@Lucia Fox I'm OBSESSED with names. And Echo is a great one! I'm writing a few books right now (well, attempting. I have problems with following through on some things), and I've spent a good chunk of my writing time googling names, name lists, name meanings, name origins, ect, ect. I can't pick any faves, but I LOVE fantasy type names. Wow, I'm geeking out XD.

ahhh same @Ashley Coulson! Some of my favs are Axelle, Amorette, Lucia (heh xD), Minette, Cobalt, Leontine... there's a lot xDDD fantasy ones are awesome :0 what naming sites do you use?

@Lucia Fox good question! I don't really like fantasy names and even in the fantasy stuff I write I tend to use more common names. I do love names and etymology of names too, so I guess I can count as a namenerd. Personally my favourite name is Gabriella, hence Gabriella Haworth. I also love E names - Eva, Eleanor, Ella, Esther... I also love the names Hannah, Charlotte, Ivy, Freya... honourable mentions to Natalie and Hazel.
As far as boy names go I really like Adam, Isaac and Daniel. Looks like imma be having 14 kids at this rate

@Gabriella Haworth, E names are pretty awesome, and there's so many too! You hae Ella, Eve, Eleanor ect, then you have ones like Elettra and Evangeline... there's so much variety 
I always associate Hazel with Hazel Wong from Murder Most Unladylike, so I can't ever really name my characters Hazel or I'd contstantly be mixing them up with her xDDD
For some reason I find male names harder to pick than female or neutral ones, but I recently discovered Nirav and that is now my top favourite boy name xD

@Lucia Fox lol, I fell in love with the name Hazel from reading those books. In fact my character was very nearly named Hazel, but I wanted Haworth and alliterative names bug me. I find male names harder too, possibly just because I personally am female.
Also, a question for those of you who use signatures - where did you make them? I really want to hand-draw my own, because I'm good at calligraphy and lettering, but my camera and the lighting in my house are both really bad quality. So I guess I will have to resort to the internet, lol
