INTERACTING WITH @Marshal Mozor, @Jackson Valentine, @Meenauh Silmataurea, @Scarlett Aden, @Everly Charlton, @Thaddeus Athanatos | MENTIONING @Hugh Lowe, Vladimir Athanatos
Several others soon joined Evelynn at Mozor's side. It would be his dream come true, to find himself surrounded by four pretty girls all vying to see him returned to health and happiness. Now he just needed to actually awaken. Granted, given his state and the numerous issues that Meenauh would see, perhaps it was not in his best interest just yet. Nevertheless, Evelynn at the very least was very relieved when Silmataurea heard her call and made her way over.

Evelynn turned her head to Aden, the first to join her. Lips parted to reply to the first posed question. Instead of words, her mouth hung open just slightly, confusion colouring her expression as Aden told her to calm down. Had she not been being calm? Sure, her heart was still racing and uncertainty plagued her mind. She wished her mother was here. Or a professor. Or any adult, really. But she thought she'd been doing well enough to try to keep herself calm enough to function. Nevermind. She gave herself a slight mental shake of the head before taking a steadying breath and turning her attention back to the laceration on the boy's arm upon which she was applying pressure.

"Yes, he's alive. He's bleeding, though. I don't know any heali—"

Either Aden was very quick on the uptake or she was just asking questions to ask and not actually expecting an answer. Regardless, the wand raise and the incantation was uttered. Hands pulled back hastily as bandages seemingly conjured from nothing at all wound themselves around Mozor. Silmataurea had been examining his injuries and Evelynn couldn't help but cast her a somewhat apologetic look as that would be interrupted by the bandages. Hopefully she had deduced all that she had needed to.

"Do you know any spells to help heal broken bones?" Evelynn wondered to the lot of them, attempting listlessly to inject some hope into her dejected tone. "Or does anyone have any bruise paste on them?" Not that bruise paste was really going to do anything at all useful in this moment. Nor would she even be able to apply it without removing the dressings.

Even still, she lifted her gaze from the lifeless form of her underclassman to search imploringly at the gazes of those around her. In doing so, she was finally released of the figurative blinders that had been put in place by her focus on those injured immediately outside the train. Along the tracks in the near distance, she finally spotted the monstrosity of a...plane? When had that arrived? And what was it? Or was the better question who? Mid-way between themselves and the... train... plane...modern Chitty Chitty Bang Bang of extravagance...Evelynn spied Valentine. With him, however, was someone unfamiliar to her. At least unfamiliar at this distance. What she could make out, however, was that he was an adult. And an adult in this mess arriving on that (the retro 90s plane) meant that he was (1) likely a wizard, and more importantly, (2) was more likely than the rest of them here to know some sort of magic that might help the most clinically needy of the lot.

"Sir!" Hope flared within her as she called out to the man. "Stay with him," she uttered in a lower tone to Aden and Charlton, ensuring they acknowledged her request before moving on. Pushing herself to a rise, Evelynn joined her cause to the half-giant who also made his way towards the man with a similar plight in hand. Literally. "Excuse me, sir.." Evelynn began, but Lowe spoke first.

Wetting chapped lips, she fell silent and tentatively approached. While she urgently felt her desire to get help for Mozor, she couldn't refute that there were others in equally dire straights, and Athanatos did not look well at all. Her gaze washed over his limp form, scanning his damage for the first time. A sense of unease settled in her core at the moderative description of the black and red blood that coloured his bandaged injuries. She glanced up to Lowe, then to those who would have followed him before looking to Valentine of whom she had stopped abreast.

"Are you alright?" She asked warily to Valentine. Only moments before he had been shambling along looking on the cusp of collapse. Yet here he was, standing before the (potentially) strange man (was he strange? I'm not certain if his photo had been portrayed along with the recent press articles) and acting as though the two were simply exchanging pleasantries. As though he hadn't a concern at all for the trail of crimson that spattered the snow in a line behind him. "You're hurt...aren't you..?"

