Canva is a free website on computer (mostly, some options are restricted unless you pay). IbisPaint x is a free app on mobile, but keep in mind that it's not built for making banners/moodboards. It's a drawing program, so it won't have built-in templates. Have fun, though!

Picsart's pretty good as well but it gets more expensive as you use it. It lately decided that I had to pay to download PNGs so I can't make stuff with transparent backgrounds anymore, which kinda sucks lol.
I got an app that makes transparent backgrounds, if you need something done I'll do it for you

If any of you want to remove backgrounds, I would deeply recommend remove.bg its awesome, and it removes it automatically ^^
