This duel was looking to be very one-sided very quickly, Dee thought as she watched the events unfold. With both of the Slytherins disarmed and scrambling to pick up their wands, it left the Gryffindors with all the time and focus in the world to just start picking them off. And apparently they had decided to start with @Adonis Thorn.
@Meenauh Silmataurea, after a short expression of admiration for her partner's skill, had returned to casting on her opponent with truly admirable aim. Meanwhile, @Galton Lansdale, even with mucus slowly trickling down his chin in a disgusting drip, drip, slight nausea starting to fill his stomach, had chosen to repeat his feat from the round before, and targeted both of their adversaries at once. And again, all of their spells found their mark, Knockback Jinxes flashing across the stage - two for Adonis, one for @Opeila Winters - who were too distracted to dodge.
Dee felt a bit of pity in her, more clinical than because she truly felt for them, as she watched her class mates stumbling backwards under the force of the spells - a proper Knockback Jinx was no laughing matter, truly - for this was currently looking more like an execution than a duel. But then, people could come back from worse odds than this, and Galton's aim would likely not remain this impressive for long. As long as they managed to locate their wands quickly, the Slytherins still stood a chance.

Group E: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
Flipendos flew through the room from the pair. Where Galton’s cast was mediocre, Meenauh’s was near perfect. Her spell found it’s mark, closely followed by Galton’s own.
But poor Lansdale didn’t have much time to think of spells. Moments after his spell flew away from him he had to collect himself, and his snot, again. It was ramping up, the snot, and the nausea. He could feel it in that last cast, the twinge of lose-your-lunch that made him pull back just a bit. He opened his mouth to get a good breath, his nose close to clogged by such gooey mess made it hard to inhale purely through the nose. Nasty thing magic is.

Opeila turned around on the spot, trying to find her wand again. In what direction did it go? To the right- or was it left? Actually, all she could remember was it flying out of her hand and then it was gone.
Something hit her into the side, sending her flying to the ground and Adonis next to her as well. Dammit, dammit... There!
From her position on the ground, she could suddenly see a piece of wood nearby.

Group E: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
So far everything they planned succeeded. In a way they couldn't expect (considering the previous duel). Were they just lucky and the opponents were not? Or the endless hours of practice really paid off?
Her Flipendo connected with the wandless boy and GOSH Galton repeated his success once again. This time Meenauh couldn't hold it and actually produced it out loud: "Wow! You're on fire, partner."
And after gifting the boy with her precious smile, she continued with step three of their plan.

Adonis was starting to slowly become more and more frustrated with the current state him and Opeila were in for this duel. All he could do at the moment was dodge but it so hard to keep himself balanced correctly due to Meenauh's casting of Ventus on him. Because of that, the young Thorn failed to dodge not just one but two Knockback Jinx's hurling straight into him. The wind was knocked out of him for a longer duration than most from both of them, forcing him to grasp for air as he wheezed before trying to compose himself once again. He had to dodge these next attacks or it was most certainly over for him.

It seemed that finally the Slytherins were able to catch a break. Within just seconds of each other, they both managed to find and grab their wands, even in the midst of spells showering down upon them. @Adonis Thorn was just that moment faster, grabbing his wand in time to see the spells coming on, and dodging both the Knockback Jinx cast by @Meenauh Silmataurea and the fashion accessory @Galton Lansdale was trying to add to his outfit. @Opeila Winters was not as lucky: Again, the spell from Galton had split in two, and she was not prepared to dodge it. Just as she straightened up, she would feel soft cloth wrap around her head, and the world went dark.
Dee, next to the stage, stretched a little, trying to loosen the tension in her shoulders. This was an intense duel if she'd ever seen one, but so far hadn't been very suspenseful. At least now Opeila and Adonis had a shot at fighting back. Watching an execution was really not all that fun.

Group E: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
The Slytherin boy (@Adonis Thorn) had a bit more in himself — a masterful dodge while picking a wand made her spell miss. She should have predicted his movements as she knew he'd go for the wand. Another lesson learnt — small pieces of experiences were vital to building up a duellist. While it wasn't her direct goal, the improvement was always appreciated if she wanted to keep her spot in the team, not saying about the co-captain position.
Moreover, the boy managed to dodge the spell of @Galton Lansdale as well. At least @Opeila Winters didn't, so there was a chance for everything to work as expected Anyway, the tactical action tree in her mind switched to better support the on-going situation. Both players retrieved their wands, so the course of actions could be anything. Predictions were made, actions were chosen.

Through the sick and snot, Galton made the motions to press his attack. The words of @Meenauh Silmataurea met his ears as he took a deep breathe. “No fire, please, we did that last time.”
The curse was ramping up, and the effects were starting to show. He was able to get his spell off, but this time he missed one of the snakes. Though, to Adonis’s credit, he moves were otherworldly for a second. This duel was far from over.

The young Slytherin looked over her shoulder to her teammate, who wasn't in a good state. He looked weakened and Opeila wondered how long he would still make it. More than one or two spells he wouldn't take anymore for sure... But then he grabbed his wand and dodged the two spells flying towards him.
Opeila reached out to grab her own wand. She could only wrap her fingers around the thin piece of wood, when there was suddenly only darkness. A piece of fabric was wrapped around her head, covering her eyes and making her wince. No, no, no! This was not lost yet, this was not... The second year ducked, hoping to present a smaller target, holding on tightly to her wand.

The second he saw the opening, Adonis turned on his heels and quickly snatched his wand from the ground. He was weaker now than he had been at the beginning of the duel but he couldn't give up. He wasn't out. He was still in it and this duel was certainly not over yet. It couldn't be. Don had more to do and the need to help out Opeila. The boy knew his spell casting was decent, so he just needed to make the most of that before he went down for the count. Or he could dodge again. It was most likely that they would aim for him again to get him out once and for all.
