Even Vlad's account cannot see the on site areas, I have to specifically alter posts outside the accounts view for the sake of events. This is an event NPC as are several others for the sake of ensuring drama happens to your characters. I have at least one associated with each house.

In addition, these are tester accounts, things like the Rememberall don't even work on them. When I break an account beyond use, I turn it into an NPC.

You need to be registered in the index. I don't know how strict the mods are, I know that in some events you only needed to have posted in the registration thread here, but you might have to wait until you're approved (Tagging @Kazuo Shimada for more info).
When you met the requirements, you can enter the Underworld topic in the Courtyard forum

In general for a moderatable action you will need an approved trunk. Trunks need to be approved because before approval I could have 20 in all my stats in my unapproved trunk. It does not make it right, and it is amazingly common how often people fail to read up on the stat system fully. A lot of the stuff you should encounter early on in the ball should be rather mundane and not require a great deal of rolls unless you thrust yourself into a tense situation. For the sake of the moderators please make an approved encyclopedia with a trunk as soon as possible before you make an entry post. Reach out to one of the organizers by owl or DM about your specific needs and if you can roleplay while waiting for approval since that can take some time. While waiting, please don't punch people, start fires, etc. because they would not be able to moderate your actions.

Yes, we require that you be registered in the index. Once you are registered you are free to enter the Ball here, no other requirements (except standard word count of course) necessary. From there, if you choose, you can move immediately to the Spring Celebration as your action for this moderation round. Moderation is weekly, on Saturday.

Well, but Ellie, as you are already registered and have been owled- I just checked registration- you only need to fix what they asked and owl them back after. It shouldn't take that long.
