Almost A Snowman PV Piper

Ross snickered like a gremlin at the noise she made. He was winning, and he was living for it. Not only that, Lil Layton must either be terrified for his life or enjoying it. There had to be some form of overlap, right? Just as he thought he would stop snickering there, the girl screamed a little 'YOU WILL REGRET THIS!' and he was sent into mass hysterics once more as he put his hands on his knees. The miserable cold air and warm sarcophagus that held him safe absolutely did not assist him in catching his breath.

It took a solid moment of him entirely letting his guard down for him to yell "I dunno 'bout regrettin it, seein' ya get hit was pretty funny." he joked.

He did not realize that him letting his guard down would be one of the biggest mistakes of his snowball fight's life. Out of nowhere, he heard a loud 'TAKE THAT'. He hastily directed his attention to the source, but it was far too late for him.

SPLAT

It hit him right on the head. Snow found its way into the crevices of his jacket, giving the boy the uncomfortable feeling of being surrounded by the cold as it refused to escape. It was all watery due to the limited heat he had surrounding the snow itself. On top of that, he fell backward onto his butt. He froze as everything processed. A long, uncomfortable pause before his thoughts finally came flooding out.

"HEY! YOU OWE ME A HOT CHOCOLATE, NOW!" he exclaimed as a grin formed on his face.
