Kyle gritted his teeth and pulled back his fist to throw another punch at the girl as she mentioned losing things, losing people. Like she could know what its like knowing what your best friend tastes like. The rusted, cobweb covered gears in his head managed to move slightly as he fully digested what she said, and came to an actual understanding. She wasn't belitting his loss so much as trying to find common ground. Like that would keep him from throttling her.

with a grunt he reached down and grabbed hold of the front of her cloth and hoists her to her feet, glaring into her eyes as he held her eye level. "I dont care who or what you have lost, and how much you think that is a common thread. Only reason I aint painting the walls with yer sorry ass is yer givin me a fuckin migrane"

With that and pulled her towards a stall and kicked the door open before he half shoved, and half threw her inside. "Next time I see you, make sure I dont. Yeah?" and he slammed the stall door before he turned on his heel and stomped out of the bathroom. leaving the girl alone.

The older boy raised his fist again and Opeila couldn't keep the panic out of her face as she raised her free hand as if that could stop him. "W-wait, wait!"
For what? Nothing. Her body was still hurting from his last punch- How could a thirteen year old boy be that strong? What did this boy do in his free time, lift tree trunks?

But it seemed that her claim that he was not the only one who had lost people was stopping him. Somehow. Instead of hitting her again, the Gryffindor grabbed her collar and pulled her up. Opeila grunted in pain, automatically reaching up to grab his wrist.

Fearfully she looked at him, her wand was gone, somewhere on the ground where she had dropped it.
Another quiet groan escaped her lips when he pulled her away, somewhere she couldn't see, only suddenly she heard a loud noise. Kyle had kicked one of the stall doors and it had crashed against a wall.

Her eyes widened when he threw her inside, the Slytherin could only catch herself before her head could slam against the toilet bowl. Opeila barely heard his warning in the end, only the noise of the door shutting again. The second year moved into an upright sitting position, gasping from the painful movement. Carefully she lifted her shirt a little to look at the spot where his fist had hit her earlier.

Opeila sighed. It was alredy turning blue. She had no experience with getting beaten up, but something told her that she would be sore for a few days for sure. Next she gently reached up to the cuts on her face and hissed when it stung.

Opeila gave herself a few more minutes before she slowly pulled herself to her feet and left the stall.
Opeila is leaving the thread.
