That does sound good but I feel like people could use it to post rumors involving others where there isn’t OOC consent. That's a fair concern. At least this way you can make sure there's OOC consent before it's added to the masterlist. Give it a go and see. Don’t just try and make them up for the sake of making them up though, make them be something that adds to your character development.
