Word Count: 205Dear Professor Lian,
Thank you for being such an excellent Transfiguration teacher. While I myself am a pure-blood, I found it interesting how related to muggle chemistry transfiguration is. I have certainly empires your classes so far!
I wanted to specifically thank you for the hard work and effort yippy pour in to teaching us. I may be only a first year as of now, but I am quite confident that we will have an exciting seven years if schooling ahead of us with you add the Transfiguration professor.
I must ask, will you teach us how to become summarises when we get older? I have always thought it would be cool to become one. Additionally, so you know what would happen if you tried to transfigure a solid into a liquid our a gas? I have a feeling that has the potential to be quite deadly with our without mal-intent. Well, I know I wouldn't be one to try that, especially if I would have to be the first witch ever to undertake such a risky sounding transfiguration.
Anyway, I hope that your day is going well and I must reiterate my thanks for being a splendid transfiguration professor.
Sincerely,
Katie Palsorette

Word Count: 218Dear Professor Pendrast,
I must immensely thank you for being such an excellent Professor for Defense Against the Dark Arts. It is improper that we can learn DADA, and you have done a wonderful job teaching it! I really appreciate the work you put I to teach us.
I am only a first year; however, I look forward to classes with you sure to your skilled teaching methods. Again, thank you a lot!
It is a shame that so many potentially great witches and wizards choose to taint their power with the Dark Arts, and hopefully your teaching us about how to defend ourselves against the Dark Arts from a young age will prevent more witches and wizards from going down that path.
I know my parents are prone examples of this. My parents are not truly dark witches and wizards, but they walk a fine line, as the Palsorette family is neutral leading towards Dark. I know that I don't want to turn it like my family, and I am thrilled to have such a competent Defense teacher!
Thank you again for being such a great Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher!!! I think I can safely speak on behalf of all of first years when I say I really appreciate it!
Sincerely,
Katie Palsorette

First Letter
Wednesday, Nov 4th 2020
The first the Cash about the news was when some of their classmate passed around a note saying there will be an errand about Professor Appreciation thing. As the note accidentally landed on their table, Cash open up the letter ignoring the owners of said note. Inside that note two of the students that they want to participate in it.
Soon when their last class before lunch time ended, Cash hurriedly move toward one of the classroom that held the said errand. Once Cash stepped inside the room, they nodded their head towards Alan whom they meet several times. They took an empty seat, rolled open their parchment and dip their quill into the blue ink.
Cash one more time re-read their letter. Checking and re-checking if there any grammatical and/ or spell errors in their letter. Once the purple hair think their letter is decent enough, they walked up to the fourth year and once again nodding their head, telling thank you to the fourth year for making such a nice and thoughtful errand for all the professors.Dear Professor McTavish,
Writing this letter reminded me of some errand that being held by Professor Jensen several months ago. Anyhow, I want to tell you that from the first time I stepped into your classroom, I know will love Herbology. I want to follow my mother foot steps.
You see, she is a Healer that work at St. Mungo's. Seeing her working with so many plants that can heal people inspires me to learn more about Herbology. Though Herbology are not for some people, that is not the case for me. The way you teach and explain to the class was not boring at all. Unlike some of the class that I attend.
And no Professor, I will not tell you which class that bored me due respect for all of the Professors that teach att this school. Learning about the Bouncing Bulb was fun and I always want to learn the Fire-Making Spell. I am a Second year now and I can not wait to learn more from you. Though I am not sure how I feel about the Slug-Vomiting Spell, I am sure it can be handy one day.
My learning journey at this school still five years to go, perhaps one day we can sit down and chat about how you choose the path to become a Professor in this prestige school. I will definitely be delighted if you have the time for it.
One last question to you, Prof. Among some of the mundane plants that you know of which one is more dangerous to work with or perhaps which one of the plant(s) contain deathly venom and does it have the antidote for it?.
Herbology pique my interest and make me have a lot of questions regarding the functions and usefulness of each and every plants (either it is magical or not) all thanks to you. Keep up doing what you do best and thank you for being a wicked Professor!
Best Regards,
Phoenix Cassandra Ironwoods.

