Hello Everyone! I hope y’all are enjoying the start of spring.
Today’s exercise is the following:
Go outside. Once there, find a nice shady, quiet and peaceful spot. Sit down, and breath in. Do you smell anything new? Go out about every day around the same time if possible.
Try and think calm thoughts. If possible, listen to some calming nature music.
I hope this helps all of you find the “Peace” in the Peaceful Mind Club.

Hello everyone! Happy Saint Patricks Day!!! (for those who celebrate, ofc)
Today´s exercise we will be doing some sketching. We will draw something that makes us feel calm, like sitting in a breezy field, or reading a book near a fireplace. It will especially help those of us who are stressed, by anything.
