Okay, that happened to me too before I created Judy. try making your avatar not an actor first, until you get validated. (Thats one of the changes I made)

Just checked my account and there's the same issue. This isn't the first time it's happened to me coincidentally enough, it may be because our IP addresses show we're in America and they don't validate people outside of Europe? That's a shot in the dark tho.
