It was safe to say that Gabriella was getting pretty angry now. No matter how hard she'd tried to catch Scarlett off-guard, her jet of water kept on missing the girl, while she herself was being constantly drenched by Scarlett's attacks. It's my terrible reflexes, Gabby berated herself, my horrible evasion skills. This is what gets people knocked off the broom in Quidditch. She shuddered as she remembered the final match of the previous season, hurtling towards the ground and fearing for her life. And Scarlett's managing to get involved in some side-squabble, too! she thought, unsure whether 'side-squabble' was a real phrase, or whether she'd just made it up.

The good thing was that people had laid off a little on the attacks - for now - and she was able to concentrate her efforts more on hitting Scarlett. If the Gryffindor was wetter than she was by the end of the match, Gabriella might be happy. Unfortunately, that wasn't happening at the moment.

"Just testing," said Gabriella coolly, trying to keep calm as more snide remarks from the organiser-commentator followed. "Just trying to catch her off her guard," she added with a smirk, before seizing the opportunity to try and hit Scarlett square-on. Hopefully, she hadn't given the third-year enough time to prepare herself to dodge... or at least, that was her theory.

Paige smiled at Starlee as her shot hit. "Thanks!" Starlee had missed, but that was okay. in fact, Starlee was pretty chill about it. That earned respect. However, Paige would not deprive herself from the joy of celebrating, even if it wasn't good sportsmanship.

She was a good player, but she felt that a little celebration was needed. She shot her fist into the air, giving a little jump. "Yes, yes yes!" She brushed her hair from her face, and held her water gun tight to her chest, ready to use it. She surveyed the commotion around her, many people were wet, but she seemed to be one of the wettest.

Paige had already given up hope on being dry, her dry release shirt had no time to dry off, so many people were hitting her. She needed to get her head in the game. Apparently, though, every one she shot at wanted revenge and to hit her back. Even if she had missed them, it seemed they wanted to put her in her place.

Why her? Why were they aiming their anger at her? Others had shot at them too! This was unfair.

Paige was getting unlucky. More than one person was shooting at her. "Ahhh! Leave me alone!" She yelled. "I'm innocent!" She would then try and dodge the three shots at her, and with any luck, she would.

Cassie snickered at Scarlett's statement. Yeah, she'd enjoy shooting at Berry too, if she got a chance.

"NO! You can't!" Cassie said firmly when Charles asked if he and 'Red' could bond over how 'annoying' Berry was. "Look, I am all for you and Scar bonding, but not over shared dislike of Berry. He's really nice when he wants to be. But he's kinda out of practise at this whole making-friends thing; he's been stuck at home for, like, half a year, 'cos-" And then Cassie suddenly realised that Berry might prefer her not to tell people about his dragon pox without asking him first. Although it was pretty obvious since he was still covered in the scars from it. But still. "-'cos reasons. Oh, that was smooth, Cassie. Real smooth. Wait, did I say that out loud?"

And then- "Oh. My. Gosh." Cassie nearly dropped her water gun as she took in the marvelous sight of Snow White, dripping wet. "Who did this. They deserve a prize. Like, a medal. Berry, please tell me we brought medals." Cassie hadn't, but maybe Berry had been more prepared than her.

Then someone aimed at Scar, and she missed, and Berry did his 'tch' thing. Cassie had gone so long without hearing that noise that she'd almost forgotten how annoying it was.

When Cassie shot at Charles, she not only missed, but Charles managed to find his water gun because he'd dodged out of the way! She huffed as Berry laughed at her. "I'll get you back for that," she told him, sticking her tongue out in his direction. "When you finally join in."

Actually, why not make him join in now? Cassie was plenty wet enough and not many people were still dry. But she knew that Berry wouldn't join in without someone watching out for cheaters... she was going to have to sacrifice herself, wasn't she? Cassie fired off one last shot, in Scarlett's direction. She hadn't been able to hit Charles, but Lettie... maybe.

Whether it hit or not, Cassie would then march up to Berry and give him a little shove towards the party guests. "Go join in, and don't you dare gimme any dragon pox nonsense; you're over that now, 'kay?" She grinned, taking his place. "And please break a rule so I can shoot you." Then, Cassie waved her arms about above her head, trying to get everyone's attention. "GUYS! YOU CAN HIT BERRY NOW, PLEASE DO TRY!" she shouted. "BUT NOT ME. SADLY."

SCARLETT A had chosen a target. She had become determined to hit GABRIELLA as much as possible. There was no doubt that SCARLETT A was pretty good with a gun and that could be seen when the red head once again hit FLORA with the jet of cold water. It wasn't over though. GABRIELLA wanted to make the Gryffindor a lot more wet than she already was and that was exactly what happened. SCARLETT A was probably cheering to herself for hitting her 'mortal enemy' when she got a taste of her own medicine. A splash of water in the face.

"Being late is always rude. If one can not get to a place on time then obviously it wasn't very important to them in the first place." Sébastien stated crossing his arms while furrowing his eyebrows at Scarlett. "However, those were both pretty good shots so well done."

STARLEE couldn't put her finger on why SCARLET S was causing such horrible emotions inside of her to happen. Maybe it was the way SCARLET S had looked at her or maybe it was just pure magic. STARLEE would aim their gun at the girl and fire. SCARLET S had not been as quick as she probably would have hoped and instead jumped right into the water being shot at her.

Berry smiled and nodded at the girl Starlee, "Quite a good shot there. You seem to be getting your morals back." He chuckled to himself lightly and then turned his eyes on to another person.