Whether he replied or not, Evelynn would turn back to the budding future Minister as soon as Lowe had finished his piece. "Please, sir," Evelynn spoke up, stepping forward (or alongside the older man if he had approached Lowe). "Please, there's another as well," she implored. "Over there," she told him, pointing in the direction of the downed Mozor. "He's in rather rough shape. He won't wake up—" Won't he? Well, she supposed she hadn't even tried to wake him, but that only added to the urgency. "—and he's bleeding and covered in bruises and he's...he's very pale. Please, sir...can you help him?"

The tunnel consciousness was actually very convenient. Nothing non-important could distract her, so she could really focus on what had to be done.

The boy (@Marshal Mozor) was... just a pile of bones, flesh and skin at the moment. She began to analyse what had to be done first. In silence. Well, the girls (she wouldn't know how many besides @Evelynn Decipio) talked, but her mind just ignored it as it was irrelevant. When she reached the leg, it seemed to be in the worst state. Cracked? Broken? Shattered? She wouldn't be able to find that out for sure as the white pieces of cloth would wrap out around several places on the boy, mummifying him for good. She'd lazily turn her head to the redhead (@Scarlett Aden) with a sigh as the indifference took over and she turned back to the boy.

Finally, some words cut through her defences and she heard Evelynn asking for bone-mending spells. She called Meenauh for a reason then.

Would it work through the bandages? Magic should. It's not about appearance, it's about knowing stuff. She knew that the bones were not alright, so they were craving for some fixing. She wasn't sure if the spell would work on the bone in that state, but at least she could hope for a great roll and pray for Ana's debuff being too far away to have an effect try. Her perfected casts had to bring at least some value to the case, although in the weakened state, the spells may not work to their full potential.

"Episkey," she'd pronounce as her wand was making the memorised wand movement, hoping to hear the familiar click sound as she heard when she was practising it in the class.

She wouldn't see Evelynn launching off or @Hugh Lowe passing them with the body of the unfortunate Ravenclaw (@Vladimir Athanatos).

@Thaddeus Athanatos would remain unrecognised. At least for now.

Xailah scurried towards this peculiar new... thingy. She hadn't yet come up with a name for it- nor had she heard what the stranger referred to it as- so for now it was a thingy. The thingy was sleek. Shiny. Very shiny. She stooped for a moment to inspect the funny armor (hubcaps) on the wheels. A blobular reflection of herself, and Schrödinger stared back- twisted images of the broken car, and Gryffindor students could be seen floating behind them. Her heart slid sown into her stomach. This was wrong. This plane... train, automobile- whatever it was, it was wrong. Xailah grimaced, jaw jutting. Warmth rose into her eyes. This was so sick- and not in a radical way. Sick in an "Oh thats fucked" sort of way.

She was careful not to touch anything on the car. There wasn't the looming worry of dirtying the thing- no, she was in fact tempted to kick its nice exterior in. But she would refrain from doing so. She didn't like the thingy- which was strange considering she loved machines of all sorts- therefore she had no desire to interact with it in any sort of way. Though, she had contemplated going inside to investigate. She decided that the only way she would go inside, is if Meenauh did too. Standing, and lifting Schrödinger high over her shoulder; four sets of eyes would peer at the window that gave a nice view of the contraptions interior. And she thought the outside was grand. The inside was decorated with everything, and yet nothing. There was just too much. So much, that it simply canceled itself out, and became nothing at all. Xailah knew abundance. She came from a disgustingly well-off, old money family. This machine though- it was a new level of abundance. And it was gross.

Some movement on the inside would catch the attention of both girl and cat. A quill- all on its lonesome. Scrawling something illegible on a surface. What could it possibly be writing about? Some grand story? One about how one man single handedly saved the majority of Gryffindor? Xailah had hoped to find some people sitting inside the capsule. It would have been a little reassuring, but not a soul was in view. Schrödinger huffed. The large cat extended an arm to grab at the funny thing that danced on the other side of the window. Xailah grabbed his paw, pulling it away before any contact could be made with the glass. Deciding that she had seen enough- but not the things she wanted to see- she would turn away from the ritzy gizmo.

