I would do everything I could think of doing, everything on my bucket list and more, and then write about it. When the week is about to end, I write about my experiences. As someone that is healthy and young, it'd be an out of the ordinary event to know that you will die in a week (not of any ailment, but of completely meaningless means, if I go very strictly by the question). I will either become a scientific enigma (how on earth did this girl know that she would spontaneously die in one week?) or would get a friend to publish my writings as someone knowing about their death (definite bestseller, i hope), and I would be able to pass knowing that I will be remembered (holy, that got long).

Geez, that's a tough one. It would really depend on the secret. If it could hurt the other friend, I'd tell the person to back off and warn the friend. If it's not dangerous and something that doesn't concern me or that I shouldn't be involved in, I'd just stay out of it.