Dear Professor Cypresse Lian,
First of all, I just wanted to say that I love your class! It's engaging and never fails to be the highlight of my day. Transfiguration is so interesting! How you can turn one thing into another, or into and out of thin air, it's downright intriguing.
Second of all, I appreciate you for being such an amazing professor, and, person in general. You inspire me, and push me. And you don't put up with any nonsense in your class. You're feisty and strong, and you're really funny. And, with all these amazing traits that make you an amazing person, you're also teaching us things, and you're also an amazing teacher. You may be physically more challenged with your blindness than most other people, but that didn't faze you in the slightest, and you are truly the best for the job. You work so hard and aren't ever too hard on us.
So, I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you. I appreciate you for what you do and who you are, and who you push me to be. Thank you for teaching me this year, and I hope you'll stay on as Transfiguation teacher a long time.
Sincerely,

Mentioning: @Marcus Iwasaki
Henry sat down at the desk and after finishing his first letter to the care of magical creatures professor, he was thinking about who to send the next letter to. He really didn't know many of the professors besides during class so he wasn't sure who or what to write then a certain head of house and permission for the restricted section popped into the boy's head did he take a piece of parchment and quill and begin to write.Dear Professor Iwasaki,
Professor Iwasaki, I don't know if you remember me but I'm Henry Knight; the boy who asked you the questions on the first days back at Hogwarts when you were still the caretaker which speaking of I heard you were promoted to the head of Ravenclaw? I personally always wanted to be in that house and now more than ever that I heard someone as observant and intelligent as you is the head.
Anyway I'm writing this letter because first I would like to apology for any words or actions on my end during the field day. Second, I would like to say thank you for all the help tough had been to me with my "project" it really was a lot of help even though it may not have seem like it on your end. But it was a lot of help to me and led me to the library which was more help than I could ask more or expected when I went there from the new librarian.
Also I was wondering if you could give me permission to retrieve books from the restricted section? I know you probably is thinking no but what if I help you out with paperwork and what not? I could help in the form of a assistant almost and you could give me permission to be allowed in the restricted section in the library? I understand how busy you are with your new position so no rush with getting your answer back I only ask that you think about it.
Sincerely,
Henry Knight

Henry finished his second letter and decide to read it over before placing it on top of his first. He then decided to write a third before packing up and heading to his common room but who should he write it to? Henry tapped his quill to the desk for a few minutes before leaning it in his face in attempts of thinking which professor he should write to. The boy was struggling for a bit on who to write to but after a a while thought of one, one professor that he might have annoyed in his classes due to his mind and studying of the class before he got to Hogwarts. So he picked up a piece of parchment and dip his quill in ink as he begun to write.Dear Professor Vernatis,
Hello Professor Vernatis, you probably don't know me that well and all but I'm Henry Knight a second year slytherin that does well in your class, well I have a outstanding and your currently letting me learn third year charms so I think I'm doing pretty well in your class. Anyway I'm writing to you today because first I would like to thank you for letting me study and learn third year charms it has help me personally a lot since I'm currently dealing with a few things outside of the classroom and also in dueling, I noticed because of the third year charms I learned from your classes it has given me a sort of calmness in duels so thank you a lot.
I would also like to apology for anything that I do in your class, since I notice that I tend to speak out of term or correct you in class once in a while. I do respect you Professor it's just sometimes I get ahead of myself and all and I learned I can be a but obnoxious when it comes to classes and studies so I'm deeply sorry professor and will try not to interrupt your lessons anymore or correct you or any if my fellow students.
Sincerely,
Henry Knight

Henry made his way back toward the classroom where Alan was hosting the errand since he still had two more letters to write. As he settled himself at a desk in the back and got out a piece of parchment, his quill he picked up from the Halloween errand, and a nearly empty jar of ink that's when the thinking starts. Henry begun to think which he should write to, maybe a professor or a head or house or maybe the librarian or maybe both? Wasn't their two head if houses filling in for some professors than maybe he should write to one of those?Dear Professor Jensen,
I don't know if you know me or not professor but I'm Henry Knight a second year in your house, slytherin. I know I probably haven't spoke to you much before but I would like to change that especially now that your temporary filing in as the potions professor. I always enjoyed potions and personally it's one of my favorite classes at Hogwarts so while I was deeply sadden that the old potions master resign and even through a part of me will miss his teaching, I'm glad that your temporary filling the position.
Which I would like to stay off by saying I am so sorry about that day where you walked in on me and 6 others with 7 destroyed cauldrons. Even through we can't prove it still but I will still stay that it wasn't our faults and we were innocent just the wrong place at the wrong time almost and also deciding to clean up instead of leaving.
Anyway I would like to say that I appreciate you as a head of house and professor and I am more than happy that you are filling in for potions even through it's temporary. I'm still happy that your filling in and that your my head of house.
Sincerely,
Henry Knight

