It seemed that the boy was not interested in chatting with Florian and simply ignored him. Hmpf. He was tired of all these Londoners and Hogwarts students thinking they were better than the Beauxbatons. At least, that's what Florian thought was happening here.

He took another sip of his drink and continued to walk about the edge of the ballroom, observing the dancing adults and chattering students around. Really... there was no one here he felt like talking to. Honestly, his anger seemed to be getting the best of him... so much so he was almost contemplating setting it all on fire. Really, why did first years learn Incendio? Surely it only caused problems like this. However, he would probably never be invited back to another one of the grand Beckett Balls again, so he thought better of that plan... at least for now. In the end, he settled for grabbing as many sweets as his grubby little hands could take. He continued walking along the wall, shoving sweet after sweet down his gullet. He paused, noticing one of the waiters walking around the center of the ballroom. He had his hands full, carrying hors d'oeuvres as well as a tray of drinks, and he looked like the perfect target for a little mischief. 'Hmmm... perhaps this is how I can get some entertainment tonight...' Florian thought, excited now about the opportunity to make this event a bit more fun.

He pulled out his wand and muttered under his breath, "Tarantallegra..." wanting the waiter to start up a classic Irish jig, and to hopefully knock into some nearby guests - perhaps even spilling his trays all over them.

Katherine had a shit-eating grin towards silver, She also had her dangerous smirk on. She spoke back to Charles and changing her expression to a thinking one tapping her fingers on her chin, she then looked at Charles then back at silver and spoke " I agree the wind does sound particularly idiotic today, I'm sure the other side is much better",

Katherine had looked at Charles laid out arm then looked at him, she had her devilish smirk and a glint of mischief in her cold icy eyes. She carefully placed her cold hand into his and spoke " We shall", she gave one last look to silver and let out a scoff but her expressions never changed, she had then let out a shit-eating grin as they left to the other side.

As Katherine stood on the other side now looking straight at Charles, she grinned and spoke" it sure would be, I don't know who she thinks she is, but one huge ass mistake she did was interact with us, actually no just look at us, How dare she speak to us like that I would gladly cut her tongue if I could",

Katherine had noticed Charles's eyes glance at some people which she automatically thought was probably his brother and his family, she saw the glances of fear and worry in his eyes. She hated when charlie doubted himself, She grinned when she heard those words come out of his mouth.


She heard him talk about his brother and damn he was truly describing a cocky jock who is full of himself , Charles was probably describing a perfect dude but lucky for him he has kath by his side, no one is perfect around katherine.Katherine thought if she could get close to his brother in any way she could have an opening.


Katherine had a soft smirk, she thought of her plan making sure it was perfect. She gave a simple hum in return and spoke" how about this, Listen closely You will go up to your brother and basically brag about me talk about how he wouldnt be able to woo me and how I'm so perfect whatever you guys say , then you will say that I have had a dance with you and I will have a dance with your brother".



Katherine paused then continued"Then I shall go up to your honorable family and ask a dance with your brother and state I had a dance with you already you with me? Then I will go and have a simple dance if he is as what you say he would probably speak about himself and all that , Ill act as if I'm interested although I don't give one shit, ill put on an act",

Katherine stopped then finally continued" here's were you come in I need you to go behind us so when we are dancing he takes a step back almost trips then ends up stomping my foot, but you have to be quick so you wont be seen,then pace back to a place were you are out of sight, incase he decides to look around.I will then be pissed and say how much of a good person you are and all that stuff ",

Katherine had her devilish smirk on and spoke"You just trust me, it would be like a promotion ill speak about how you should be the heir and all that, I got you under my wing alright I just need you to create that gate for me, you gotta be quick, then after that il head over to a corner in the ball where I'm not going to be visible",

She looked at charlie and spoke"Thats when we split up you can tell me the details in a letter or something, but most importantly is for this to work", Katherine spoke determined to let charlie see what it would be like to be in the place of his brother.


But before she wanted to make sure he wanted this not Kath, but him, she wanted to make sure that deep inside of him he ached for that feeling of overcoming and surpassing his brother only if for minutes or seconds. She lowered his chin down with only her index, she laid her cold thumb on the bottom of his chin, She had a stoic face on her eyes were sharp and cold matching her skin temperature, Her touch was only soft but determined.

She spoke to him with seriousness " listen charlie I don't like you doubting yourself, You should know by now no one messes with what's mine, You're my friend aka mine. Don't be ever afraid to tell me what you want, I won't do it unless you fully ask me to do it. You gotta be selfish sometimes. If it truly makes you happy I shall grant you the epic moment of surpassing your brother, you being the apple of your families eye",

she paused and let go of him she sighed and spoke" I just don't want to do something you don't want, Truly think about what you want and tell me, You got a few seconds to think of your final decision you know I'm impatient so don't keep me waiting", she crossed her arms and waited for Charlie's decision.
