You bloodstatus does not matter when it comes to races or abilities. But for races you can only apply until a month has passed since your validation. So you cannot apply for werewolf any longer

One of the major limitations with muggle born is explaining how you were treated and survived the attack (as well as were in a place where you would be attacked in the first place). And yes, everything Opeila said, she is usually right.

Okay! And yeah, I was validated this month. I was planning on saying that her parents kept it from her until they had to tell her before a full moon, which develops her fear of wolves
