No, wait that isn't right. Ok, I'll start from the beginning again. You make your basic encyclopedia posts with your character's personality, appearance and history, etc. And you make a trunk post (feel free to look at mine again). For that you choose your stats. As a first year you have 35 points in total that you can distribute on Stamina, Evasion, Strength, Wisdom, Arcane Power and Accuracy. Those determine your success or failure with spells and other actions.
Once you created your trunk you register for the Index. When staff accepts your registration, they will turn your trunk post into a game master post. This is to prevent cheating, so you can't add spells that you haven't learned or stat points your character wouldn't have for example.
The game master wouldn't make a trunk for you, if you don't make one you simply won't be allowed to join events or graduate.
