@Harmony Ruth an Ency is an Encyclopedia, or where all your info is. You have to make it to website standards. Mine is on my profile. If you go to my profile and look at my profile picture, you can see a tiny envelope. Next to it is a little not card thinggy. Tap it and that's my Ency. I can add people who are my friends, family, or who I've RPG and Talked to.

Your encyclopedia is basically where you put all the threads you're character has been in, what they're like, their history, and the people they've met. It's mainly for in character things - if you want to learn more click this link: [x]
EDIT: yeah, basically what @Eliza Corrids said XD. But one thing is it is for in character, so you don't add the people you've talked to on the site out of character.

hm a relationship thing is for when ur character meets people then u gotta write them in friends or enemies or wherever then u can put a quote describing ur characters feelings for em, I'm not sure its ooc tho, @Eliza Corrids
