────────────
As slow as this duel had been only a short time prior, as fast it seemed to be moving now.
@Zykeal Lane had apparently remembered who it was he was supposed to be duelling here, and moved his aim away from his partner to the tiny first year across the stage. Yet, whatever it was that had made his spell fail last round seemed to still have Zykeal in its grip, and the audience would see even less of his spell than it had last round.
@Ruka Burnett-Tân again found both of their opponents' wands directed at him, and instead of trying to dodge, stood, or, uh, danced, his ground valiantly and made one last attempt at hitting his opponents. His cast succeeded - a Curse of the Bogies that likely would have made snot drip from @Lea Hirsch's face within seconds - but his aim was thrown off by his incessantly dancing feet, and his last spell missed its target.
Retribution came immediately. Both @Frost Cira and Lea had their aim focused on Ruka, determined to finally take the Lion out. But then... something curious happened. Was it a bluff, a strategy, or just bad aim? Whatever it was, at the last second, Lea's wand twitched, and her spell went awry, suddenly headed towards Zykeal instead, who clearly hadn't expected this, and was fully hit with the young Hufflepuff's Dancing Feet Spell. Immediately, his body began to twitch and move in a rendition of a dance that had gone viral in the Muggle world around five years ago. Zykeal had only been about 7 years old back then, but he wasn't doing a bad job of it at all. Boy could move.
However, this still left one spell flying at Ruka, and in the condition he was in, one spell would prove to be enough. A hush fell over the audience as Frost's Knockback Jinx came straight for the Gryffindor who, between the wind and his clogging, did not stand a chance. He would stagger a step back, and for a moment, it looked like he might still stay on his feet - but then his strength finally left him and he fell, unconscious.
Reducio
Zykeal was now left to face his two adversaries on his own.

010.18.20 → ic date♡ definitely wearing the friendship bracelet willow made for the huffle dueling team! ♡With a look of 'I am so sorry for this' plastered onto her face, Frost let another knockback jinx fly, aimed at Ruka. Poor boy. She watched as the spell hit him. In the few moments where he was still conscious, Frost sneezed and then spoke. "I'm sorry! Though she wasn't sure he had heard her, as he knocked out only a few seconds later. 'It's okay', she assured herself. No doubt now that she would in fact be making a visit to the hospital wing later that day. Ruka just couldn't catch a break.
The nasty cold had started to grab a hold of Frost, snot blocking her nose and sneezing all the time. She was a whole mess. Though Lea's spell had missed its original target, it had shot toward Zyk, who was now doing a muggle dance she had recognized and whip and nae nae. She couldn't help but giggle. It was a horrible dance. "... good job?" The words she spoke to the younger Hufflepuff came with a smile on her face. At least Lea had been in good health.
"We can do this, yeah?" It did seem unfair, but they did seem to have an advantage. A boost of confidence at hearing her captain's words from the audience ensued. After wiping snot onto her sleeve- ew, I know, she would have to change her shirt immediately- Frost raised her wand once more.♡ stats + abilities + action!♡stamina 10, evasion 11, strength 1, wisdom 8, arcpower 10, accuracy 10

Zykeal didn't bother looking to see if his spell succeeded or not, there was an annoying boy shouting at him from next to Dealla and he just gave the kid a once over and deemed him instantly not worthy to respond to. With that, he turned back and saw his teammate faint after a moment and a pleased smile crossed over his features. That was until somehow even though he was on the other side of the area from where Ruka was, the first years spell, somehow found him by her wand randomly twitching? I mean, it probably had to twitch out of her hands to even find him, but, hey, that's just how things worked here apparently.
So, his legs began to move and he didn't mind it so much. It was kind of fun and a song even popped up in his head, "While in the merry month of May from me home I started, " he smiled and continued, dancing around the 'dueling' arena hall, "Left the girls of Tuam so sad and broken hearted," he sung to himself, not really caring who was around, as he was forced to dance regardless, "Saluted father dear, kissed me darling mother," he smiled as he finished the first part of the song.

