Backstory

My name is Paige Chase. I was born on January 10th, 2009. I have ADHD, but I don't let it define me. I come from a family of muggles. My eyes are brown, and so is my hair. My mom argues that it's blond (Wishful thinking?). I live in Hampshire, England. When I was 6 years old, I had made a cat very angry by waking him up. The claws came out and I ran. I remember being very scared, but the next thing I knew, I was at the top of a tree. I can tell you I have no idea how to climb trees, so I was amazed. I thought nothing of it, just relieved that I was safe. When I told mom, she said that it was just a once in a lifetime thing. At home, I have two siblings named Amelia (my older one) and Jack (my little brother). My mom is a nurse, and my dad works at a publishing company. My family rides bikes a lot, and I love the thrill and the wind on my face. I and my siblings prank each other a lot. Call it luck, but I always manage to find the best objects to use in the most unexpected places. I've also taken a liking to animals. It started when Isla, a mean girl at school, was teasing me for being so skinny. That's when a big bird swooped down and grabbed her hair. I laughed, but later I felt awful about it. That poor bird made a brave sacrifice! When I got the letter, I just couldn't believe it! Were there really people like me out there? And there were so many books on the list! My parents are very proud of me and love me very much. I love them more.
