I- again got no replies in. I still haven't even started my npc. Instead, I tuned out my online classes with music because I was at home today. Probably not a very good idea.

They are all dNPCs. You can have one iNPC (independent NPC, who doesn't have to have anything to do with Noah) from one of the foreign wizarding schools that are currently offered, who has the same age as Noah. dNPCs (dependent NPCs) only exist because of your character- siblings, parents, childhood friends, old teachers, the bartender from the pub down the road and so on- and you are only allowed to mention or include them in threads with your character in it and only from your character's pov.