Whoever this man was, he was no hero. This was someone who got off on "helping" those who were in no place to refuse help. This was no rescue. It was for show- a story for those nonsensical papers. Xailah pattered through the snow, and back to the mechanical remains of Gryffindors car. She couldn't do much at the moment. It was frustrating a little. Being useless and all, but it wasn't like she hadn't felt the feeling before. All she could do now was stand tall, and maintain that pseudo-stoic expression that she so often liked to wear in the company of peers. The prefect would observe the slowing trickle of chaos, and the man who had taken it upon himself to "fix" the broken. Schrödinger watched too. Maybe he could see something that his mistress couldn't; like cats often had the habit of doing.

Starlee had felt so assured of herself after the first cast that she was not expecting the result that her second one produced. Perhaps she had waved her wand too wildly, as she tended to overcompensate in this way for her lack of a bond with her wand. She watched in abject horror as her bird crashed backward through the shattered window of the train, out to the outside. She watched for as long as she could, the little bird screaming in terror. "B....Borvo..." she whimpered, as he finally went out of her view. Tears were beginning to form. Why was it that whenever she tried to do something right, it never worked out?

She took a moment to look down at the unknown bird that she had managed to save. She would have thought that it would have been grateful, but now it just looked terrified as well, hooting in its little cage, trying to escape. She continued to stand there, frozen in shock, not knowing what to do. Before she could truly register what was going on around her, or make the decision to leave and find her own pet, she heard someone say "What have you done to him?" She looked up at the unfamiliar face, still with a look of sadness and shock, tears streaming down it. Before she could go on to explain the insanity that just happened, the girl yelled "Expelliarmus!" and Starlee just stood there and watched as the spell came hurtling toward her.

She didn't care what happened to herself at this point and if the spell hit, she wouldn't care. Borvo was her real concern now. Was he safe? Was he even alive after a fall like that? She had only had her owl for what... one week? And already he had been put into a life or death situation. What kind of pet owner was she? She was frozen still with these thoughts, unable to move.

"You didn't hurt him, did you?"

With that one sentence, her resolve returned. She was not going to let someone assume she was hurting animals just for the fun of it. How cruel!

"H-hurt him? I just saved him thank you very much!" she said, her tone rising to match the accusatory tone of the other girl. "If it weren't for me, he would still be trapped in the compartment above!" Tears were still streaming down her face. "Now, if you don't mind, I have to go rescue my own owl." she stated, in a matter of fact way. She wasn't going to tell the other student what happened.
If Elena's Spell is Successful
And with that, Starlee would retrieve her wand from where it fell, stuffing it away, all the while glaring daggers at the accusatory student. "Get your owl then. I'm off."
If Elena's Spell is Unsuccessful
Somewhat happy that Elena's spellcasting was just about as bad as her own, she turned on her heel and exited the train, in search of her hopefully still alive bird.
Action: Crying at the loss of her bird,
If Elena's spell is successful, Starlee retrieves her wand.
If Elena's spell is unsuccessful, Starlee leaves the train to search for her bird.

Pain. Throbbing. Throbbing was a weird word, the young Captain idly supposed in the midst of the strange darkness that had taken over his vision some time or other, quite the abnormal mixture of syllables. If he said it enough, perhaps the word wouldn’t even sound like a word anymore. Perhaps he should try it? Sounded like fun. He supposed he didn’t have anything better to do. Throbbing, throbbing, throbbing, th-robbing, th-th-rob-bb-ing, bobbing, singing, ringing – oh, yeah, his ears were ringing terribly. Ouch. That felt really different, he wasn’t sure he liked the numbness. Wait, what did numbness have anything to do with the situation? Stop it, Rafa, focus. Numbing and humming, throbbing and ringing, singing and being, living, oh yeah, he was alive, oh fuck something had happened, his ears were ringing, that wasn’t normal, where was he and why couldn’t he feel his arms and legs, oh God –

What… happened?

