Summer Camp Truth or Dare Group 1 Closed

As expected, the first round of dares proved an entertaining bit of chaos as Ethen watched his peers fully embarrass themselves. There was a part of him in the back of his mind that feared the potential retribution of the great General that he had pelted with a water bottle. He wasn’t exactly sure what type of punishment such an action might bring but he tried to put that fear out of his head to fully enjoy the remaining chaos of the truth or dare. Ethen still didn’t understand why people would take the easy way out with a truth but thankfully he had gotten the chance to dare another.

He was not familiar with the younger student but Ethen studied the boy appraisingly as his mind began to work. While the first ideas just seemed outright cruel, Ethen knew he had to think of something that was at least doable. It wouldn’t be much fun if he just scared away other student with some preposterous dare. Ethen took a moment to make sure he was looking at the correct student. But decided that he better just yell it out to be sure. “LANCE!! I call upon your soul,” Ethen said ominously, wiggling his fingers.

“I have obtained your name for a mighty dare….So! I dare you to go pick her up,” Ethen said pointing a sudden finger at Gia. “And then dance around smelling her hair,” Ethen laughed with a mischievous grin. He felt bad offering up Gia as a sacrifice. He didn’t exactly know her but if he was accumulating enemies, he supposed there was no harm in adding another one to the list. But he watched the Lance boy carefully to see if he would be willing to go smell the girl’s hair.

Thankfully, Falentras latest dare went unnoticed, or at least nobody dared to laugh or stare as far as she knew about it. She was able to dust herself down a bit more once the mud had dried, yet felt no cleaner which only meant her mood was to go even worse. Her outfit was ruined, despite it not being anything too expensive or flashy, she still looked like some clown in her own eyes. Though, it seemed karma was to side with her with what was to follow.

A dare was handed to her. Not one that she had to complete but rather hand out. And of course, it was to no other than the boy who had the guts to made her look how she did now. Ethen Emrys. She had no trouble finding the boy once more-- how could she forget that face?
Approaching him in a rather formal greeting, although it wasn't like she had done the first time round, she made sure to catch his attention with a cold, sharp tongue. Her voice was low, yet so loud in confidence. ''Oi, boy. Ethen.'' She stated, then finished off by tossing the piece of paper his way. ''I dare you.'' She made sure to empathize on the word 'dare' in hopes it made him uneasy with how he made her look a fool last time round. ''I dare you to cry out as loud as you can, like a baby and sucking your thumb whilst your at it too. Don't be shy whilst doing it either. Walk around and show everyone the big boy you are.'' The dare... it wasn't great. If she could let her dark thoughts spew so freely, she'd probably be escorted from the summer camp, so she had to keep it sweet, with a hint of embarrassment being throw right back at him. Payback was always sweet, especially when she had the best seat in the house. A snug look was sat proudly on her face, and her arms would fold as she awaited the show.

Giving a truth for Milena (@Glen Pope): a girl, clearly one of the older students around, appeared near Milena with a smirk on her lips. She had to give her a truth, "So, if you had to pick someone to kiss that's at summer camp right now, who would you pick?" She asked with a giggle, wondering who the girl would pick.

Ethen was merely relaxing and minding his business when a familiar voice pulled his attention with a confident greeting. Ethen turned his gaze to Falentra with a raise of his eyebrow and a smirk. After he made the girl embarrass herself, he assumed that she would be looking for a bit of vengeance and it seemed that she would be granted the opportunity. Her emphasis on the word dare gave him an uneasy feeling that he might regret what he made her do. But it wouldn’t matter. Whatever this girl could come up with, we was going to do it. Ethen would not become a glorious legend by backing down from little challenges.

Ethen began snickering to himself as Falentra offered him his dare. It could have been worse, he knew. It was still an embarrassing task and he doubted the others in the group would soon forget it. But it didn’t matter. Ethen stood up and faced Falentra with a mocking grin. “That the best you got? Easy,” Ethen taunted toward the girl before dramatically taking a step back and stretching his shoulders.

“WAHHHHHH!!!! WAAHHHH!!!!” Ethen boomed, mimicking an obnoxiously loud baby crying. Tilting his head up to the sky, Ethen let out another wail. “OOOWAHHHHHHH!!!” He suddenly forced his thumb into his mouth and began sucking on it as he waddled up to the other gathered members of the small group. “I’m a beeg boy! NEED MILKY!” Ethen said trying to sound like a bratty little baby. “I a beeeeg BOY!!! WAHHH!!!” he repeated as he would wander up to each of the remaining group members. He would continue sucking his thumb unless letting out a shrill cry.

After wandering around to the group showing them how much of a big boy he was, he turned his sights back to Falentra and began wandering over with mock sniffles. “Mama Fa-when-tra, I your big boy,” Ethen fake sobbed as he plopped down on the ground next to her. “Where my milky, mama! WAHHHHH!!!!” He let out a final cry and began sucking his thumb as he stared directly at Falentra for a few moments, trying to make her regret her own dare. Finally, he removed his thumb with a grin. “See, easy,” he snickered, assuming that he had now, forever, ruined any sort of positive reputation he might be able to gain.

That... was not a question she would've expected. But again, this was Hogwarts, so... yeah that tracks. Probably. The honest answer to that question would be a distinct no one, for two reasons: one, there was no one she was interested in, two, kissing random people was beneath her anyway. But the question was if you had to pick someone … Milena mentally ran through all the appropriate Pure-Bloods she knew of, but none of them particularly stood out. Nevermind that some of them would either take it for genuine interest while some others would consider it far too forward even as a lark and therefore think less of her. A kiss was not how you started a potential courtship (or anything along those lines) after all. That would be jumping right in the deep end.

“Alisa.”

Yes. Her best friend was the only feasible answer to that question. While her friend would probably find it strange or disconcerting, she was the only person Milena would be remotely comfortable kissing at this point in her life – whether a 'proper' kiss as the question implied or a kiss on the cheek. There was no one else at camp that she was familiar enough with.

Surely two questions were enough participation? She really did not want to have to answer yet another awkward question. Yes. This would have to suffice. Giving the girl a nod, Milena would then walk off to settle down somewhere on the sidelines to keep observing without participating further.

Milena Orlova, Ethen Emrys and Falentra Black were the bravest souls there was among Group 1 it seemed! They managed to hold their way through till the end. Milena left before she received any more awkward questions, leaving the latter two. Would the latter two just continue to give other dares until someone gave up or was it time to just call it a day? Time to find out.
