Feeling awkward and being a idiot around @Alexa Mackenzie and @Henry Llewellyn
Henry didn't know what to do or what to say exactly as both offered to leave before awkward silence set in... the twelve year old figured he should leave and let them have a good time or better time if he wasn't there but wasn't sure what to say or how to say. The boy definitely was clueless to the fact that Alexa had a crush on him and Henry Llewellyn had a small crush on him not to mention his secret feelings toward Alexa that the boy didn't even know about...
Talking about feelings, relationships, and love has never been a strong suit for Henry pro ably because the before Hogwarts the boy always had his head stuck in a book and after his mum died started to relie on books and facts a lot more. Not to mention while he was growing up, there has never been that person or thing in his family that you can talk about your feelings mostly they just went unsaid or past by so the boy wasn't sure how he should talk about them and was completely lost when it came to love.
Speaking of love if someone came up to the twelve year old and asked him if he had a crush on anyone or what sexuality he was then the boy couldn't exactly tell you since he was still figuring out love, crushes, and apparently his sexuality. However if someone would ask the boy something about their homework, a book, facts, or a class then Henry would easily be able to answer the question.
However currently Henry Knight was awkward and was a idiot currently not seeing the obvious with two of his closest friends. The boy would look down at his blue sweater a bit and tuck his hands in his jean pockets while hidden underneath his sweater and out of sight the boy felt on his chest the coolness of the rusted sun pendant from his mum and fox necklace from Logan. The boy would take a breath before looking around at the other then back at the two red as he spoke, " no, you guys stay and have fun. I'll leave, I'm only making things more awkward anyway."

Getting a little frustrated with @Henry Knight and still feeling awkward around @Henry Llewellyn.
It was pretty obvious that Henry still wasn’t getting it, but he was starting to feel awkward (or so it seemed). Standing next to Red, Alexa crossed her arms against the chill at the top of the Astronomy Tower. Her face was set in a calm mask, as though nothing could bother her, though inside all was turmoil.
Henry just didn’t understand. But of course Alexa knew she had a crush on the boy, and she was pretty sure Red did as well, based on his awkwardness. Both were probably aware that Henry did not know about either crush, and it was hurting her, and probably the other boy as well.
Red suggested that he go, again, though telling me they could hang out later. That sounded like a good idea. “Yeah, maybe we could hang out later Henry.” She didn’t know how to escape this strange and painful situation. She thought about just walking away, but Henry was her friend before anything else, and that would be mean, and that was the last thing Alexa was.
So she stood in the cold while Henry seemed to grapple with some internal turmoil before saying, “No, you guys stay and have fun. I’ll leave…” Alexa glanced at the other boy; she was sure they would have an awkward time of it with Henry gone. “Why don’t we just all go?” Alexa asked quietly.

This whole situation was getting more awkward by the second. It had gone from ‘what’s going on?’ to every one of them saying they should leave. Henry realized he probably should have left when he first spoke without waiting for a response from the other two. They were getting nowhere with this and K didn’t seem to get what was happening. Alexa seemed to take what he had said into consideration and offered it up as well. The three of them hanging out together didn’t seem like it would be terribly fun. Henry was sure Alexa was a fun person, especially if K was friends with her, but Henry didn’t know her very well.
He watched as K seemed to think really hard for a bit before offering to leave Alex and Henry to enjoy themselves. He had to refrain from scoffing at the thought. Alex was probably a great person, but getting to know her under these circumstances did not exactly seem fun. When Alex suggested they all just leave, Henry nodded. “I agree with Alexa. It’s probably best we all just go.” He suggested, realizing how silly it was that they all showed up and decided to leave almost immediately upon arriving. Still, this entire situation was too awkward. No matter who decided to stay, it wasn’t going to be much fun.

