Maria did her best to avoid the incoming volley of spells but a spell clipped her anyway. Her body moved on its own as she started doing the chicken dance like a child in day camp. Maria grimaced as she saw Elisabeth get hit by another spell. This time, it seemed she wasn’t going to get back up. Once again, Maria was alone up against a powerhouse of a team. They hadn’t taken landed a hit. Bad, this was very bad.

Alan was sure it must be the pressure raising up in Maria, because her spell was beautifully executed, but perhaps nervousness got her in the end after all and the spell went astray. "Maria and Elisabeth dropped out, which means Ravenclaw has won!", he announced for the spectators to hear before he walked over to the team of eagles and offered each of them a handshake and another few words of congratulations to their victory.
