Any fear that Willow had that she was out of place among royalty was easily assuaged by the two girls reassurance. Her smile quickly returned to its usual state of sunshine as her confidence in her place among the wizards returned. She wouldn't be here if she wasn't meant to be here, not just at Hogwarts but speaking to Astrea and Ana. Astrea had always been at least... outwardly sweet to her. Albeit always a tad cold, but Willow always thought that that was just how she was. If there was anything to melt her cool resolve, it would be the sunshine incarnate that was the badger's personality. Something special had drawn Willow and Ana together, a night of sobbing together by the lake was truly enough to make any connection special. They both struggled with who they were, in different ways. Willow took a second to reflect on the friendships she had made and felt especially sentimental about the moment between them and their pets which seemed to mirror their owners in different ways.

As Willow came back to earth she saw just how much Jaz was eyeing up Buttons, but the young girl was mistaking it as a sign of wanting to play so desperately bad despite getting a bath rather than anything malicious that surely lurked behind the cat's eyes. "You two will be the first receivers of any paintings he does. Rest assured, and free of charge! For being the first supporters of my lucrative business." She gently placed a kiss on Button's head, as if sealing the promise into her little prodigy artist.

Willow was about to agree with Astrea's suggestion of a future playdate, but then Jaz finally succeeded in her revolt against the bath. Water dumped all over Ana as she struggled to restrain the feline that just wanted to be free. Willow jumped up with a start before trying to look around for something to help her. "Uh, uh! Stay here I'll get something!" In a routine that seemed practiced, Willow placed her arm down as a ramp for Buttons to leap up and perch onto her shoulder and head as they went off to find a towel. She returned moments later, handing it over to the drenched Gryffindor. "Hopefully this helps, but maybe a trip to your Common Room is in order so you don't have to be wet all day." She smiled assuredly at Ana.

"I should actually head out. I still have a lot of homework to finish up. But it was nice seeing you guys, and meeting your little companions!" She gave the two girls a small wave before walking out of the classroom with a restrained bounce as to not dislodge Buttons from his place atop her shoulder.

Meows of protest exited the white bundle, but fortunately, Jasmine seemed resigned to her fate. Or, at least, she was staying still and plotting Buttons' demise for a later date. Despite her extremely vocal complaints, the feline seemed to be enjoying her new circumstances. Unlike Ana.

Now that Jasmine had been wrangled, Ana could return Astrea's look of amusement. Whether or not Jasmine would have done anything undesirable if she had, in fact, reached Buttons remained unknown, but given her brutal past treatment of pygmy puffs and how beloved the tabby clearly was to Willow, it was best not to find out. After the moment of surprise and adrenaline had ended, Ana was acutely aware of the fact that not only was her front entirely drenched, but an uncomfortable amount of water had entered her shoes.

The Gryffindor was not overly fond of getting wet, especially when she was fully clothed. While she probably knew a charm or two that could resolve the situation, returning to the Common Room and changing sounded vastly more appealing. Ana shot Willow a grateful smile as she left to get something to help. Buttons perched on Willow's shoulder was rather impressive and Ana idly wondered what might happen if she attempted to replicate that with Jasmine. Nothing good, that was certain.

"Thank you ever so much, I'm most grateful," Ana said as she accepted the towel. She delicately shifted Jasmine to one arm and dried herself off as much as she could without setting her cat down. She nodded at Willow's words. That was along the lines of what she had already decided.

Ana gave Willow a small smile and wave as she left before turning to Astrea. "I fear I must depart as well. I have Quidditch practice soon and somehow, I doubt it would be entirely pleasant in my current circumstances. It was lovely to see you again," she told the Slytherin. On that note, Ana departed.
