Why do you want to join: Henry was in the debate club when Amara Dragamior ran it but after she left the club sort of fell away. However Henry loves reading and knowledge as he has a unnatural relationship with facts and academics. The boy has a large vocabulary and what he lacks in physical strength, he makes up in mental strength probably why his marks in classes are so high. But even outside of classes, Henry loves to take time reading and finding facts.

Any topics you want to debate about: the views of werewolves in wizarding world, the views on dhampir's in the wizarding world, are centaurs beasts or humans, debates on the last wizarding world, differences/similarity on wizarding and muggle books, house equivalence.
Notes: Thanks for bringing the club back after it laid forgotten for a while when Amara left... but thanks for bringing back! It's amazing and I can't wait for what you will do with it.

Why do you want to join: Tory is very intellectual, and she needs to share her opinions some way or another. To her, the Debate Club is a perfect place to explain how she feels about the topic, with no interuptions. It's the only place she believes people will actually listen, which, all in all, is probably true. She also needs an outlet of any kind, because she's currently having a tremendously terrible winter due to the consant cold weather of Scotland, the cold she has 24/7, and the pure feeling of homesickness. The Debate Club will let her speak on her opnions freely and meet some new people, and that's why she wants to join so badly.

Any topics you want to debate about: Should blood-status supremicist students be punished for their behavior, comfort on species other than humans attending Hogwarts (veela, werewolf, etc), is it fair to punish a student for something that was an accident, even if it made a huge mess or disrupted class.

Why do you want to join: Orion has yet to join a club at Hogwarts, so why not one where he can make friends and enemies? Hitting two birds with one stone as the muggles say. Not to mention whatever the weekly topic is can be about 100 times more interesting than what he'd be normally allowed to speak about at home. The Debate Club checked every one of Orion's boxes. Now all he'd have to do was sign up.
