Amadea watched in anticipation as the duel continued. She was amazed that the Gryffindor had hung in for this long, even managing to attempt firing off one last spell this round. Unfortunately, he must have been fairly tired and the spell didn't even reach the tip of his wand. Whatever wand movement he had been attempting to create didn't work out and the spell never even fired off.

The Slytherins were much luckier. Both Amara and Henry's spells flew toward the Gryffindor. As they collided, Amadea watched as Alec crumpled to the floor in a similar fashion to his partner. They now both lie unconscious. This was the point at which Amadea stepped in. "Both AJ and Alec are unconscious," she announced. "Congratulations to Amara and Henry; the Slytherin team has won this duel!" She smiled at the Slytherins despite the hostility she could feel between the two. "Good job, guys!"
