Meeting of two bookw(orms)itches
Amie had come to the library to read, as she considered it a peaceful place where there would be no students waving their wands or running around with their brooms. When she opened the door, it creaked raucously, which made her blush with embarrassment. It wasn't really that embarrassing, but Amie didn't like to draw attention to herself. She looked around for a place to settle down and read, since this was her first time here. Suddenly, she saw piercing blue eyes peering at her from a corner, and a lock of pink hair. This was enough to catch her attention, and even though she was introverted, she decided to go towards the figure at a slow pace, somewhat self-consciously.
"U-um... Hi, I like the book you're holding, I've read it several times," she mumbled in a rush, but in the end she didn't hesitate to give her a small smile.
Then, dubiously, she settled down next to her. She didn't quite know if Ginger would want to talk to her, since she saw her as much cooler than herself, with her pink hair and beautiful blue eyes, and also much more interesting. Therefore, after overthinking for a while, she decided it would be better to wait for a reply, so she pulled out a book she had under the wide sleeves of her cloak and opened it, continuing to read. In the air there was a touch of awkwardness, as the two were locked in silence but physically close.