SCARLET S, SHANELLE and VIVIAN had all decided to go for the same person again. Three people on one seemed like a great way to douse someone with water quickly. They had all gotten their hopes up too soon. SCARLET S had missed her shot on PAIGE as well as VIVIAN. The one who took the gold medal home for their shot was SHANELLE who had hit PAIGE dead on in the chest while PAIGE jumped around looking insane trying to dodge that attacks.

"Teaming has not worked out for you yet again." Sébastien mentioned to the three girls, "I suggest you go for different targets next time. Spreading your 'skills' over the whole game." He nodded his head slightly before turning to Paige and giving her a small thumbs up congratulating her on evading all but one of the attacks.

CASSANDRA wanted to make as many people wet as possible and with VIVIAN looking the like one of the least wet it had become apparent on who they should try hit. However, just like right at the start of the game, CASSANDRA's eyes would be drawn towards SCARLET S and without realizing it her finger pulled the trigger missing VIVIAN by a long shot.

"She really has an effect on you. Are you sure you're okay?" Berry asked crossing his arms over his chest again. "You can't seem to take your eyes off of her."

CHARLES had made the very impressive thought that everyone should at least be a little wet by the end of the game. He had also noticed that MILOSH had not been hit once due to the fact no one had even bothered to attack him yet. Well, CHARLES was going to change that. Or so he thought. MILOSH decided to dodge out of the way and hide behind CASSANDRA keeping him dry. Thankfully, CHARLES' aim was so bad that CASSANDRA also did not get hit.

"Charlie, your aim is so bad I fear you may hit me by accident." Sébastien groaned rolling his eyes at the boys failure at attempting to hit someone. "Maybe if you stopped thinking so hard you might have a chance of understanding how to hit people."

LAVINIA also wanted to change the fact that so may people seemed to be dry. CHARLES had become her target just like she was to him a couple of rounds a go. The girl shot but something caused a unsettling feeling to happen in her stomach. Her head whipped around to also look at SCARLET S just like CASSANDRA had making her completely miss her shot.

Berry furrowed his eye brows and looked towards the girl Scarlet. She really did seem to be putting everyone around her off. "Something is wrong with you." He said and then turned back to Lavinia, "Try to resist the urge to look at people while shooting. It's not funny when someone misses a shot."

CASSIE HEATHER had very adamantly forced BERRY to join into the game. Not before taking a shot at her own friend SCARLETT A. Unlike her failure on hitting CHARLES, CASSIE HEATHER successfully drenched 'LETTIE' with the last shot she would take in the game.

"I did not bring medals. I am sorry Cassie." Berry said nodding his head while smirking to himself watching Carrots wet through. His appreciation was soon turned into shock horror as Cassie stated he had to join in on the game. "What!"

"What!" Sébasiten said with his eyes and mouth with open. Her words had frozen him in place. He couldn't play. He just couldn’t. "You.. You can't do this to me Cassie. You know my.. Condition. I have scars on my face look!" He pointed towards his cheeks in desperation as a cry for help and sympathy. However, there would be in way in hell Cassie would change her mind, "Fine. I'll play but only for a little bit."

As his best friend waved her arms around announcing he could now be hit, Berry felt a pang of guilt hit his stomach. He had told Cassie that he had gotten Dragon Pox which was completely wrong! The boy had instead contracted Spattergroit. An illness that leaves the victim bedridden for months on end. "A..about that Cass.." He put his hand to his neck and rubbed it sheepishly, "I didn't… actually never mind. I'll tell you later. It's not that big of a deal."

With that he picked up his water gun and slowly walked off. Sébastien didn't know why on earth he had told Cassie that he had gotten Dragon Pox instead of Spattergoit. There was no reason to lie to her at all. It had just happened in the moment. If she ever found out he had lied to her it would probably ruin their whole friendship and then he would never have any friends ever again! Who knows who she would tell. Charles? Maybe even Carrots. The pair would both for sure make fun of him when figuring out what had really happened over the last six months of his life.

Berry was sure that Snow White and Charles would go for him sooner or later. There was no doubt about that. He just had to put his mind at ease and push away the guilt and fear that ran through his veins away. Sébastien had to focus on the game he was now participating in. He was the birthday boy after all and there a very large chance he would be popular for being a target. "Just don't look weak and you'll be fine. Stand tall and proud." His muttered to himself looking around for his very first target.

Charles sprung up into view and Sébastien grinned while lifting his water gun towards the Durmstrang student. There was no way that Berry would miss. Charles was such a loser that his brain would tell him to walk into the stream of water instead of away from it. The boy took a deep breath and then shot with all his strength. If Cassie wanted him to play then that is what she would get.

As much faith she had in getting out of her funk, Lavinia felt very unsettled all of a sudden causing her shot to soar right past Charles. It was somewhat upsetting, she was now wet and couldn’t get anyone else wet. Hearing commentary, she turned to the Birthday Boy and just shook her head at his comment. He could say what he wanted about her abilities but, right when he was able to be hit, she would. “Ahhhh I see, thank you for the super important advice.” Lavinia said sarcastically to Sébastien.

Hearing a shout, Lavinia learned that she was now able to shoot at the annoying yet supportive Birthday boy. It was exciting for her, all he was doing was commenting but now she had a chance to prove how good Snow White was. Lavinia was going to get out of this weird funk and douse Berry in water.

Finding him in the group, she stared him directly in the eyes and said, “Does this don’t look at people rule apply to when I aim for you or not?” Lavinia was just messing with him a little bit before she tried to soak him. Let Berry know what was going to happen so that he had to accept the inevitable. Tightening her grip on her water gun, Lavinia aimed straight at Berry and pulled the trigger.
