A little help??
Crystal walked out to the Place where everyone flew and took a seat where under a tree.
Crystal looked around and sighed, no body was here, she loved to come here and watch people fly around more specifically her friends.
She was a first year and couldn’t fly a broom, like at all, she wasn’t taught she read all about flying a broom, but couldn’t do it because she is scared of heights.
“What’s ironic is that I want to be on my house team, as a chaser but..... I’m to scared to fly the broom because I heard some people wake up in the hospital wing, with broken arms and legs and sometimes they go into a coma.
Crystal wanted to take the risk but at the same time she didn’t want to take the risk.
“And there I go talking to myself again.”
Crystal chuckled and got out her drawing books and started doodling.
It was a very miserable day, there where multiple clouds in the sky, and the suns proud rays where barley shining through the dark clouds.
‘Culionumbious cloud. Great means it’s gonna rain...’
Crystal thought and shrugged she grabbed her stuff and sat down on the grass right under where people usually fly. Looking up she pictured herself flying her Nimbus 2001 broom, zooming through the sky.
While doing so she started drawing a dragon, and she didn’t know it. Looking st her drawing she smiled.
“Hintermen, I miss him...... wonder how they are doing.”

A little help??
Wini had ventured outside, apparently where people were flying broomsticks. She watched on in wonder as they practiced, her stomach becoming queezy just watching but at the same time her heart longed for the thrill. She walked onto the grass, keeping her eyes up as she beamed.
The small brunette barely looked down in time to see a girl drawing. She would have walked right into her if she hadn’t been paying attention. Wini’s blue eyes wandered to her drawing, the sound of people and flying broomsticks behind her.
“Hello, what are you drawing?” She asked cheerfully, leaning forward a bit on the tips of her toes to see the art. Her eyes widened at the sight of the dragon.
“Is that a dragon?!” She exclaimed, sitting next to the girl. “Have you ever seen one?” She questioned quickly, but bit back any others that wanted to come out of her mouth. Wini forced herself to act properly. She had scared off people before, but in her old school. She didn’t know what people were like here, but Wini definitely didn’t want to scare anybody else off in her lifetime.

A little help??
Crystal looked up and smiled
“Yeah it is a dragon, my second favorite magical creature, and one I didint see one, I actually live with them. Yeah see meh Dad is a Dragon Keeper, he helps the dragon heal if they are wounded and bring them back to their homes.”
Crystal didn’t mind the questions, in fact it was nice to have someone to talk to. After all no one else she could see was here. Everyone but the girl standing before her.
“I’m Crystal who might you be? And do you come here often? I do, a lot to get away from all my school troubles.”
Crystal asked her curiousity spiking, and many questions raced through her head. But she just ignored it.
Crystal then saw the girl started to shiver, Crystal walked over to her bag and pulled out a bottle of golden yellow liquid....butter beer, her favorite drink.
“Want some? I can hear it up for ya if your cold.”
She mentally facepalmed herself.
‘God, now I’m asking the questions.’
Crystal looked at the bottle and pulled out her wand.
“Incendio!”
Crystal said as fire come out from her wand and flared at the bottle heating it up a bit to warm up the drink.

Wini smiled lightly, admiring the drawing that was in the girls’ hands. “That’s so cool,” She whispered, half to herself.
Looking up, Wini responded with, “I’m Winifrey, but you can call me Wini. Nice to meet you Crystal,” She beamed before looking around. “I’ve never been here, but it does look relaxing,” She responded, shivering slightly.
“Butter beer?” She questioned in confusion right before Crystal cast a spell and fire came from her wand, warming the drink.
Wini’s blue eyes bulged from her head as she scooted back a fraction, looking wide eyed at the young witch. “How did you do that? That was so cool!” She exclaimed, not wanting to take the bottle, fearing flames may come out again.
The small brunette thought of the wand that lay in her robe pocket, still unused. Classes for her had not started yet. They wanted her to get used to the school grouands as a muggle-born. But Wini had still been reading the school books anyway, eager to get started.

