"Eurgh... why won't everyone be quiet...?" Serena mumbled under her breathe, subconsciously. She had no awareness of what was actually going on around her. In fact, she didn't even realise that words had escaped her lips. Yes, the young Hufflepuff had been sound asleep in a deep slumber until all of the noise in the room started to wake her up. Her eyes were shut, her head lay in her arms... against one of the desks near the back of the room. "Shuushhh." She groaned a little louder, hoping all of the sounds stopped as her body started to stir awake. Her half-sleepy brain slowly started to wake up.
It must have been a few minutes before she suddenly inhaled a large amount of air and her eyes shot open. Within an instant, she looked up around her and started to take the scenery in. ... Class? People? Oh, right, yeah, defense against the dark arts... eurgh, are we still practising? Serena wondered as she blinked. Thinking that the class was still running, she lifted her hand to cover her mouth as she yawned. Then she rubbed her sleepy eyes a little before laying her chin back onto the desk. Well, she had already achieved the spell, right? So there wasn't really a point in practicing. Instead, she may as well nap a little longer until class was over and she could leave.
Serena sat with her arms crossed on the desk, her chin resting on top of it and just watched some random people with incredibly sleepy eyes. She wasn't actually taking in anything. If you asked her what she was looking at, she couldn't tell you. Her body was just resting there but her brain had started to fall asleep again. Her brain was definitely not functioning right now, she may as well still be sleeping but with her eyes open and her body sort of awake.

"Oh? You were still there?" Said Siege genuinely surprised, even though she was practically next to him.
Oh crap...She was still there...Totally forgot...*Thinks Back*...It was after I got injured I think. Yeah, we sat down, and I fell asleep...Though I don't remember her falling asleep...Maybe it was because I was asleep...Wait...I was injured a bit...
Siege looked at his arm in wonder, then in amazement.
Whoa, those magical bandages do work! It's good as new now! What now though? Plus...I don't like that stare there... Eh, whatever I don't care enough to care...I just wanna have fun... And fighting with either of them wouldn't be fun...Plus...I'm not into hitting girls. *Thinks back earlier*...I mean with my own will of course...
"Hurry up and get up Serena, we're heading out..." Said Siege, just lazily slinging his suitcase over his right shoulder, and faced the door. He grinned to himself, the same devilish grin he always has...A grin of both mischief and devilry. Despite the cold stares, these two seems interesting...If I ever want a fight...I guess I could always get in fights with them...but they might declare a duel or something...What a pain...
"Well...If any of you wanna go up against me...Just hit me up, and I'll answer..." Said Siege, directed at the Ravenclaw and Slytherin practicing. His tone wasn't cocky, nor was it ambitious. It was of plain indifference, and gave the vibe that it wasn't just wand dueling that he was talking about...

Stifling another yawn, Serena blinked as her brain started to comprehend what it was looking at. She was staring at Siege’s face. He was talking to her... or at least, his mouth moved in her general direction. Inhaling abruptly as his words finally made sense in her head, “Yeah? Where would I go?” She replied with a confused look on her face. Of course she would be in class... where else was she meant to go? Wait- was she asleep? Whoops, how much of class did she just miss? Wait... when did she fall asleep? Serena was definitely confused, albeit that’s not a surprise to anyone who knows her.
She had been talking to Siege. They had completed the task - or well, given up - and sat down to talk right... Gasping suddenly as she recalled what had happened before. “Hey! Your hand! Does it still hurt?” She would have reached out to grab his hand had he been close enough to do so. His hand had burns all over, she was in the middle of inspecting it... or so, that was what she thought. Although she had no idea how she had dozed off, she remembered the injury and her worry. Following his gaze, she observed his hand from a distance (shocker!) and sighed a breathe of relief as it didn’t look bad... in fact, it looked a lot better now. Back to normal... fully healed. Though she wasn’t sure how that happened. “It looks really good”, she said softly as she stared at his hand.
Before she knew it though, he was by the door and ready to go. Blinking, she looked at him, “But clas-“ she started as she looked around. It quickly dawned on her that there was no professor. And half the students seemed to be missing... in fact, the classroom was eerily empty. A handful of students remained, two looking incredibly serious as though they were in the middle of a heated match. Class has ended... she had no idea when but somehow, she was still here and she didn’t need to be. Without a second’s hesitation, Serena reached down and grabbed her bag. She stuffed her wand in her pocket, tossing the bag strap over her shoulder and standing up. Without further ado, she followed Siege and covered her mouth as she yawned on her way to him.
Serena was clueless as to where she was going - or why he said they were heading out. But she was still also half asleep. In her sleepiness, she was happy to follow him without question. Plus, she most certainly did not need an excuse to leave class. She didn’t understand what was happening between him, the Ravenclaw and the Slytherin but... she also was too drowsy to care.

OC: The fact was not really clear in your post. Muttering is usually an out loud statement. I will edit my post, removing that mention because that was the only interaction you would have had with me. Mod/Admin I will delete this under 200 word post in a few days as to maintain my compliance.

OOC to Siege: you said "muttered" which makes one thing you spoke loud enough for other to hear. If you wanted to speak to yourself you should've said something like "muttered to himself" or "said quietly for only him to hear" else everyone would assume it was a line everyone could hear.
IC:
After the successful attempt at casting the spell Kaiser watched Erin search for her wand, should he apologize for throwing it away? Maybe he should've helped her getting it? In the excitement of the success he forgot to consider such simple things. Before he realized it, Erin was back, with a not so pleasant smirk on her face "You're good at this, do you mind if I try?" she said without changing her face. Kaiser didn't know what to say if apologizing or anything so instead he decided to better go with it "err... Sure, go ahead" he told her and awaited.
Kaiser took a step back, wand in hand prepared to receive the spell, somehow the idea of being the victim of the spell seemed exciting, probably he liked this more than he expected. As he awaited he could see Erin mimic his movements quite perfectly, if she ever had doubts about them, it was not shown now, she did them perfectly, but as she casted the spell, a rather dry "Expelliarmus" was heard, just as if she was... not excited? Or maybe lacking of intention? He wasn't sure, but it certainly seemed to be lacking something. And it proved to be important when the wand released well, nothing, as she casted the spell no light came from it, not even a spark. "What am I doing wrong?" she asked, clearly getting frustrated, or at least it seemed that way to him. Kaiser relaxed his stance "well, maybe..." he said before she tried the spell once more, this time she seemed anxious really, but just like before nothing happened.
Kaiser thought for a moment "perhaps you have to be willing to disarm your opponent? Not sure, but maybe intention is important for this spell?" he said calmly, trying to somehow help her out with it, after all, he wouldn't feel comefortable to have disarmed her when she was not able to cast the spell on her own, that would feel wrong, somehow.

Lilias stepped into the room, book in hand, messy ginger hair pulled back to keep it from her face. "L-Laate..." The words were quiet, mostly spoken for herself when she noted the class had already begun. She slipped through the door, managing for once to be silent.
Just as Lilias managed to make it to a desk unnoticed her robe got caught under her foot and she fell. Her wand rolled away and her book hit the floor with an unnervingly loud noise. Her cheeks became an impossibility dark shade of red as she realized she would always mess something up. She kept muttering 'sorry' as she scrambled across the floor to retrieve her wand and book.
She stood finally and took a seat by herself. She began reciting the spell silently to herself, hoping she wouldn't mess it up when the time came to actually use it.