That was the question of the hour, as well as the first coherent phrase to pierce the Captain’s groggy mind, tugging at the boy’s consciousness and coaxing him back into the world of the living. Admittingly, it took a little longer than expected to rouse himself from his panicked slumber – it was as if his mind were clutching upon the thick, weightless darkness with a vice grip, fighting for purchase against the advances of light and noise wafting gently through the cabin doors, but alas, no opposition could overcome the mighty bulkhead that was Rafael D’Spacito. He refused such defeat, despised it, even, evident in the way his fingers twitched quietly, leg jolting sharply in nervous reflex, small murmurs escaped his lips, courteous of the discombobulated thoughts streaming through his head. Alas, he found that he could properly feel the wooden floor beneath his back, the light stream of liquid running down his nose, the – fuck, the agonizing pain rattling his brain to pieces, the very feeling drawing a broken groan from his lips unabashed.

It was funny, he didn’t remember the floor being wooden. Ah, perhaps he hadn’t been paying attention all that well. Small things. But it wouldn’t hurt to observe the state of the room, right? Why was he on the floor anyways? Agh – Evelynn had beaten him up, hadn’t she! The damned… no, how would she… that wasn’t tracking. His eyes, tired and sticky, fluttered open weakly at this odd revelation, and he sucked in a breath at the sudden blurriness that met his gaze. Such a sight brought a feeling of confusion to his midst, his hands flying to the origins of his vision, until his waking brain caught up to the events at hand and provided him with an answer. Oh, yeah – he’d been wearing glasses. Where had those gone? His hand blindly fumbled about for the pristine black frames, only to find them a couple feet from his head – shakily, he applied them to his face, grimacing upon noticing their state. One of the panes had shattered completely, the other cracked and murky. God, his mom was going to murder him for this.

From below him, he heard the familiar voice of someone he probably didn’t know – "Rafa, can you get out through the window or are you coming down?” Should he answer? No, he didn’t really feel like it. His tongue felt like lead, actually. He groaned quietly, his hands flying about erratically in search of an obstruction he had subconsciously taken account of – his wrist shoved weakly into the suitcase lodged against the side of his head, exhaling sharply when pain filled his vision once more. That fucking hurt. “Fuck,” he breathed, forcing the luggage to the side forcefully – apparently, not too forcefully, his muscles were still catching up. Ah, that was better. Then, leaning his head back against the seat, he took in a few more breaths, finally taking a moment to observe the room.

It was then he realized the train had flipped.

His eyes notably expanded at such a revelation, and he found his head pounding a little harder at the sight of the totally destroyed window hovering ominously above his head, the gaping opening in the supposed floor mere feet from where he sat. No, no, no – this was bad. Where was everyone? Where had Ana gone? His eyes glanced towards the opening once more, before promptly flying back to the window, back and forth, back and forth, his mind reeling and head spinning once more. He wasn’t thinking rationally, yeah, that was right. No way she’d flown out the window. But why had the window shattered? Oh… oh, God. The Captain’s heart was beginning to race – he was growing more fearful as the moments wore on, his eyes erratically searching for the answers to the question posed by the mysterious disappearance of his best friend and… and the other people, their names were on the tip of his tongue. Perhaps he should wait for the names to return for him? No – no, the train had flipped, he couldn’t stay here on his own, his heart was pounding disgustingly inside his chest and he was scared, and holy fuck what had happened to his head. Why did it feel like he was watching himself from afar? No, no, no. Before he realized it, his voice was sounding through the air, throat hoarse as he grasped for the voice that had spoken for him before. “Ana? Ana~” he whined, patting the ground desperately. Nothing. Perhaps she couldn’t hear him? He felt like a small child. Stop that. You’re twenty-seven years old, get it together. This was unacceptable.

Okay, time for some critical thinking. There was a hole. Should he explore the hole in the state he was in? Probably not a good idea. Was he going to explore the hole? Seemed reasonable enough.

Having staunchly made his decision, he made quick work to scoot over towards the gaping hole in the floor, glass shards digging into his hands uncomfortably as he situated himself at the opening. His sleeve wiped his nose, cleaning away some of the blood that was beginning to dry on his upper lip as he glanced at his swinging feet. Ana obviously wasn’t in here, so his first mission was definitely to find her. Nodding quietly to himself and grasping the door frame as tightly as he could possibly manage, he made his best attempt to lower himself to the floor –

INTERCEPTION
When a Quaffle is being passed, users with this ability automatically get a chance to Intercept the quaffle. This does not replace their normal action for the round. This put the quaffle in your and by extension you teams' possession.