A little help??

“You haven’t used magic?! You should it makes my life easier, there’s a lot of spells that you can do that can make one mad or defend yourself.”
Winfiery then asked what butter beer was, which Crystal didn’t find odd she didn’t know what butter beer was. Most people don’t, and she probably was a muggle born so this wasn’t uncommon.
“Butter Beer is a drink that students here drink when at hogsmead, don’t worry it’s got no alcohol.”
Crystal opened the cap and poured herself a drink with a cup she pulled out of her bag, Crystal grabbed another cup and poured a little bit in for her new friend to drink.
“Want some? I got only one bottle left and I won’t be able to finish it because I want food, and I heard tonight’s dinener is gonna be so guud!”
Crystal smiled and took her glass and chugged down the drink.
The warm liquid went down her throat making her feel so warm and fuzzy inside. Looking over at her friend Crystal scooted over an patted the ground next to her, guestering her to sit next to her.
“I always come here to watch people fly. I have a broom myself but I can’t fly that well so I’m waiting for someone to give me a little help.”

Wini shrugged sheepishly at Crystal's exclamation but then smiled when she said that there were many spells to use. She couldn't wait until classes started for her, then she would actually be able to use magic.
"Thank you," Wini smiled shyly, taking the cup and sipping a little at first. It was actually really good, causing the small girl to take an even bigger gulp before nestling the warm cup in between her small cold hands.
At Crystal's gesture to sit, Wini smiled in gratitude before plopping down on the ground next to her. She pulled her black robes around her tighter before taking another drink of the butter beer.
Wini smiled at Crystal's explanation, "That's so cool. It would be amazing to fly. I don't know much, well," Wini paused, tilting her head a bit before chuckling at herself, "I actually don't know anything. But I could catch you if you fall," The small brunette joked, taking another sip of the warm drink in her hands. It was doing quite a miraculous job of keeping her warm.
She silently wondered what it could be like to fly on a broom. Well, at this moment it would probably be cold.

A little help??
Crystal looked at her with a serious expression on her face.
“Are you serious? Would you really do that?”
Crystal was hoping for a yes. While, she was waiting for a response Crystal pulled out her wand and twirled it around in a circular motion.
“Wanna see something cool? My pare st taught me this.”
Crystal closed her eyes and thought about a memory, she kept it in the back of her mind.
She then opened her eyes and whispered
“Expecto Patronum.”
A bright light shot out of the wand it started to circle around the two and eventually took the form of a bird. Flying around having a merry time. Acting like it hasn’t been out of its cage for a while. Then it dissapered.
Crystal got bored and started to shout of Radom spells, just out of boredom.
She kept doing this until she said
“Accio: Broom.”
Nothing happened until a broom hit her in the back of the head.
“Ouch! Oh hey look at that! A broom!! Are you ready to catch me if I fall?”
Crystal waited and then walked over to the broom and sat down on it.
‘So how does this thing work?? Do I just push foward??’

Wini smiled, nodding her head in delight, “Yah, sure,” She replied to Crystal.
The small brunette watched in awe as the girl next to her executed magnificent spells. She did her best to remember them, repeating them silently in her mind. The desire to reach into her pocket and pull out her own wand was strong, but she controlled herself and left it there.
Wini jumped, startled when Crystal cried in pain. She turned to see a broom had appeared. It had apparently hit Crystal in the head. She stood from the grass, “Wow,” She whispered, reaching forward to touch it, but it moved away from her hand. She frowned slightly.
She giggled, “I’ll do my best to catch you, but no promises,” She quickly added, making sure she didn’t get herself into something that she could be easily blamed for later.
“Umm, I’m not sure,” I haven’t had my first lesson yet. Just try different words, maybe it will listen,” She shrugged, stepping back a bit from Crystal and the broom. If anything crazy was going to happen, she didn’t want to be too close. But still close enough just in case Crystal did fall. Wini would do her best to keep her promise and try to catch the girl if she fell.
