Blossom Ball code spoiler warning:

Also, the one with the pomegranates (the symbol of Persephone) is "11 22 9 8 22 11 19 12 13 22" which spells, with the backwards alphabet sub cipher, "Persephone." The goddess of springtime, queen of the underworld.

Edit: but after that, unfortunately, it seems it's a different code. Or at least a different way of looking at it.

"The gods welcome all worthy to take a chance and prove themselves as heroes."
There was just a typo before with the "h" in "worthy," but it's still the same message.

Edit: and the "she who walks the floors of hell" is a quote by Segovia Amil. Idk if that means anything, though.

Edit: OMG that's Elaine Pendrast's fc, Segovia Amil. Ok, so what about Professor Pendrast? I know that can't be a coincidence....

Edit: The "Where we go when he closes my eyes. and under what country; some blue darkness, farther from hell; a landscape of absence and root and stone." Quote by Cecilia Woloch. Again, not sure if that means anything.

Am I allowed to say that?
You know what? We will say yes! :decayed:
Ok. Any admin reading this, if it's not alright then give a heads up. Also, the one with the pomegranates (the symbol of Persephone) is "11 22 9 8 22 11 19 12 13 22" which spells, with the backwards alphabet sub cipher, "Persephone." The goddess of springtime, queen of the underworld.

Ahh, gotta jump in here. I know for fact that there are people who want to solve that by themselves, so maybe put it into a reducio with spoilerwarning. Then it should be fine :)

Possible Blossom Ball code spoiler (mostly just the speculations of a madwoman, though, lol):
Reducio
The "Some say horsemen, some say warriors, some say a fleet of ships is the loveliest vision in this dark world, but I say it's what you love," quote is by Sappho. For anyone who doesn't know, Sappho was a renowned poet in Ancient Greece who wrote about love between women. She lived on the island of Lesbos, and that's where the term 'lesbian' came from. But that's probably not relevant. They might have just picked a Sappho quote because it's on-theme and Greek, but idk, there might be some kind of connection there for something.

Edit: "Dubious,
facing three ways,
welcoming wayfarers,
he whom the sea-orchard
shelters from the west," is from a poem called Hermes of the Ways by Hilda Doolittle (H.D.). Two symbols of Hermes are next to that poem in the invitation. Idk, can anyone make sense of this or is it totally irrelevant? I might be grasping at straws here.

Thanks, @Violet Carrington. :) I have been trying to be conscious of that rule, but I keep slipping up.
