With the smoke, Bridget couldn't see what was happening. Couldn't see the end of Delilah's tap dance, synonymous with her drop back to the platform (though she could hear that part) as Frost decided against maintaining the spell. The close call of Frost's Flipendo, just barely avoided by Delilah, would have likely drawn some gasps from the crowd, under normal visibility.

What could be deciphered was the choice of spells, incantations ringing out from the cover and providing decent indication of each duellist's current location. Two Knockback Jinxes from the Hufflepuffs, and in a very strategic move, the Healing Spell by Delilah. Any attempt to hit an opponent right now would have been a complete shot in the dark for the Ravenclaw, so opting to heal herself up a bit as the spells impairing her faded was a move worthy of the blue and bronze she represented.

If Frost and Lea had been successful, they would have wrought considerable damage on their opponent. Unfortunately for them, Delilah mastered her movements for the last moments of her floating and dancing. And, of course, there was the tiny detail of the smoke making it hard to see anything.

Speaking of which, the spell's products had faded quite quickly, and just like that, they could see again. None of the duellists looked any worse for wear, and in fact, Delilah looked decidedly better. Where a moment ago it seemed her chances of winning were slipping away, a few well-chosen actions had placed her right back in the running.

Every round, her mentality flipped, she went from intense hope to despair in seconds, this round was a lot more calm, both of her opponents missed, however she still ended up hitting the floor with a small thud, but she got back up and healed herself quickly, with how little that happened this round, she hoped to have more luck like this in the future.

There would have been a bit more of an advantage for the hufflepuffs... had they hit. But smoke was hard to see through, aiming towards what she thought was Delilah with a Flipendo. As the smoke dissipated, however, the ravenclaw almost seemed healthier. Whereas moments before Lea had felt good about their position, the advantage was gone. Still, neither side was at a disadvantage either- there was still time to see what would happen.

The smoke was a disadvantage to the Huffle girls and Delilah too, but was worth it to heal herself. Maybe if their spells had hit it would be different, but still a smart play. Frost would have to write it down and use it some time. Later on, she would commend Del for it, as Frost was never one to play that smartly. Once the smoke had faded, she looked to her teammate and readied herself once more.

Having regained an operatable state, the three remaining duellists chose spells that balanced blunt force and disadvantaging their targets. For the fourth years, this meant producing bursts of wind from their wands with varying success. Neither had much issue with the cast, but while Delilah proved too quick to be hit by Frost, the Ravenclaw struck true. It would be the first damaging hit on Lea all match, and a fairly staggering one at that; it certainly looked like the spell was taking a toll on the first year.

Still, Lea wasn't down yet, nor had she lost her accuracy. Though this cast of the Dancing-Feet Spell was very nearly avoided by Delilah, it landed. Delilah would be forced into a dance for the second time this duel, this time a ballet sequence instead of a tap dance. Hopefully she had good balance, otherwise she might find the next stretch of time a particularly annoying combination of uncontrolled dancing and struggling to keep herself upright without control of her feet to adjust as needed.

Things went more her way this round, her spell hit, she managed to dodge the spell from her fellow fourth year, however when it came to the first year across from her, she hit her mark. She didn't even need to hear the incantation to immediately know what spell she cast, starting to do ballet...which Delilah did not know how to do. if she hated any spell, it was that one.
