Feasts within the Great Hall Dinner Closed

Aurelia took the last bite of her pastry, stuffing it into her mouth. She glanced around every few minutes to see if Mardella was around. Mardella suddenly rushed into the Hall. She walk to their table when she saw them.

I'm here! I'm here! - I got kind of lost!

She said catching her breath. Aurelia let out a sigh of relief.

"You got me worried sick!" Aurelia said.
"Well, I'm glad you're here, I'm sure you're really hungry."

Mardella' face lit up when she saw Mekena eating her cake. Aurelia already finished her cake.
"Sorry, there's no more of that." Aurelia told her. Mardella had a slight frown in her face. She went to the other end to get some food. Mardella came back to the table holding a bowl with crusty oats inside. She sat down and began eating.

Winifrey pushed the letter toward the center so they all could see.

"Who's going to open it?" Winifrey asked.

"Not me..." Aurelia's hand swung up as if surrendering. Where as Mardella on the other hand, took the envelope. She stared at it for quite a while, trying to find if it had a name on it and belonged to one of us. After she was done examining, she held it infront of her. Aurelia leaned towards her.

Creepy doesn't seem like very well-behaved owl

'm pretty sure most fancy letters are sent with really well-trained animals, especially if they're from old families

Mardella said as she was unfolding the tongue of the envelope.

"Didn't you guys let it out?" She asked. She slapped her forehead. They were probably to occupied playing with it that they didn't hear her remind them to let the owl out. She cringed as she thought about bird poop on the floor.

Wini’s eyes widened slightly at Aurelia’s question. She replayed it over and over in her head. She grabbed her books, headed towards the door, and then left. Wini frowned before looking sheepishly at Aurelia. She was giving that look a lot. She better be careful, she might turn into a sheep. It sounded crazy in her head, but who knows what could happen in this crazy magical world.

“I don’t remember,” She shrugged, giving the dark haired girl an apologetic look. “I could go make sure. But classes are going to start soon and I don’t know if I would be able to find my way back again,” She frowned.

Then a playful smile came on her face, “Or Mardella could go and do it. I think the owl really like her,” She laughed lightly, elbowing the tall girl lightly in the side.

Wini’s blue eyes traveled throughout the great hall. It was definitely different in the mornings with the sunlight stinging through the big windows. She watched as the students interacted, looking up the table to see if she recognized anyone else down the table.

She silently wondered where Asteria might be, the girl she met the night before. But she quickly dismissed the though, figuring she might see her during classes.

"I'm here! I'm here! - I got kind of lost!"

Della said while taking the seat next to Wini.

Wini asked. Makena didn't really want to be the one to open it so she stayed quiet eating her cake.

"Not me..."

Aurelia's said as her hand swung up as if surrendering. Where as Mardella on the other hand, took the envelope. She stared at it for quite a while, probably trying to find if it had a name on it and  if it belonged to one of us. After she was done examining, she held it in front of her. Aurelia then leaned towards her.

"Creepy doesn't seem like very well-behaved owl."

Wini shrugged, giving Aurelia an apologetic look.

Wini frowned. Makena still had a mouth full of food raised her hand to try and get their attention to try and tell them she let the owl out and not to wory about it. Then a playful smile came on her face,

She laughed lightly, elbowing the tall girl lightly in the side. Finaly Makena swallowed her food took a breath and said "I let the owl out don't worry but I think I forgot to shut the window."

She jolted at the teasing nudge to her ribs, and then shuddered exaggeratedly for show despite the edges of her lips tilting upwards.

When none of the girls protested at her examining the envelope, she set her spoon down in her bowl. "Guess I will then," Seeing that none of the other's wanted to open it, Mardella steeled herself and with nervous fingers broke the red wax seal on the tongue of the envelope.

Though the paper was of high quality, it was also unusually weighted - thick not from high thread count but as if it was crammed full. The stiff seal came loose like faintly sticky blue-tack and the envelope opened. Mardella pushed her thumbs into the opening, prying it open and pulling out the contents onto the table. "O-oh!" She tried not to laugh, lips twitching. "F-false alarm, guys." And to think they'd been late to breakfast searching for this envelope and avoiding that stupid bird. "It's just our class schedules," She snickered, and then pulled out the contents.

"One for Miss Bezuidenhout!" She passed a piece of parchment across the table, the pretty black-haired girl's name emblazoned at the top in red calligraphy.

"One for Miss Degray!" Mardella passed the next sheet across the table, catching a glimpse of the map (of the school?) on the back of each timetable.

"And last, but not least," She said with flourish, "Miss Golding!" And slid the sheet to the girl next to her.

None of the girls protested at Mardella examining the envelope, she set her spoon down in her bowl.

"Guess I will then,"

She then shakily broke the red wax seal on the tongue of the envelope. Makena and the other two girls (Wini and Aurelia) sat in suspense. So many thoughts were going through Makena mind, she wasn't sure what was in the envelope, who it was for, or why they sent 'Creepy' as Della calls him, since he wasn't a very well train owl.

"O-oh!"

Mardella suddenly said. Makena looked at the envelope and then back at Mardella waiting for her to say what was in the envelope, she sounded quite surprised.

"F-false alarm, guys."

"It's just our class schedules," 

She snickered, and then pulled out the contents. Makena was a little bit disappointed she wanted it to be a mystery and adventure like the books she had read but she was gad to finally have her class scheduled since now she at least knows what lessons to go to now she just have to figure out how to get there.

"One for Miss Bezuidenhout!"

She passed a piece of parchment across the table, the pretty black-haired girl's name emblazoned at the top in red calligraphy.

"One for Miss Degray!"

Mardella passed the next sheet across the table to Makena. Makena then turned it over and saw what looked to be a map, She thought it was probably of the school.

"And last, but not least,"
"Miss Golding!"

She said with flourish, and then slid the sheet to the girl next to her.
"Hey guys have u seem the back of our schedules it looks like a map of the school, well this should help us not to get lost even though I probably still will." Makena said turning over her scheduled showing the map and giggling since it probably wouldn't help her that much.

F-false alarm, guys.

It's just our class schedules,

Aurelia burst in to petite fits of laughter when she heard that the contents inside the envelope was just scheduled and maps.
Just as she did, chimes and bells rang she even heard the sound of chello, creating a melodic harmony. Aurelia, look around, she couldn't target where the sound was coming from. It was all around as if the air around her was singing. Hogwarts was strange, almost everything was enchanted. The music kept ringing.

"Oh, I guess it signals that the morning feast is over." She said. An envelope was passed down to her. She took it. It had astonishing markings on it and was so perfect that it didn't seem like somebody did it by hand. The paper was also of high quality. She had come across many different types of paper as she loved to sketch, but she's never seen such fine paper. Her name was emblazoned on the parchment in red. Before she read her schedule, she flipped it over, as she had suspected the map was also enchanted. She stood up from the table and walked a few steps. The pictures on the map moved as she did, it was unbelievable. This meant she never had to get lost again. She flipped it over again to read her schedule.

"Oh, Dumbledore's beard!" Her Favourite curse rolled out.
"I forgot my potionology textbook! And the class is on the first period." She exclaimed. She scurried across the hall. She almost forgotten to say goodbye.

"I'll meet you guys during the afternoon feast!" She called out to them before leaving the hall.