Letter four
Ileen inhaled deeply and grabbed her quill for her last letter. After she had opened her mind to Professor Vernatis and had been sassy to Professor Iwasaki it was only right to share her thoughts with her Head of House. She had kept them a secret but she was sure Professor Jensen would understand that it was a compliment.
Dear Professor Jensen,
When I was sorted into Slytherin I was intimidated and unhappy. It had been the only house I had not wanted to be put into. And still, I am not comfortable there after all this time. The only person who made me believe in Slytherin and its values was and still is you. Thank you for being the role model I need and for being someone I can look up to. I participated in many of your errands and they’ve always been a lot of fun, they brought us together no matter what house we were in. Even though we had no private conversation yet, you made me feel welcome and more comfortable. You are caring and kind, just like all Professors should be.
I hope you know that my dislike of Slytherin is nothing personal and has nothing to do with you. In contrary. I admire how you are managing this house full of weird loners, and yes I know that I am one of them. Thank you for not giving up on us. Thank you for taking care of us. Thank you for being the contact person we need. Please, never leave us.
I am also really sorry for organizing the Slytherin Victory party last year. My favorite errand was the Yoga one. If you don’t mind I would love to repeat that sometimes.
Sincerely,
Ileen Knight
She had done it. With a relieved sigh she looked at her words. This had been overdue for a while now.

@Elaine PendrastDear Professor Pendrast,
Well hello there. You probably and most definitely have no clue as to who I am, and why you're receiving this letter from me. As to who I am, I'm Scarlett, from your house, Gryffindor. I'm sending this letter to you because, well, I would just like to thank you for the work you do as the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, the Gryffindor Head of House and a general adult. I must say, I do love the subject and your teaching has only heightened my interest. You are an incredible teacher, Professor Pendrast, and I hope that you will continue on being amazing, like you are. You work hard, teach well, have a self-drive and you are strong and intelligent. What more could one ask for in a teacher?
As well as this, I also have to thank you for your duties as Gryffindor Head of House. I understand it can be a stressful and difficult job, but you handle it incredibly well! Without you, Gryffindor would've fallen into chaos long ago. Your efforts are essential, and we truly appreciate them.
All in all, I appreciate everything you do for Hogwarts, whether you are grading homework, organizing all things Gryffindor or just plain doing your job on an average day. It's amazing having you for a Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher and amazing having you for our Head of House. Once again, thank you ever so much for your hard work!
Best regards,
Scarlett

Henry finished his letter and placed it in front of him as he took out another piece of parchment and dipped his quill again in his ink as he tried to think of anyone who he should write a letter to. Henry was struggling to think of any so he was about to pack up when his eyes landed on the quill in his hand, the quill he got from the trick and treating errand during Halloween at the library. Henry remembered the librarian and how she answered his questions and volunteered to help him with his "quest" to find out about his mum's family while not really since she just told him that she will keep a eye out for the name but still Henry was thankful. So he took his quill, dipped it in his ink and begun to write.Dear Professor Finley,
Professor Finley or Miss. Finley, I'm not sure if you remember me or not but I'm Henry Knight the boy who asked you the questions about the books, the name, and restricted section. I noticed that I never really thanked you properly for your help and promise that you will be keeping a eye out for the name; Knight. So when I heard about this errand I thought what better time than to thank you properly for all of your help professor and I hope the owl doesn't disturb you in the library or reading a book or seeking out a student with a library book.
Furthermore I would like to thank you for all of your help to me and others I think and also a thank you for filling in as the librarian. When I heard they hired someone for the position, I was one of the few that was escalated since I'm always there I looked forward to another who wasn't been forced to go to the library or to read books. I was looking forward to another who looked toward books for a escape and answers and from all the time I spend in the library voluntary I have to say your an amazing librarian.
So as I said I wanted to thank you for your help and take a moment to appreciate everything that you do for Hogwarts and the library.
Sincerely,
Henry Knight
PS. I was wondering if I could borrow a few books from the restricted section.
PS. Would you mind if I asked about a book or two Professor? I think their in the restricted section but I'm not sure.
Ps. I remember you said something about library assistants helping out around the library, delivering books from the restricted section, and mainly helping you, so I was wondering Miss. Finley how could I apply to become a library assistant?
