When the young Ironwoods arrived at their Manor, a joyous laughter filled the house. Maritza (one of the Ironwoods Manors' helper) told Cash their mother had some company. Cash knitted their eyebrow as another sound (this time belong to a male one) greeted their ears. Two set of eyes glanced at Cash when the soon to be third year stepped into the sitting room.

Their mother told the green eyes that the man is her brother. Cash rise one of their eyebrow expected another elaboration from their mother but it never came. After small talk with their mother and uncle (Cash had met the man before back in Winter holiday when Cash and Kara flew up to São Paulo, Brazil).

But the unpleasant meeting happened a few weeks ago. Now, both Cash and their uncle stood inside the Magical Managerie. After their mother told their uncle that Cash birthday was at the beginning of this month. Cash's uncle want to give them a birthday present. Their mother told that Cash want to have a snake as their pet.

When the uncle - niece duo stepped into the place, the small bell above the door rang. "Why do not you go looking around"Uncle Enzo told the former purple haired. Cash nodded at that. Before they visited this place, Cash sent two set of letters for Henry and Starlee. Both of the students become a great friends for the Beater.

Cash hoping before the three of them went back to school again, they could meet up since some of their schoolmates will attend Summer Camp. When Cash looking around at the establishment, they feel like someone - no - something followed their every movement. Cash could feel the gaze of that something.

And when their green eyes landed on the black and yellow snake, the snake stood up and look at Cash intently. The young socialite feel like the snake beckoned them to stepped closer to its cage. The beater was smiling when it seems the snake kinda of smiling back to them. "Ahh yes! what an odd choice for a pet, don't you think?"Another voice greeted Cash's ear.

Cash almost jumped out of their skin. "Mi dios! (my god), can't you not?"Cash threw a glare towards the man. The soon to be third year take a glance at the man. The man standing at six feet tall with broad shoulder and he has a pot belly. His belly reminded Cash of a certain man that lived in North Pole.

"Ernest Witticker, at your service"The man introduced himself but from the distance Cash's uncle called for his assistance. "I'll be right back"Soon Ernest walk toward Cash's uncle. A soft tap coming from the glass terrarium, bring Cash back to the present. "Psst!"The snake calling Cash out.

Cash looked around to make sure there's no prying eyes that will see their interaction with the snake. "KID!"The snake yelled at Cash. "Are you talking to me?"Inquire the young Ironwoods. The snake nodded at that. "Take me home with you"The snake told Cash in demanding tone. Cash chuckled at that. "Aren't you a bossy one"The Beater make a playful jab.

"I do not belong here. I belong to someone like you"The snake said. "Someone like me how?"Cash questioned the snake. "I know what you-"The snake did not get the chance to finished what it wanted to say since Ernest stand beside Cash again. "Are you talking to the snake?"Ernest enquired. "No!"Cash half - shouted and they let out a nervous laugh.

"I must be imagine it"Ernest let out a deep chuckle while scratched the back of his head confusedly. Cash nodded their head. "You find something you like, Cash?"This time around it was Uncle Enzo that asked Cash the question. "Yes"Cash replied shortly. Uncle Enzo looked at the black and yellow snake on its terrarium then send a wink to his niece.

"Alright. I meet you at the front of the store. Feliz cumpleaños (happy birthday). Cash"Stated Uncle Enzo to his niece. Just as Uncle Enzo about to leave where Cash stood, he turned around. "Are you ready to go?"The Brazilian asked the former purple hair. "I am about to meet some of my friends"Cash told their uncle.

Uncle Enzo nodded at that fact. "Well, I want to see the other stores. Let me know if you ready to go"The brown eyes man told the Beater, with that he left Cash alone. Cash then looked at the snake again. "Thank you"The snake said to Cash. The green eyes walks around the store some more to buy their new pet snake essentials.

Cash smile at the snake knowing in some years to come that the snake will be their un verdadero compañero (one true companion) that never let them down.
