We landed yesterday (again, duh) and I seriously wish I could say something like 'oh, France is horrible, I wish I was back with you and the troop', but I can't. I mean, I still haven't forgiven Mum and Papa for just MOVING like that, but... It's actually not that bad here.
I mean, don't get me wrong I'd LOVE to be back in GH, but it's not as bad as I'd thought. Maybe I just overthought it all... but never tell Mum I said that Scar, I'd never forgive you.
We're in a house (mum wrote the address on a card for you, I'll put that in the envelope too) in Paris, and my new room's actually bigger than the one at home!
Is there someone else living in my old house yet? Papa says the couple who got it have a baby boy. Wish I could've seen him before we left *sigh*.
It's kinda hard figuring out everyone's accents too. You remember Papa's accent? Well, here EVERYONE's like that, only like a hundred times stronger! Luckily most people speak at least a bit of English tho.
Btw, do you know when you'll get a phone?
I put my number on the card, and Papa says he'll put the landline on as well so you can ring as soon as you can. Might be hard tho, cause apparently it costs a lot to call internationally. I dunno.

I actually did try snails! Mum insisted we had loads of Frenchie stuff to eat on our first night, and I tried some snails. They look discusting, but they're not too bad if you keep your eyes closed.

I have basically all the furnature [furneture[/s] furniture from my old room, but it's painted yellow (cause i love that colour lol. it's HAPPY) and papa put LEDs all around the walls. It doesn't quite feel like home yet (it's like i'm living in a hotal room lol, but without room service) but I guess i'll get used to it eventually. Was it like that for you when you moved into Fiona's house?

Sorry for the latish reply - there's been SO MUCH going on!!
We went to see 'mon grandmère et grandpère' (my grandma and grandad lol) yesterday FINALLY! D'you remember them from when they came to visit? I had to miss t/d thursday, but it was OK. Frenchhh... Yeah lol. I've been speaking it way more since I came here, but now I need to learn to WRITE it better as well... The grammars so wierd, everything has a gender and you need to use le or la or les, and it's kinda hard. But I'm getting used to it. I just do French practise when everyone else in my class is doing English lol, but it's kinda annoying cause miss keeps sending people over to me for english help. I'M TRYING TO DO FRENCH OVER HERE!! Tbh most people at school just use me to try practise their English anyway, but I do have some friends. P.S.stop lying to yourself
The Card:The envelope contains a homemade card, which contains a gift card.
The birthday card is made of mint green cardboard and has a large glittery '10' on it, obviously created by an amateur but effective nonetheless. Inside, there is a doodle of a birthday present in glittery pen and some scribbly words.

@Scarlett AdenInside the envelope, there are two pieces of paper. On one is written the following letter in English. On the other, the entire letter has been re-written in considerably neater French - obviously an attempt to show off.

FIYA is simply my very bad spelling of fire lollll. And MERL OMG I would totally wish for:
- infinite wishes (I'm sorry, but you're tooo much of a genius Cabbage)
- fire powers!
- ummmmmmmm um um for you to come back and visit England again!
- for fiona to stop looking over my back everytime i write >:(
I know that was four, but I wished for infinite wishes, didn't I? MUAHAHAHA!! And dragon trainer would be sickkkk, too bad their not real. Totallyyy! Also what's an accountant?? Btw I would probably be a ninja so we could sneak over to Erin's house and KICK HER BUTT