It seemed like the best idea to just ignore the crowds for now- they would only stress her out further and from what little she could tell, the people didn't seem to be talking about either Frost or herself. One spell seemed to flicker away, while another was almost on target if not that dancing was optional for her and required for the gryffindor. Lea was alright, Frost- had been doing better, but they were both standing. This would be fine.
Her wand would aim at Ruka, clear in incantation and intent. Yet at the last moment, focus would be lost, attention elsewhere, target shifted. The spell still managed to hit, though, much to Lea's confusion. "Thanks... I think." Not the expected outcome, but perhaps the better one? Brown eyes would shift to the side, only now realizing that the other was down. It seemed strange, but that was what happened in duels. The first year would nod towards the fourth year, a delayed reaction. "G- good job to you, too." Support from their captain and both huffle duellists still standing- this would be fine.
One target meant one less variable to worry about and fewer spells to potentially dodge. All they had to do was cast some more spells and not get hit too much. Not bad, right? Just another flick of her wand- this would be fine.

For some reason, this duel seemed to have turned into an entirely different form of entertainment for the audience. @Zykeal Lane had given up casting for the round and instead aimed to delight his audience with an impromptu singing and dance performance - although the latter part wasn't entirely voluntary. @Lea Hirsch provided the light show for this presentation, her Green Sparks showering Zykeal precisely where he danced, which might have him seeing stars again for a while.
@Frost Cira used this pause in the usual proceedings of this rather odd duel to cast a Healing Spell on herself. While she hadn't yet taken any damage in this duel, she would feel the effects of her cold lighten up slightly, her focus returning. Maybe this would help her a little in the rounds to come.

010.18.20 → ic date♡ definitely wearing the friendship bracelet willow made for the huffle dueling team! ♡If it hadn't been particularly obvious, this duel of theirs had started becoming quite... strange. Though no duel was ever normal, Frost could bet that this was one of the most strange duel she had witnessed with her own eyes. Zykeal had been doing a dance for the audience, Lea casting a sparks charm that hit really nicely. Frost was oblivious to the fact that she had an aura that allowed the younger Hufflepuff to aim and hit easier this round.
She had taken a moment to heal herself, the cold was becoming more and more distracting. Plus all the sneezing and snot was super disgusting, don't you agree? Though the healing spell did not quite fix the cold, it did for a moment clear up everything. That was good enough for Frost. Looking to Lea again, she was becoming more and more sure that they could pull this off. Right?♡ stats + abilities + action!♡stamina 10, evasion 11, strength 1, wisdom 8, arcpower 10, accuracy 10

It seemed that the previous energy had died down a bit, allowing the girl to release some of her own stress. Brown eyes glanced to see Frost, happy that they were both still here. An unseen wave of calm, focus, washed over the first year. Despite the distraction of song and dance, the spell still hit, adding to the show on the opposite side of the block. Lea had yet to figure out if the mini-show would be helpful or harmful to the hufflepuffs.
At first the young girl was startled when Frost turned the wand on herself. But whatever spell the upper year had cast seemed to help a little bit. Probably a good idea considering how sick she had seemed moments before. Her attention would focus back on the duel itself, wand at the ready.

Despite his amazing dancing that persisted, he was once again showered with sparks from the first-year. Zykeal was pretty much resigned to being blind at this point and just closed his eyes as he continued to dance around the area for the time being. It gave him time to think of a way to deal with his current situation and the ability to try and pull a victory out of nothing somehow.

This round continued much the same as the round prior. It seemed that @Zykeal Lane was beginning to slow his prance, but just as his limbs began to falter, @Lea Hirsch's spell hit him and he began once more, despite his best efforts to dance out of her way.
@Frost Cira also had her eye on the twirling Gryffindor, but the second she raised her wand to release a wicked Knockback Jinx, she lost control, sending the beam careening at her teammate. Fortunately, Lea saw it coming and stepped easily out of the way. The two Hufflepuffs were in no worse shape than they started.

She felt a little bad as her spells forced the gryffindor to continue dancing. Apparently dancing made it harder to stop dancing, although perhaps the other duellist actually wanted to continue their jig. Whatever the case, Lea still felt partially guilty. The rest of her mind declared that this was sport and that this other student should have expected to dance away at a duel. There had been odder duels before, surely.
She squeaked suddenly, jumping out of the way. The spell had come from Frost, unintentionally she guessed. Wand movements and distractions could do that to a student, as it often seemed to do when Lea practiced. It hadn't hit, thankfully, already aware of how powerful the fourth year's spells were. Her spells, on the other hand, well... at least they were hitting often enough.
