Physical Description: Serilda has curly red hair, bright green and blue eyes, very pale, white skin, and a slender, graceful body. She is almost always smiling. Basically, she looks pretty much like the profile photo.
Mental Description: Serilda is quiet with everyone except her close friends and her family. She is introverted, loves to read, and has already written several stories and poems, which she shared only with her friends and family. She was known at her old (non-magical) school for being a bookworm. She was (still is, actually) very interested in psychology and would read college-level textbooks on the subject in her free time (including recess). Serilda is sometimes pessimistic but tries her best to look on the bright side. She loves to draw and write stories and poetry. She is creative, has wacky dreams about everything under the sun, and always finds a way to accomplish something if she sets her mind to it (except maybe the time she tried to unhinge her jaw in kindergarten to eat a huge sandwich). She has few friends, but they are very close to her (as in, they are REAL friends). What she looks forward to most at Hogwarts is learning spells and potions. Her greatest ambition is to become a famous author.
Biography: Serilda was raised in a loving family but wasn't spoiled. She's an only child, and she wished for a sister and brother until she had a sleepover at a friend's house at age seven and realized exactly how much havoc a younger brother or sister could wreak. Her mother and father are both muggles, and she had a loving relationship with them. Her father is a biologist and her mother is an elementary school teacher. She had a very happy childhood and went to a private school, where she was classified as a very gifted student with an IQ of 142. She played violin but did not enjoy it very much. She had no pre-Hogwarts magical education. She was born and still lives in London, England when she isn't at Hogwarts. Because she is muggle-born, an unnamed professor came to her house and told her that she was a witch. She was surprised and at first, didn't believe it (she had hoped for magic from the day she was born, and she'd nearly given up by age 11) but was thrilled and resolved to work as hard as she could. She decided to dedicate herself to earning house points and being a good student. She has made a few friends at Hogwarts and looks forward to exploring more of everything. When she grows up, she wants to be a teacher at Hogwarts and an author. Her favorite food is cheese (Like, just cheese. Nothing else).
Serilda's first time using magic was when she was four, in preschool. She was furious at her teacher for ridiculing and making fun of students for answering the wrong answers, and Serilda actually turned the teacher's hair (which was really a wig) to cheese. Serilda didn't get in trouble, because no one could know she turned the hair to cheese, but from then onward Serilda's life became almost... magical. Many magical incidents followed that.