Henry was a genius when it came to academics, classes, books, magical creatures, spells, and even facts but when it came to matters of the heart then he was at a complete lost.
Love has always been the thing that Henry Knight as struggled with. Both love consisting in things such as romantic situations, dating, and crushes but also love that you can find in family settings. Henry hasn't experience much love besides from his older brother within in his family then he really doesn't have a outlet or person to tall about things like romantic love and crushes again besides from his brother so Henry was a bit behind with that fact.
Even his first kiss and first girlfriend only lasted the first four months of his second year and was mainly done from his emotions at the time. So take Alexa Mackenzie a girl that he saw as a close friend and has a crush on unaware to him and Henry Llewellyn another person he sees as a close friend both with a crush on him and Henry wouldn't know it, matters of the heart must come late to Henry. Hopefully not too late that he loses his chance or opportunity.
Eyes flickering from Henry Llewellyn to Alexa Mackenzie as they were both in agreement with leaving. Henry was to but he was more worried with how this would affect his relationship with the two, he valued them both and love more than anything being friends with them. So the last thing he wanted was his friendship getting ruined with either of them as the boy stood there and soft spoke" I agree we should depart, maybe catching up later?"
Henry would then slightly but awkwardly wave to both as he spoke" I see you late Red," a smile as his gave directed toward Henry Llewellyn before looking over at Alex's Mackenzie and not realizing it his smile grew and his chest front warm as he spoks" bye, see you later Al- uh Alexa," smiling a bit at her and her bright green eyes before turning back to Henry Llewellyn and giving him a final smile as the boy then left the astronomy tower.
The second year would wa all all the away back to the slytherin common room and eventually the Snape Dormitory where he would enter his bunk room to find Loki sitting on his bed.
Falling onto his bottom bunk and transitioning into laying down as Loki walked up his bed to sit next to his shoulders. Henry eyed the cat and felt his anxiety raise as he spoke" what's wrong with me Loki?"

Alexa watched as Henry left the tower, looking confused and unhappy. She closed her eyes for a minute to gather herself, and then returned with a smile to the other Henry. "Well, it was nice to meet you," she quickly murmured, before heading to the exit herself.
She tried to walk casually off the top of the Astronomy Tower, but as soon as she hit the stairs and was alone, she was practically running. Running away from all of what had just happened. She felt sick to her stomach, and so when she burst into the Hufflepuff Common Room, she was breathless and clutching her gut with one hand, reaching out long before she got there for the door to her dorm, with her other hand.
Again she burst through the door, and people looked up from their beds, curiously, some annoyed. She went quickly to her bed, and pulled the hangings shut so as to have a modicum of privacy. Rascal was curled up on her pillow, and looked up curiously when she ripped the sparkly clip out of her braid, and began frantically, practically tearing her hair down. She would not let the tears come, because she didn't know if she can control them.
Still dressed, but having kicked off her trainers, she crawled discreetly under the covers, wrapping them tightly around her, face to face with her pet rat, who chattered at her, uncertain. She reached out to pet him lightly. A single tear sparkled on her cheek.
"It's okay, Rascal. Everything's going to be okay." But she knew she was more telling this to herself, and she wondered if she would ever feel okay again.

Henry had regretted signing up for this thing when he had first done it. He’d thought, maybe he’d make new friends, get to know someone else. Maybe it would be fun, he’d thought. Little had he known that the pairing of people up would somehow know he had a crush on K. He didn’t remember writing anything about that down. Perhaps if it had been only him and K, it wouldn’t have been so awkward. He would have the knowledge that he was hanging out at a Valentine’s Day event with K, but he could still play it cool. It was that presence of Alexa that made it more awkward. And K’s obliviousness.
“Yeah, bye,” he muttered before K turned to leave the tower. Shortly after he was gone, Alexa turned to him to say a sort of goodbye. “Er, you too,” he muttered back, watching as she left as well. Now that they were both gone, he turned toward the blanket and thought. He was alone, so maybe he could stay….No, it would be better to leave. With treats in hand, Henry turned and left from the tower. His previous nervous buzz had completely faded and now he just felt tired.
With a sigh, he headed back toward the Ravenclaw common room. There were a few people inside, studying, but he ignored them and headed toward his dorm. Sitting down on his bed, he drew the privacy curtains and stared down at the treats. After a few minutes, he set them on his nightstand and lay on his side. For once, thoughts evaded him and he eventually dozed off.
