Furious closed

After receiving a letter from Mother and Father Melina had almost lost the plot, she was completely and utterly furious, she felt like ever since their new booming careers that she was just a cute prop in their life. Something for her Mother to boast about at interviews or coffee dates with her friends, friends that she could keep. Mother would always talk about how naturally talented Melina was at everything, how she didn't have to try to make friends and how she was so on trend with everything at such a young age. 

The letter was rather simple, congratulating her and telling her she will settle in soon. Yet that's what set her off, they had simply ignored everything Melina has been complaining about. She felt hurt and mostly confused, usually Mother and Father did what ever they where told and got whatever they where asked for, for Melina and now they're not.

Melina pushed her hair back as she aimlessly jogged down some steps, she hasn't yet noticed that she has no idea where she's going as she held back the tears that where begging for her permission to let everything out. She had never felt like this, so far in Hufflepuff she has only made one friend. How sad is that, Melina stopped and took a few deep breaths as she watched her surroundings. She had somehow made her way to a small valley at the end of a hill, the sun was close to setting though so she'd have to find a way back soon.