Also, if the Quaffle is dropped for any reason, you would automatically (without it taking up an action) attempt another Quafflegrab. At present there would be no mid-round way to drop a quaffle due to the order of operations, however there will be certain effects in future patches that can cause this effect.

CATCH
Able to catch two falling players on your broom when playing Quidditch. These additional caught players would be brought to the ground safely and they would be allowed to retrieve their broom and enter play again the next round. This can be done every round as the player's action if they choose to do so.

With brooms that have the feature where an additional player may be caught (such as Bluebottle) where there is a stackable chance of failure with each additional person caught, there is no stacking failure chance for players with this ability.

Scarlett snickered at the brunette first-year girl's remark about how everyone was trying to kill them, before re-focusing her attention to the situation at hand. Thankfully, her Bandaging Spell - spell? Or was it charm? - had worked. She was uncertain about the success of it, because it was a third-year charm and she was in, well, second-year. But thankfully, she seemed to be competent enough for the spell, and her wand appeared to be having a good day. Sparks fizzled around her blackthorn wand and fresh, clean bandages wrapped around Marshal. He reassembled a mummy, more than himself at this point. Not a pretty sight.

Decipio's reaction wasn't incredibly freaked out, so it was safe to assume Marshal was alive. In response to her questions, Scarlett answered in a slightly dejected tone, "I only know Ferula, and I definitely don't have bruise paste on me. Um..." She cast a glance at the other girl, older than her, probably a third-year. A bit of spite carried in her dark-brown eyes but she waved it off. Though the girl had indeed blown a hole in the train and consequently hit her with shrapnel, she had to let bygones be bygones if she was going to help Marshal. "Third-year girl who blew a hole in the train," she said, addressing her by that name. "Do you know any healing spells?"

Decipio then went to address the weird old man, probably related to the guy who had warned them about the train. He seemed to heal Jackson's bleeding/burns somehow and Scarlett face-palmed mentally. A Healer! He could heal Marshal! Oh she was such an idiot. Ah well. Decipio was asking him for his help now - the best Scarlett could do to make her feel useful was cast Ferula again. Though it would make Marshal look like a mummy gone wrong, she was at least doing something. "Ferula!"

Breathing was becoming more and more difficult and Ana's heart felt like it was going to explode. She'd ended up in yet another life-threatening situation, managed to once again be utterly and completely useless, and had no idea what had become of Rafa. Hard as she tried to keep moving and not let the panic freeze every muscle in her body, she was on the verge of completely shutting down. Why did everyone around her end up terribly harmed or worse? The common thread was her. She wasn't quite narcissistic enough to believe that she was causing all the evil in her life, but she was certain she was at least a major factor in a majority of it.

Narrowing her dark eyes, Ana forced herself to focus on the situation in front of her. Focusing on trying to help Piérre was vastly more constructive than her over analyzation of everything that went wrong in her life. Her spell was rather impressive if she was being honest. The pristine bandages didn't seem to help matters, but they were better than nothing. Alan was a fourth year, so maybe he knew something more helpful?

She was going to pose the question to her teammate when Walker felt the need to open her mouth. Ana's loathing for the ginger might have lessened when they had been kidnapped together, but Ana certainly wasn't going to let Katrina know that. Anyways, Ana still found her incredibly irritating. "At least I actually understand the way spells work and don't think that being tossed about a train car is a magical ailment," she snapped. Try as she might, the words lacked her usual bite and sounded more like pleading or defensive than sarcastic. "And out is definitely preferable to here. Whatever made the train flip might happen again, and I don't imagine that would particularly help. There are ways to warm ourselves up that are considerably less dangerous than remaining inside this cursed vehicle."

Her irritation at Katrina for distracting her from asking Alan about any other healing spells was dulled by the sheer, ice-cold terror that filled her entire body. As her mouth opened, Piérre began to stir. Her heart seemed to speed up. For once, it seemed she'd managed to not completely and utterly destroy everything she touched.

