GENERAL Report Your Absence

Greetings.

I wish to inform you that I'll be unavailable for the rest of this year and the beginning of January, as I'm a bit preoccupied with work, by that I mean a lot of work. As a result of that, my replies for threads may be halted during that period of time. I initially thought it'll be only for a couple of days, but unfortunately, my assumption was far from correct. I do apologies for that.

I may stop by to check my owls and discord, but I won't be replying for any threads for a while.

Hello! Just a quick post to clear up my lack of posting rn:

I’m sure many of you are busy this time of year, and I’m no exception. With exams on the horizon and a whole lot of work on my plate, I need to get myself sorted irl before I can respond to any threads. I’ll try to get around to it when I can, but more often than not I’ll be very slow.

I thought I was going to be active this week but things keep coming up! You might not see much of me for a while but I am working on getting one thing from my todo list done each day. Thank you for your patience!

I have already told many people on discord this, but since it is now officially January, I thought I should make an official announcement. Starting January 24th and lasting until May 30th, I will be leaving for a semester abroad, and will therefore be taking a huge step back from this site. My decision for this is two-fold, first because I will probably be absolutely swamped while in the trip, and second because I want to make sure I am able to fully appreciate this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

While away, I will (hopefully) still be able to respond to duels, and will be in touch with my dueling partner and captains for what this will look like, but will not be responding to any other threads. I currently owe replies to three threads, and will hopefully be able to give one last reply to each of them before leaving, but I wouldn't hold my breath on anything past that.

This probably won't be too much of a problem because it's basically dead, but my shop will not be taking any requests past January 20th.

My DMs and owls will always be open, but I'm not making any promises that I will see them or reply with any semblance of speed. If you need to reach me while I'm away, your best bet would probably be owls, but again, no promises.

Since there are quite a few people I have open threads with I thought it fair to let everyone know that I am taking an open ended semi-hiatus from the site.

I will be here for duelling and co cap duties as well as to finish the Hockey match I have going on right now, but I will not be responding to open, or starting any new threads. I‘m very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to any of my rp partners.

You can still reach me via owls or on Discord though I cannot guarantee that I will respond quickly.

Not going absent, just a note!

I have been not very active the past few weeks due to holidays and a cold. I will return being more active as the month goes on but I have a bundle of threads and commissions and other things around site that I would like to attend to.

I am currently not going to be accepting anything else (namely threads) until I am a bit caught up. Though feel free to send me owls and dms for things I’ve forgotten so I can add them to my list.

Since I have some open threads as well, I would like to inform you guys about my hiatus. I will still post in the ongoing moderated events as ice hockey and dueling and be here for the hunt moderation.
I don’t know when I will be back yet. You can always DM me on discord or owl me though I can’t guarantee a quick reply. Thank you for understanding
