Akari’s face lit up brightly as her gaze zigzagged across the sky, watching as Gryffindor marvellously scored 3 more times bringing them into the lead as well as knocked-out a couple of the opposing players.
Thus far while she was viewing, she was at the same time trying to also mentally take some notes here and there on how all the lions were interacting between each other during all of their actions and how smoothly they were working together. She wanted to make sure could see first hand how teamwork and trust is what a good and strong team is based on, and so if she was needed at some point she would have at least some of an understanding of what was needed from her aside from her actual physical duties.
Continuing on, with excitement refusing to stop increasing, she waited to see their next moves.

The wind rushing through his hair and the shouts of spectators fresh on his ears, the young Captain allowed himself to get lost in the rush of adrenaline shooting through his limbs, his own breath hot upon his chilly face and dark eyes focused on the vibrant leather of the Quaffle as he circled like a vulture eyeing its dinner. It was all he could do to mask the stinging annoyance settling in the spot between his two eyes upon watching his team’s seeker snatch the Quaffle from the field, rushing towards the opposing goals and sinking the ball between the empty hoops. The actual fuck is she doing? His cheerful spirits were beginning to dwindle, replaced with a sense of distress in the form of irritation and concern. Who did she really think she was, eyeing the wrong ball? The Captain huffed, clinging onto any sense on levelheadedness he could and scanning the field shortly. He could at least find solace in the rest of the lineup – the team’s beaters had been quite successful, having made good work in weakening the Ravens’ seeker game. Pierre’s penalty, however, had easily warranted a stab of shame right in his chest cavity. His dormmate… had really been against the blatch, hadn’t he? Nonetheless, he allowed his eyes to wander further, to his best friend scanning the field for falling victims, as well as his first-year crush Alan… who had scored? The Captain’s fist shoved its way to the air, his contentment trickling back into his demeanor. “Yeah, Alan! Nice one!” He yelled in his thick accent, shooting the upper classman a blinding grin. Alan had been working so hard to improve his agility on the broom, and it was really beginning to pay off. He looked like an angel on the broom, really… well, actually, he’d always looked a bit like an angel.
But alas, there were more important things to think about than cute boys. The opportunity soon presented itself – catching a break in the flurry of robes, the Captain honed in his vision on the Quaffle, a short huff of breath escaping his lips as his hands brushed upon the soft red leather. Finally, a chance to properly represent his team, he couldn’t help but think with a bout of excitement. The ball clasped right between his hands, he dodged left and right, before winding himself up for a score – yet, the sound of that shrill voice could rip the most focused of performers from their tasks.
Had he been an amateur, perhaps he would have dropped the ball from the sudden shock – thankfully enough, the seeker’s advances had done little to stop Gryffindor’s conquest for victory, the ball sinking right between the hoops and adding 10 points to the lions’ total score. It was funny, how such a small victory had been ruined by such small actions. Evelynn… what the actual hell did she think she was doing? Distracting players, on top of breaking formation? Had her recent snitch success and shiny prefect badge made her so arrogant as to forget not only her position, but her role as co-captain? She’d initiated the baiting – and Rafael would do well to chastise her his damn self. “You got petty shit to say, you say it off-field. Otherwise shut your fucking face and catch the damn snitch.” His face was chilly, holding its own sort of judgmental hostility, his voice reeking with stern distaste and a hint of shocked anger.
It – it baffled the young man, really, to see the seeker make such selfish decisions. Abandoning the strategy. Distracting players. He’d been under the impression that she’d been the last one on the team he’d have to tell to be professional – alas, as much as he had to say, he would have to refrain for the moment. Giving her an annoyed quirk of the eyebrows, he shook his head disapprovingly, before jerking his broom towards the soft green grass in a practiced dive. Other than Evelynn’s little escapade with the Quaffle – which had been surprisingly and humorously successful – everything seemed to be going to plan. It was his hope that the strategy would remain on-track.

Abilities:
INTERCEPTION
When a Quaffle is being passed, users with this ability automatically get a chance to Intercept the quaffle. This does not replace their normal action for the round. This put the quaffle in your and by extension you teams' possession.
Also, if the Quaffle is dropped for any reason, you would automatically (without it taking up an action) attempt another Quafflegrab. At present there would be no mid-round way to drop a quaffle due to the order of operations, however there will be certain effects in future patches that can cause this effect.
CATCH
Able to catch two falling players on your broom when playing Quidditch. These additional caught players would be brought to the ground safely and they would be allowed to retrieve their broom and enter play again the next round. This can be done every round as the player's action if they choose to do so.
With brooms that have the feature where an additional player may be caught (such as Bluebottle) where there is a stackable chance of failure with each additional person caught, there is no stacking failure chance for players with this ability.