"Piérre, can you hear us?" she said the Keeper's eyes fluttered open. Her cat's disorientation when startled came to mind as she closely watched the boy regain consciousness, which wasn't comforting. SHIT, where was Jasmine? Guilt gathered in the pit of her stomach for having neglected her helpless pet for so long. Her concern about Jaz quickly brought her thoughts back to Rafa, which made her feel even worse. It wasn't like she had left them to go powder her nose, she'd meant to help Piérre, but somehow, that didn't make her feel any better. Now that Piérre was awake, maybe she could go back and find them.

Then the boy began to spew gibberish and Ana knew she couldn't leave just yet. Even if he was awake now, he was in pretty bad shape. His next words were more along the lines of what she expected from him - a stream of cheerful chatter, but she was still doubtful. "Something did happen alright," Ana said, with a dry laugh that sounded suspiciously like a sob. "Evidently, the train car was no longer satisfied with its profession as a mode of transportation and was hoping to become an acrobat." The joke was probably not entirely appropriate considering they'd nearly all just died and Piérre was clearly badly injured, but her current options were joke or cry.

"Piérre, you're most definitely hurt," she said slowly when he inquired why they were looking at him like that. Watching him stand wasn't at all convincing, as it was rather reminiscent of a newly born calf attempting to stand. She scrunched her nose. She definitely couldn't go look for Rafa yet, which made her stomach twist into knots.

Taken aback by the sudden hug, she was stiff for a moment before wrapping her arms around the boy and whoever else was in the embrace. For someone who loved hugs as much as Ana did, she didn't get nearly enough of them, so even when the timing wasn't right, she wouldn't be the first one to pull away.

When Piérre urged them to go help others and assured them that he was fine, Ana shook her head slightly. Alan voiced her sentiment before she could get her brain to produce coherent sentences. "Don't be ridiculous, we're not going to leave you," she said, the fondness that snuck into her tired tone unmistakable.

"Let's get you out of here," she said, supporting the arm that Alan hadn't taken. There was a way out which meant there was a way in. After swallowing hard and casting a glance into the hallway as though that would make Rafa magically appear, she helped the Keeper out of the train, resolved to come right back at the moment she could.

As the trio moved, Ana's thoughts returned to her best friend. What if he was in worse shape than the one she had chosen to help and she had just abandoned him? As much as she wanted to believe that Evelynn wouldn't just flee the train car and not notify anyone of the concerning condition of her co-captain, she couldn't. She didn't know the girl well enough to make any assumptions of her character and she knew for a fact that she and Rafa loathed one another.

Long story short, I survived

Opeila was locked in a state between shock and panic, wincing when the bird cage crashed down on Vladimir. Quickly she took it off of him. With shaking hands she had tried to bandage the Ravenclaw, but there was more blood, more injuries... His blood was on her hands. With an expression of pure horror in her eyes, she stared at her hands for a moment, lifting them in front of her face. She couldn't stop it. She couldn't save Vladimir. He would die because he tried to defend her. He let those men hurt him trying to defend her. With a noise of desperate frustration, mixed with a good amount of panic, she shook her hands, trying to get the blood off.

Help came from an entirely unexpected side. Or... was it help? A boy whom Opeila likely recognized from passing him in the corridors occasionally, people that tall tended to stand out in crowds, looked at her and smiled. The Slytherin could only stare back the same expression of panic on her face as before. Her first instinct was to stop the boy- Don't take him to this... this man... Opeila couldn't know whether he was actually dangerous or not, but the coincidences on this day were to coincidental to actually be. But what could she do? Vladimir was slowly dying and if that man was truly a relative of Vlad's, he would surely not let the boy die, right? Save him.

Opeila would let the boy pick Vladimir up and carry him away. She looked at the spot where he had been lying a second ago. There was black stains everywhere- the snow, her hands, clothes, everywhere. Images were flooding into Opeila's head, images of another boy with inky blood flowing out of a stab wound, who had died in Jack's arms. Tears rolled over her face and got blown dry by the cold wind immediately. Opeila had given her coat to Vlad and torn her thin sweater into pieces to bandage both him and herself- Gris would likely notice that the second year's hand was ice cold.

