Madeleine giggled when Cosmo admitted to not knowing where the ballroom was. "It is a pretty huge castle. It took a while for me to learn all the places in Beauxbatons during my first year. I'm just glad you know your way back to the dining hall," she said with a smile.

After Maddie talked about her mom and the wandmaking and dancing, Cosmo spoke of her art classes which made the French girl smile. So she was a fan of art after all. "Yes, there are magical arts classes like painting, sculpting, dance, architecture and even acting," she shared. "I know that here you mainly focus on the practical magical subjects. We learn those too, but I'm really happen I get to keep taking dance classes at boarding school."

Cosmo claimed to relate about the whole being annoyed by her mom when she didn't practice her art. "Yes, exactly! It's like they don't understand that practicing solo just isn't as fun," Maddie said, latching on to the similarity they felt in that regard. It crossed her mind in this moment that Cosmo had not mentioned what her dad for work. She had mentioned her dad was the reason she had such a unique name, but Maddie wondered what he did for work. Something in astronomy, perhaps?

Before she could ask, though, they had arrived at the Hogwarts dining hall. Madeleine smiled in relief at the smell of the food and the roar of chattering students. Time to find Cassanora and let Cosmo get to her own friends. "Thank you so much, Cosmo. It's been really nice talking. I'll see you around!" And with that said, Maddie entered the Great Hall, searching for her friend and food.