Right, this was Gabby's moment, her first chance to show that she could do Quidditch. It was a skill she had, and a skill that she needed to show the world. This was important.
Her instructions had been clear: backbeat the Gryffindor Seeker. Backbeating was easy; Gabby knew how to do that. She had practised it enough times - after all, it was a pretty common Beater move. No, Gabriella didn't have any concerns about this one, and while she may not be successful in knocking Eve off her broom, it might make her stumble, or lose sight of the Snitch, or something of that degree.
Suddenly, however, as the Ravenclaw prepared herself to perform the move, an intense feeling of distress seemed to penetrate her skin, as if from nowhere. Where was it coming from? She glanced around. No, Gabriella, she berated herself. Ignore it. Just try... to... ignore it... try... ignore... just try... try to ignore...
Gabriella swung her bat hard round towards the Bludger as it hurtled towards her, as if the harder she smacked the ball, the more it would keep that strange feeling from clutching her heart. The feeling was weak, yet it paralysed her soul with fear - fear and a strange sense of reverence... "Shit!" exclaimed Gabriella. That strange, uneasy feeling had disappeared as quickly as it had come to her, but it had gone at a great cost. The bludger had gone spiralling in completely the wrong direction, one hundred and eighty degrees from where it had supposed to be. Gabriella clapped her hands to her mouth - was that the first time she had sworn out loud? Her mother really wouldn't be pleased... anyhow, there were far more pressing things on the young Ravenclaw's mind. How had she managed to get it so terribly, awfully, embarrassingly wrong?
Confused, she turned her head round to look at the Gryffindor Seeker and frowned. There was something about her that just... wasn't right. Could she have been the reason? Surely if she had some kind of special ability, Gabriella would have been warned? Or maybe it was such common knowledge that the girl was just expected to know? Either way, Gabriella was determined not to let it happen again, so she tilted her head back around and concentrated all her strength on the game at hand.Word count: 396Action:

Oh, and Cecily had allowed herself high hopes for this match. She had always expected to lose a few players-- it hurt her heart, of course, every time she saw one of her players take a tumble, but such was the way of the game. What she hadn't anticipated, though, was the sheer speed that Ravenclaw's second-strings were getting rotated into play. Jorah hadn't even been removed from the field below as Aly crashed from the sky, landing with what she could only imagine to be a sickening crunch on top of the boy.
As Cecily looked down, she caught the eye of her co-captain on the bench, trading a look of something akin to pure panic. What a first game for @Sylvain Wyllt. Their players were dropping like flies, but the game wasn't over yet. Though she wasn't sure what to expect when the younger boy had shown interest in becoming captain without even playing on the team, he had come through with some brilliant strategies that started the match off with a bang, and could very well be Ravenclaw's path to the snitch.
River, although looking like she had taken a beating, was safe on the back of Lavinia's broom-- thank Merlin the Chaser was keeping an eye on their Seeker. Cecily gripped her broom tighter as she shot off towards her target. The Eagles still had a shot yet.ACTION: doing as strategised

Jacob watched in horror as the Gryffindor Team is losing, he can feel it. He doesn't actually know which team is winning but now he needs to get into the game, but he needs to be given a sign or something to get into the game. So for now he can only wait and see what happens. Evelynn... He is afraid for Evelynn most of all. He still in love with her and this is something he cannot show in the game. When it comes to Rafa, he could care less; even though he is the captain after what happened on the train earlier that year. Things are not looking up between him and his captain, he respects everyone else on his team though, especially Evelynn who he respects most of all. So he naturally respected all in his team. He now needs to cheer his team on, showing his support "GO GRYFFINDOR!" He cheered at the very top of his lungs it felt almost like a lion roaring in the wind when he did so. Even as Evelynn had a disadvantage in catching the snitch. He wondered if his team would celebrate in the Gryffindor Common Room after their victory if they are able to win this game. Jacob for one could use a good celebration for winning the game.

Kyle was watching the game closely. the scores, the blatches, the bludgers, the snitch chasing. While he may have been trapped on the bench there was always valuable things to learn from watching the game play out. besides he was also here for support of his team. Sylvain winced in empathetic pain as Aly fell, landing on Jorah. At least Lavinia had managed to scoop up River and keep her from meeting the same fate. Griseldis was a powerhouse, but there was little they could do to keep her from bludgering them to oblivion. Searching for some kind of weakness in their strategy, Sylvain then scanned the opposing goal post. Piérre Marchonné, at least that's what Sylvain thought his name was, didn't seem too keen on protecting their goal and it didn't seem like their plan to keep ahead in score was working anymore. Could they even score enough points to catch up now?
It was obvious now, that they were being outmatched by superior numbers and continuing down this path would mean a match of attrition. In a long term struggle Ravenclaw would not be able to keep up. Sylvain had heard of matches that had gone on until both teams had no seekers left. It seemed awfully unsporting to him for anyone to plan for such a victory. Was that Gryffindor's goal? Wait it out? Fight until the last of them went down while keeping their eyes on the goal? It didn't seem very bold or daring. It didn't even seem valiant, but then hero was a title withheld for those who seized victory from ashes.
Continuing to survey his team, Sylvain caught Cecily's eye. The two didn't need to share words to come to a mutual understanding. Out there, in the sky, she was filled with pure panic. They needed an ace in the hole, something Gryffindor wouldn't expect but also something that made use of their inferior numbers. Something to even the odds a bit. "Think," he mumbled while forcing himself to slow down his thoughts once more. Until now, he had been entirely focused on putting together a reactionary plan, but now only one play in his book made sense. He would rise to his feet as the idea struck him, an impish grin on his face as Kyle shouted something about bird brains.
Moving to the edge of the field, Sylvain shouted up to the team. His team. No hope about it, he would shout loudly. Loud enough for even those in the Gryffindor stands to hear him if they were listening for it. "EXECUTE ORDER 66!" It was bold and experimental. Something that they hadn't tried before, even in practice. An experimental maneuver with results that would either make or break this victory for them. His head felt heavy for the sacrifices they had made to even to come this far, sacrifices they had made at his advice. His heart however told him they had to try something. Anything.