Opeila would almost fall against her friend, looking for support somewhere, anywhere. Her whole body was shaking. It seemed to be the same always. She knew that bad things happened in Hogwarts, but was it even possible to ever get used to it? The Slytherin could not. She could not get used to seeing children getting injured or die. She could not take it.
Her head was hurting, others were screaming and... "Where is Marshal?", she whispered, finally feeling the cold cutting through her clothes, right down to her core.

If Galton Lansdale hadn't been so enthralled by a mysterious magic limo he might not be laying in some snow right now. But how often do you see that? A random, decadent, space limo come out of nowhere. When Galton had looked out into the darkness that was defiently not what he thought he would see. Maybe some cowboy hats or a werewolf, but a lime? Insane. So he'd stood there and gawked as the real hero showed up. Watched the title slip from his small hands as a kind looking man emerged from the space limo.

He was studying the man's face as he was pushed from the train's edge. Down he fell, with a tumble and a stumble. Cold earth hurt, but somehow he was still holding his wand, light still shining to keep the darkness away. It seemed that was his role as of now. If it were the normal Galton talking he would tell you how valiant a role that was, and how he was the star. But a small part of him, from wherever, knew that the light did little good now. Just like his shouting.

The shouting of another though... He heard @Hugh Lowe come out of the dark like a train of the rails... Well, he sort of heard him. Words and Galton had a strange relationship, like many of Galton's relationships. There was some sort of order for the small boy mixed in with the other shouts. His friend, picked up some unconscious boy and headed off to the limo. The fancy space limo. The fun looking fancy space limo.

His moved forward, behind his friend, towards the wonderous ride. Where he had picked up the bloodied boy, he left the girl that had been tending to him. She (@Opeila Winters) seemed sad. His other five fingers not gripping the bright glowing wand fished in his pocket for a hard candy. As he reached he reached her he tugged at a corner of her shirt. Extending a hand he'd offer the candy (a slightly mushed sherbet lemon) to her. "Let's go with Hugh and the boy. It's gonna be fine... Candy and Hugh make everything better." He'd offer the words to her in hope she (and her company @Griseldis Edelhardt) would follow the growing conga line of fun towards the space limo. Nodding his head in the direction of the limo, he would start towards it again.
Action: All aboard the space limo, offering candy to Opeila on the way

Loud sounds and explosions sounded around her and Raine ignored them all. She was lucky that nothing came her way or hit her, though if something did she would be looking for the idiot who insisted on setting fire to things wherever she was at.

Raine winced as she saw her younger classman drop when her spell failed and just grabbed his jacket. She must have been too cold to cast directly. Guess it was the muggle way she would have to utilize to take him somewhere this time.

Surprisingly, a random train...or was it a limo? Came along nearby and a strange man came out greeting himself. He introduced himself with some weird name Raine had no idea and no plans to try to pronounce. All she knew is that the man had a moving vehicle and that was what she and this kid needed. Looking down at the now unconscious kid, Raine tried her hardest to run through the list of names that she could possibly call this kid, as constantly calling him "kid" seemed rude. Finally, she landed on the name of her team captain, but she was too lazy to say his name even if it was a simple one.

"Alright, AJ," she said shortening his name and grabbing hold of the shoulders of his shirt with two hands. "It seems like we will have to do this a little bit the muggle way. It's a bit too cold and I don't know if my magic will actually work on your clothes again successfully." She pulled the second year onto the jacket that he used to have on, making sure the arms of the jacket were near his waist. She tied the arms of the jacket around the boy's waist tightly before moving back to her position.

She wouldn't break the 4th wall, even though she wanted to, so instead she grabbed the ends of the jacket and pulled toward the train limo, hoping that AJ wouldn't fall off of the jacket multiple times along the way. She wasn't that strong and it would just drain her if she continued to try. But she knew that she would. If she could save a life today, that would be a blessing.

Maybe someone would see her dragging her charge behind her and come help. If only she were stronger...then she could just pick the boy up fireman style and make her way to the train. Alas, she had to try multiple ways before giving up.
Action: Drag AJ through the snow to the limo train
OOC: I haven't read through the other messages so I have no idea if AJ was moved, if he moved himself somehow, or was just waiting on me. I will edit my post if any of the above has happened.
