[font=PT Sans]This thread took place a few hours before this errand started. The errand hasn't been made but this thread is forward dated to 1 week or so.
Hanako was to be frank, very confused. A toddler could make a good guess that all his fellow Asian Society Club members had most of their time booked today. And it was because today was a day where a special errand would take place. The kind of errand that his club members would flock towards like seagulls at the sight of bread. A Japanese Sweet’s Making Errand. Though he was sure all of them wanted to attend, Hanako was determined to pretend they didn’t exist there. Club members or not, they got on his nerves quite a lot. Specifically, Kazuo. Akari was only annoying because she was in the club. While the two could bond as they both were interested in their cultures, Hanako was only there to see the club fail. This didn’t really make him feel a part of their little culture-loving groupie. And he was fine with it, of course. Although, that was only because he actively refused to participate. He was only there to see it fail anyway. Nevertheless, he found out just a few hours before the errand that his guess on their unavailability today was not true.

When Akari informed him that they would be having an emergency meeting that needed to be attended immediately, he was quite joyous at the news. If it were a regular meeting, he would’ve just skipped it but to have an emergency one? What else could it be if not for the announcement that Kazuo was shutting down the club! Finally! With a big grin, he happily walked with Akari to the meeting. But the more steps he took, the more the thought came to him. He was right. The club would fail. He wasn’t wrong but why didn’t he feel happier than he should? “ ...Hey.. do you have some sort of idea as to why this Emergency? It is such an emergency for you to dress up like that?” he questioned, mentioning the traditional attire she chose to wear today. Were they going to cancel the club in style?

In fact, where were they even going? This definitely wasn’t the way to the usual classroom they used for meetings. So many things to be suspicious of yet, Hanako thought nothing of it. So what, maybe Kazuo chose a nicer spot to announce the bad news?

Keep. to. the. plan. Do exactly as we discussed.

Akari's lips were slightly pursed together and her head was looking straight forward as she walked side by side with Hanako and led him towards a pretty irregular destination that she had intentionally failed to disclose to him.
She actually prided herself quite a bit on how well she had done so far at acting all natural and normal as any other day.
This part of the plan entirely came down to her and she wasn't about to mess it up.

She then looked over at Hanako and shook her head at his question.
"Nope, I have no idea why this is an emergency. I was just told to come fetch you" She replied feigning ignorance perfectly, though she briefly glanced down at her dark blue flowery garment after it had been mentioned but then purposely decided to ignore that part of the inquiry like she hadn't heard it at all. She wanted to steer very very clear of that topic. What if something slipped out unintentionally and it would give him a hint of what was transpiring? No no no, she wasn't going to let that happen.

As Akari turned the corner she suddenly remembered a very important detail that she should probably say as a safety measure and to hopefully detonate any lurking suspicion that Hanako might even unconsciously have.
"Oh blimey! I nearly forgot to tell you. Our meeting won't be held in a classroom today. It was on such short notice so we had to come up with an alternative place." She made up when they finally began to approach the objective location.

Phew, she had made it.

"Follow me" She instructed Hanako as she reached out and pulled open the door of the lavatory and then casually walked in. Once he followed her, she attempted to make eye contact with Kazuo to make sure he was ready, and then before Hanako could think twice or see anything she turned around and under her breath mumbled "My apologies mate" and then rapidly slipped past him and situated herself against the door and blocking it in case he would try and escape the next part of their plan, which she was almost certain he would.

Okay, she had done her part, now it was up to Kazuo.

It wasn't that he set out to torment Hanako. Really, he had the best of intentions when they'd met in the hallway that fateful day. Well. Maybe not the best of intentions. But they hadn't included torturing anyone at the time. It was just that Hanako had been so smugly superior. So insistently in denial. It was just too hard to resist. He wanted to poke and prod and draw out the older boy's insecurities and fears. Really, it was for Hanako’s own good. He clearly needed some nudging in the right direction. Or any direction, really, that didn't involve trying to become another sad and boring little drone. Too many of those already existed.

He had wanted the club to host hanami but an older student had sort of beaten him to it. He was somewhat disappointed but his club was just a teeny tiny bit understaffed and so they hadn't been able to do much of anything yet. He didn't know the Gryffindor girl who had decided to host a Japanese food making errand and he was mildly suspicious of her potential knowledge but it was still a good opportunity for his club so of course he was going to attend.

And so was Hanako.

Of course, he knew the older boy would find some reason to not be there. And Kazuo's secondary requirement was even less likely to be agreed to. So a trap must be laid. Thankfully Akari was more than willing to be his accomplice, luring the unsuspecting Slytherin up to the abandoned toilets where Kazuo waited patiently with a stack of neatly folded bits of clothing.

Upon their entry, Kazuo's eyes lit up with wicked glee as Akari quickly shut the door. "Hana-senpai~" He greeted the older boy with a grin that was pure mischief. "Thank you for coming to our very important emergency meeting. The Asian Society has a very important event to go to today and we need to be properly dressed~" As Hanako would no doubt realize as soon as he noticed Kazuo, Akari wasn't the only one dressed in traditional Japanese clothing. Kazuo had chosen to don a red-themed kimono and hakama set. “Sorry for the short notice but I wasn’t sure I could get what I needed in time…” The smirk that curved his lips upward revealed the half-truth. It had taken a bit for his mother to send him some kimono for Hanako to choose from but he’d waited until the last minute because he knew Hanako was unlikely to agree. He reached for a deep green kimono on the top of the stack and lifted it up. “Do you have a favourite colour, Hana-senpai? Slytherin green? Or something else?”
