Errand Icing It Out PV Everly C ‣ Starlee K Finished

Starlee was not one to miss out on any Hogwarts event, especially one that had sweets involved. While she really didn't fancy anyone at Hogwarts, she still felt that it could be another day of giving to friends. As per usual, she told Cash about the event and they happily agreed to come with her. Starlee also thought of someone else with whom she had just recently done a different Hogwarts task; Everly. The girl was really growing on Starlee, her sass knowing no bounds, and so she decided to invite her as well. Starlee had passed her a note in one of their classes a few days before, asking if Everly would want to join the two in decorating some cookies. She agreed and the three students planned to meet in the Great Hall for a cookie decorating extravaganza.

Finally, the day came, and Starlee was excited. She was no baker, heck, her parents rarely ever cooked themselves, opting for takeout, but she could certainly decorate a cookie at the very least. She put on her typical sweater with leggings look, and made her way up to the Great Hall.

As she entered, she was hit with the wondrous scent of the freshly baked cookies and Starlee couldn't be more excited. Starlee looked around and spotted Cash sitting alone at the Slytherin table, with a tray of cookies in front of them, along with various icing supplies and decorations. It looked like they were in the midst of decorating one of them. She ran over to the beater, gave them a quick hug, and said "Heya there Cash! These cookies smell SO good right?" She quickly plopped down on the bench beside Cash, and nodded politely to one of the house-elves to bring her some fresh cookies. They did so and Starlee grabbed a bag of icing and began spraying the icing everywhere in a Jackson Pollock kinda way.

The green eyes was so immersed in their own thought they did not realize Starlee already arrived at the Great Hall. When the young bubbly blonde haired girl gave Cash a quick hug, Cash jumped a bit from the sudden touch. Because Cash did not expected the touch, their decoration pen fall from their gripped and make a clanking noise against the silverware.

Though Cash and the other girl now have much stronger friendship due to Cash's anguish and pent up mixed emotion that they called their moment of weakness back at the Astronomy Tower last month. Cash hated themselves for crying in front of the first year. Cash did not like when someone saw them crying, no matter how close the said person with them.

But it is what it is. On the other side, Cash was glad that whole ordeal was over. The young Ironwoods better known as someone that bottled their feelings and put their guard up so the other only see their happy side. "..These cookies smell SO good right?"Starlee voice and her inquirement enter Cash ears and bring them back to the present.

Starlee then took a seat beside the green eyes and when a house elf offer to bring Starlee's own tray of blank fresh bake cookies, the bubbly blond nodded politely. Cash blinked their eyes for a moment. If Cash was not mistaken, Starlee said hi to them. "Hello"The beater greet back.

Hoping it was the correct reply from Starlee greeting that the purple haired had missed. "Oh yeah, yeah. These cookies smell so good"Cash agreed to what Starlee said. "I almost eat it for myself"Cash chuckled. Cash then pushed themselves a bit backward, passed Starlee's back and looked at the giant door of the Great Hall.

When they saw it empty, they leaned forward again. Cash picked up their decorating pen and continuing the task at hand. "Where is uhh.."Cash tried to remembered the other girl name that Starlee had mention to the second year once or twice. "Where is Everly?"Cash asked Starlee.

"It is her name, right?"Questioned the young socialite. Cash then waited a moment for Starlee to answered their question. Whenever Starlee will reply to their question, Cash will nodded their head. Once a while Cash switched from the piping bag that filled with the colorful icings to the pen decoration and vice versa.

They do it for such quite time. Some moment later, Cash finally was done decorating their half dozen of cookies. They now realized they need to give to six other people. Cash then looked down on their creation. I mean there are six cookies, I think I will keep two of them for myself Cash thought to themselves.

Then Cash decided whom whose will receive their cookies. The first cookie, they will gave to Kara. As Kara loves all the things that related to Valentine's. The word of love engraved on top of the cookie. The second cookie is for Starlee. The word of the best engraved on top of the cookie.

It is as a token of thank you for being there when the green eyes needed someone the most. Cash will directly gave it to Starlee when the first year done with her share of cookies. The third and fourth one they will sent it back home to and for their mother. The word of be happy and XOXO engraved on top of the cookies.

Finally, the last two of the remaining cookies, Cash will took it for themselves. On top of the fifth and the sixth cookies, the word of Bella and Windy engraved on top of the cookies. Those two are the names of Cash pooches back at the Ironwoods Manor that they missed greatly. Cash then averted their eyes from the cookie to Starlee.

They then realize Starlee had spraying the icing everywhere. "That was an interesting things to see"Cash let out a small chuckled when the green eyes saw Starlee's creations.

Everly was late.

"Ack, ack, ack!" Everly took rushed breaths as she hurried towards the Great Hall, spotting Starlee and Cash at a table, already way far ahead than her nonexistent cookies. "Sorry I'm late, I slept in and then just remembered about this and then was a bit slow when I got up and got -" Everly took one long breath. "Anyways, hey Starlee, Cash! What do we have here?" She squinted at Cash's finished cookies, and Starlee's icing that had managed to found its way everywhere but the cookie. She recalled the errand's instructions. So they were making cookies, then?

A smirk curled on her face. This was going to be fun.

She grabbed some icing, choosing the classic Valentine's Day colors, throwing in some other colors to accompany them. Starting off with red, she grabbed the container, squeezing and spreading it over the warm, bare cookie. Everly figured that she should start basic, and made some small hearts, cringing when her aim was off place. Wrestling with the icing was harder than she thought.

