The Nerd's Have Appeared pv Noah Jupe

It wasn't night yet but if he closed his eyes then he could see the stars. Burning there in front of him, forming invisible shapes that it took time to recognize, bringing back old memories.

Henry closed his eyes to imagine the stars, holding his hands in his jean pockets. He could see the the stars, the bright glow forming constellations. It was beautiful.

It reminded Henry of a time before. A time where he wasn't a werewolf, his twin sister hadn't disappear, and he still has a mother. He remembered stargazing at night with his family, laughing as he pointed at different constellations and creating memories together.

That was in the past

And Henry Knight had to live in the present even if it was a struggle at times

He would feel a arm around his shoulders and open his eyes to find his friend; Noah Jupe standing by his side.

Henry would give the gryffindor a smile along with a nod, they have met in the library on day reading books and muggle comics. It was fun having someone to nerd out about things and create some fun in the libary.

Laughing into his books whole chatting with Noah has always brought the young yarn great joy, a part of him wished to go back to doing that again.

"Hello," Henry spoke as his eyes drifted back toward the sky and edge of the forbidden forest not sure what to say but also knowing exactly what to say to his friend.

"Happy May the fourth," Henry spoke remembering the day was May fourth and it usually was connected to the muggle movie; Stat Wars phase, may the force be with you. So he figured that Noah might appreciate hearing those words that day.

Henry gave a smile to the first year when he replied back to it being the fourth of May, the gryffindor always did seem to lift Henry's spirits whenever he was down or felt worried. It was one of the reasons why he was glad that they were friends.

Henry moved his hands from their crossed position across his chest to into his jean pockets as he looked out into the sky, taking a breath.

That was until he heard Noah's words and saw him suddenly in front of him, Henry would take a few steps back as he nodded and listened to the gryffindor's words.

"Thanks but don't be, my sister isn't your fault and I don't want things I change between us Noah," Henry spoke smiling at his friend, hiding all other emotions behind the barrier that he created and kept up for years.

"I can't help but find certain muggle things interesting, I am a nerd after all," Henry spoke adding a hint of playfulness to the last line as he smiled toward Noah before listening to his question.

Meeting his family and identical twin brother; Billy Jupe? Henry thought about it for a moment first he was excited for his friend. Excited that Noah had a identical twin, soon they would both have twins even if his was missing. Second Noah just invited him to spend sometime at his house and meet his family, that sounded big for friends and Henry of course wanted to say yes but then remembered.

He needed to ask his father

"Your going to meet your twin? That's wicked Noah! You have to write me how that goes," Henry spoke smiling at his friend and keeping his hands in his pockets as he thought for a moment before continuing" I would love to come over to your house and meet your family this summer, I just have to ask my father but I'll write to you as soon as I get the answer," Henry smiled and hoped his father would say yes but it was hard to say with the man.

"My brother could take us to or I could probably sneak you into hogsmeade next year and get some ourselves, students can but butterbeer," Henry spoke as he imagined being a third year next year and sneaking Noah into hogsmeade so they cold get themselves some butterbeer and perhaps have a snowball fight.

Henry would smile softly, keeping his hand tucked away in his jean pockets as he heard Noah's words and nodded slightly to them as he spoke" of course Noah," however the young teen felt something was wrong when he saw his friend turn and away and write something down on a piece if parchment.

"It's alright Noah, whatever it is won't change the fact that were friends," Henry spoke hoping to comfort his friend or bring him relief since he could tell that the first year might be having a hard time with this.

Nevertheless the young teen took his hands from his pocket and read the note, smiling when he got to the end. Nothing changed to Henry, they were still friends and would probably still hang out in the library again talking about different perhaps weird topics.

The young teen would hold the note in his left hand and give it back to Noah when he would pulled him into a tight hug, a bit out of character for the boy who doesn't normally hug someone for no reason.

"Thank you for being my friend as well, Noah. Every dork needs a nerd right," Henry would whisper into his friends ear and continue to hug him tightly but also comfortingly before whispering to him a final phase, "Nothing can stop us from being friends and thank you for trusting me enough to tell me that your gay," the young teen would let go of his friend and brush a strand of hair from his face feeling like everything was awkward now as he placed his hands back into his jean pockets.

"So do you have any crushes? Is that why you told me," Henry asked with a smile and a tone of playfulness in his voice as he eyed Noah but then listen to his words allowing for the subject change since he didn't want his friend to become worried or awkward now.

"I'll write to you everyday over the summer regardless if I could come over, " Henry replied as he thought of everyone that he would he writing to that summer or visiting. It was funny how many friends he had in that one year compared to the previous years, or definitely helped Henry feel like he was starting to find his place and fit in.

"Next year no matter what, I'm sneaking you into hogsmeade and were going to have some butterbeer," Henry spoke and smile at thought, he did always enjoy going to hogsmeade with friends and going with Noah was going to be no different.

After the young teen would release his friend from the hug, everything felt semi awkward and Henry could feel it but ignored it as he smiled over toward his friend.

He heard his words and wanted to intervene but choose not to, Henry wasn't a expert when it came to love but he could see what was happening in the situation and wanted to comfort his gryffindor friend so he offered a soft smile and took a half of step closer.

"Your amazing Noah, you intelligent and funny and kindhearted. Your brave and I love having out with you, you really are amazing," Henry softly spoke with a smile on his face taking a moment before he would continue, " I would love to help you ask Wally's boyfriend out or talk with you about crushes if you want," another pause as the young teen was still experimenting and seeing what sexuality he was. Henry wasn't sure if he was straight or gay or bisexual or even ace... it was especially hard for young lad since he only had his elder brother to talk to about this.

"I don't know if I'm straight or gay or bisexual or what yet but if you want then next year on the first hogsmeade trip we can try going as a date," Henry asked seeing the offer wasn't really much but it would be beneficial for the both of them. Henry could see what sexuality he was and Noah could have some experience with going out on a date.

"Of course, were friends aren't we? And friends stick together so I can't wait to go to hogsmeade with you," Henry replied smiling toward his friend before looking back and noticing how dark the sky was getting. He didn't want to get in trouble and serve another detention that year so the young teen would smile toward his friend as he spoke" I'm glad were friends Noah, I'll write to all summer and I can't wait to see you next year," the young teen would take a final moment before smiling toward Noah then turning on his heel and headed down the astronomy steps toward the slytherin common room.
