Group C: Ravenclaw vs Hufflepuff
There was only so much Alexa could do to fight the curse, which, aside from its normal bad side effects, was now making her feel faint… And she knew it was only a matter of time before she passed out. She did not want to lose this duel like the last one, but the outcome kept looking worse. Still, she would keep trying until she was on the ground. Her hand shaking slightly, she raised her wand again.

The story seemed to repeat itself. The condition of the Hufflepuff ladies was so bad that Damion had all the chances to win. He didn't go to finish them in their weak state and shorten the path to their death defeat. He chose to make them suffer and cough on their snot and whatever.
Alexa was luckier, she at least got her wand working and spell produced, but Damion took everything to dodge it. Just like earlier. Just like...

Damion was happy that he had survived another round. He was around another round. He was happy that he was still standing. He loved that he was still standing and was still in the game. He was going to make his team and partner proud. He was going to make his family and friends happy.

Alexa was exhausted. Everything seemed to ache, especially her heart, because she felt like she was going to let people down by losing. And it seemed like there would be no doubt now about the outcome of the duel. Unless some extraordinary luck happened to come to her and her partner, this was looking pretty ugly.

Group C: Ravenclaw vs Hufflepuff
May didnt knbow what to do. First, they had made aida faint, but now it seemed like they were going to faint, togheter. She frowned and looked at Alexa. She wasn't any worse than May was, but she also seemed pretty sick too. She focuused again, on Damion, who seemed to be dodging nonstop.

Whatever was happening — it didn't make sense anymore. Hufflepuff girls were not getting better with every next second of the duel, May kept failing to cast and Alexa kept missing. Only the glorious knight of blue and bronze was still standing there, not even trying hard to dodge anymore as the spells weren't getting to him.
Who to pray for the Hufflepuff to have a chance to win this? Maybe Damion could get some chocolate for the girls after the duel while they'd be recovering from the curse?

Group C: Ravenclaw vs Hufflepuff
May didnt know what to do. Her spells were not working as usual, and Alexa kept missing every single spell she tried casting at Damion. She wanted to yell at her partner, tell her to try harder, but it was impossible. All her strenght was gone, she was useless. She was going to lose, and the ravenclaws were going to win, clearly.

Alexa felt like such a failure. She was failing her House, her team, her partner May… They must all be so disappointed in her. She saw the look her partner gave her, and flinched, knowing that they would both be unconscious soon. Why couldn't she do better? What was wrong with her?

Damion was still standing. He felt happy that he was still here. He was very pleased with himself. He was happy that he was still in this game. His plan had worked so far and was hoping that his plan would keep working. He wanted to keep making his team proud.

As May tried to cast her final spell, it failed again — no surprise there, she was barely standing at that moment anyway.
Alexa was probably getting her guts together despite the almost unconscious state of mind. She produced a Knockback Jinx, weakened but still, and hit Damion right into his dodging pretty face, taking him by surprise as everything seemed to go on the edge.
Little time left, big stakes. Both were just one step from equally a victory and a defeat. One team would take on, and the other would take the remaining.
Meenauh stopped the duel for just a second to have collapsed May removed from the stage. And with the two participants remaining, the crowd went wild.