"YES! First cookie done!" She exclaimed, almost giddy with excitement. It wasn't a big accomplishment, but hey, one step at a time, right?

Pausing, she took a moment to think about how many cookies she wanted to make. One for herself, one for Starlee, one for Cash, and one for each member of her family. So... that was eight cookies in total?

Everly figured she had to get to work soon enough.

A long, long time after, Everly stood back, pleased with herself. She had some icing on her hands and face, but at least she had managed to finish icing all seven cookies left. The first cookie she'd iced was perhaps the most poorly crafted one, but Everly hoped that the receiver would at least be pleased with the effort. She glanced over at Cash and Starlee. "How's it going for you?" she asked, a bright smile on her face.

Carefully and delicately, Everly strategically placed each of the cookies, intending to send five of them to her family for her parents, Asher, Myles, and Adeline. The other two, she gave to Cash and Starlee. "These two are for you guys!" And the last cookie, the first one she made, she kept for herself. Deciding to sample her own cookie, she took a careful bite out of the first cookie she made. Within moments, Everly had finished the cookie.

When Starlee hugged Cash, the beater accidentally dropped their decoration pen, making a loud clang on the Great Hall floor. "Ooopps..." Starlee mumbled under her breath, a bit embarrassed. It seemed like Cash didn't hear nor pay attention to it, lost in their own thoughts.

Cash then brought up the question of where Starlee's new friend, Everly, was. "Yep, her name is Everly... but I'm not sure where she is! She's a Gryffindor... I haven't had a chance to catch up with her before I invited her. It was shortly after she said this that she saw a body enter the great hall in quite the rush: Everly. She greeted the pair, explaining that she had overslept. That was always a problem Starlee had. She was much more of a night owl than a morning person and anyone who attempted to wake the 'beast' in the morning would certainly feel her wrath.

"Heh, hey there Everly! Obviously, Cash, meet Everly, Everly, meet Cash!" Starlee directed her hand in between the pair, introducing them. Starlee then took a moment to look at Cash's cookies, which almost looked complete. Starlee redoubled on her efforts to finish hers, grabbing all different shades of various reds and pinks, continuing to spray it all over her set of eight cookies. Cash pointed out that it was a rather interesting take on cookie decorating, and Starlee smiled back at them. "I mean... It's just more fun!" she said as another huge glob of pink began spraying over the cookies.

As to be expected, Starlee had thoroughly covered not just the cookies, but a lot of herself in excess icing that had missed. She giggled as Everly asked how they were doing, and said "Seems I'm decorating myself more than the cookie!"

By now though, she felt finally close to being finished. She dripped a bit more white on them and called them done. Now came for the hard part, who to give them to. Well, Obviously one each for Everly and Cash. She also wanted to give one to Tina, her best friend, the last four to send back to her family, and finally, the last one for herself.

She then turned to hand both a cookie to the two next to her, beaming. "Here! These are for you!" She then took a bite out of the one that was hers, now realizing her cookie was now comprised of approximately 5% cookie and 95% icing. Oh well, Icing was the best part anyway, right?

Starlee confirmed that her new friend name is everly. Starlee also mentioned that the other girl is Gryffindor. Then as both of the serpent chatted up, Cash heard a rushed footstep filled the Great Hall. Then another female voice enter their ears. Cash took a brief pause between their decorating.

The purple haired looked up at the source of the voice. Now, after Cash seeing Everly face; Cash remembered that they met Everly once but can pinpoint exactly when. Everly told Cash and Starlee that she overslept and just remembered about the whole errand in one breath. Everly then greeted both Starlee and the green eyes.

Starlee then formally introduced Cash to Everly and vice versa. "Hey"The purple haired politely greet back. "Breath"Cash said to Everly. "No worries and we in the middle of decorating our cookies"Explained the young socialite. "I mean... It's just more fun!["Starlee said as another huge glob of pink began spraying over the cookies.

Cash let out a small chuckle and shake their head at Starlee's unique method to decorated her cookies. For the next hour or so, the two serpents and a single lioness put their best effort to decorated their respective cookies. Everly then asked how they were doing. "I am almost done with the whole thing"They told Everly.

The purple haired then glance at Starlee. "Seems I'm decorating myself more than the cookie!"Answered Starlee. "That you are"Teased the second year. Then after awhile, Cash checked on how Everly and Starlee had been doing when it comes to decorating their cookies. At this point the three of them had done with their respective tasks.

Everly was the first one that give two out of her eight cookies. One for Cash and one for Starlee. Cash also done the same thing. They gave two out of their six cookies to Everly and Starlee. It seems Starlee had the same idea as Everly and Cash. After she done with her cookies, Starlee gave two cookies to Cash and Everly.

"Thanks, guys"Cash said as they get up and put back the decorating pen from where they took it. The green eyes then walked back toward the long table. "Since our cookies done, I guess see you guys around?"Cash questioned both Everly and Starlee. Everly and Starlee nodded their heads.

"Great!"Cash packed up the cookies that Everly and Starlee gave to them. They picked up their tray consist of the rest of their cookies and put it in a small bag that later on will be packed up nicely and they will send it for their mother back at home. Before Cash exited the Great Hall, they turned around and wave at Everly and Starlee.

Once they done that, they exited the room and continuing their day.
