The green eye now beyond irritated. Their attempted to knock all of their choosing opponent had been failed. Cash cursed under their breath. Maybe it is because the cold rain or maybe it because their shivering body. Whatever it is, Cash really need to get their head in the game.
Though people are falling from their respective brooms left and right, the house of serpent managed to score another points to the red and gold hoops courtesy of one Nico Shymane. "Woo"The beater whooped under the rain. They almost fell from their broom but they quickly catch themselves before they really do fell from it.
They green eyes are so excited with when one of their team mate successfully score two times this round. Cash gripped the shaft of their broom stick with their non dominant hand and gripped their bat with their dominant hand. The rain really getting on their nerves. Their body is shaking, because how cold the rain is, is unforgiving.
Cash swiped the rain that fall down on their face and pay close attention when the bludger come their way. When the ball of iron come at their way, Cash swing their bat will all the strength the second year has. Hoping this time hit their target. As the bludger fly out; out from them, Cash peered out to the score board. The score board now 70 - 20.
Cash will never understand why they always need to look at the score board. The green eyes really do hoping that their captain will find the snitch soon so they can get out of this damn rain.

The game had not been going quite as planned, but overall the team was holding up well. With the Gryffindor keeper preoccupied, it wasn't hard for Nico to score two more goals bringing the score to 70. Though Evelynn still had not caught the snitch, that did not stop the nerves from sending little electrical sensations throughout her body. They could still win if only-
Wait. What the hell just happened? Without explanation, Persephone raced off past the stands and off the Quidditch Pitch. The girl was new to the team. Had the pressure gotten to her? Was there some other phenomena that afflicted the girl that others could not see? Maybe she could find out later, but this was it. After months sidelined, it was her time to enter the pitch actively playing the game. She could do this. She wouldn't disappoint her few friends here and wanted a good story to bring back to her parents.

Finally, the perfect shot had lined up. From watching the trajectory of the Bludger, and the path his target was taking there was no was he going to miss this time. He angled himself just right and pulled back to strike the bludger, and barely noticed the second one coming right for his head. With a loud swear he twisted out of the way just in time for the bludger to whiz past him, missing by inches, but the movement to dodge ruined his shot and his own bludger would also go on to miss because of it.
He scowled as he looked at the opposing Beater for a few moments before he altered the course of his broom and went on the hunt once more for another target.

Bad news - they were losing. Good news - if they could get the snitch, the win would be theirs. She raised her bat to bludger the Slytherin Captain but he slid out of the way just in time. The other Gryffindor Beater tried and failed as well. Scarlett gritted her teeth. The victory was shuffling out of their hands, but the snitch would save it all. As the game continued on, a whirlwind of scarlet and emerald against a stormy grey sky, Thora couldn't help but begin to fidget, fingers dancing up and down her Silver Arrow's smooth handle. To say there was little action occurring would be inaccurate ─ no, the Quaffle continued its movement and players their pursuit ─ but there had been far less competition surrounding the Snitch than she was accustomed to. She wasn't complaining, of course, but still, her spirits began to sink as she sought out the green-clad speck that was Dan, their seeker and captain. It didn't seem as if he'd had any luck yet.
Nico continued proving her prowess as chaser, though, easily sending the Quaffle through the hoops twice more. And, of course, Quidditch wouldn't be complete without the attacks, would it? Another well-executed blatch from Alexx resulted in the only falling players for the moment, although Gryffindor was ready to save not only Evelynn, but Pierre as well. Though Thora's green eyes flicked briefly to the referee, surprised that he had somehow overlooked two blatches in a row, her attention was quickly back on the game and its players, all still mounted on a broom. No doubt those having just landed on another broom from free-fall were less comfortable than the others, though.
The time limit on Quidditch games had been lifted this season, which was currently something of a pity since Slytherin was up so much higher due to their Quaffle scores. Still, it gave them ─ well, Dan, really ─ precious time to locate and catch the Snitch that previously couldn't exactly be afforded, and that was most definitely a good thing.

In general, Alexx would say that she's usually quite unlucky with Quidditch. She usually does one or two impactful thing and then, boom. She's out. Whether it be a penalty or injury or what have you, life always managed to eject her from the game and away from her team. So maybe fate was on her side, maybe all that training had paid off, or maybe she was just that good. Either way, she'd take what she could get and run with it, because this felt like a once in a lifetime type of thing.

This can be countered by those with Sixth Sense where if you enter the topic successfully hidden, they get a roll to see if they detect you anyways. You would no longer be considered hidden if you attempt to communicate or you interact with the environment in any ways (such as trying to steal something or hit someone). Percival's heart felt like it had lept out of his chest as the boy watched both Evelynn and Pierre dive for the shiny golden orb. It seemed like luck was still on Slytherin's side, as both Gryffindors missed the snitch. The boy's breathed out a sigh of relief as he watched the members of both teams zip around on their brooms. With any luck, Dan would be able to spot the snitch soon. If he did then their chances of winning this game would be much higher.

The Gryffindor swooped down to catch their falling keeper, grasping him and pulling him onto his own broom before he could get even close to hitting the ground. Adrenaline pumping through the fourth years veins as an exaggerated sigh left his lips, glad that his house mate was safe. Taking in a sharp breath to gather himself the boy would steady his posture again. "No problem," he muttered as he gave a look over his shoulder giving the boy behind him a goofy smile that did nothing to hide the nervousness that shone behind the spark in his eyes.
The rain was pouring down mercilessly and the two boys had not much chance but to double up on the broom at least for the meantime. Nonetheless he could see a glint of metal and despite Pierre reacting frantically, Alan managed to steer his broom away from being hit by dropping to the site and doing a little screw through the air as he felt the bludger swoosh past him as it was hit away once again eventually. His breath was ragged as his heart beat against his ribs as if trying to break free. Let's do this," the older boy said, his grip tightening around the broom stick before reminding the other boy to not let go under any circumstance.

This wasn't good. This wasn't good at all. One Slytherin chaser kept coming back for more, which seemed to work unsurprisingly well, now that Pierre had abandoned his keeper position. Not to mention the mini heart-attack she got when Evelynn was hit. The good news was that all Evelynn had to do was catch the snitch and the game would be theirs. The second-year felt like a tiny ant watching eagles soar above her. There was rain spitting in her face but she couldn't bring herself to sit back down. She had to do something, but she couldn't. She felt so useless.

INTERACTING WITH: @Piérre Marchonné and @Anastasia Beckett
MENTIONING: @Rafael D'Spacito, @Alexx Séverin and the game in general
And go they went. Arms wrapped tightly around Piérre's middle, it was all that Evelynn could do to hold herself in place on the back of his Moontrimmer. For the most part, she kept herself ducked behind his frame; for every time that she peaked out from around his shoulder, she was met with a fresh torrent of icy water. There was a reason her friend had initially sought the same position as she. The Gryffindor keeper hardly needed much direction at all to follow the precarious route of the flighty little golden orb. If she hadn't known any better, she might have thought that he had somehow managed to spy it himself where even the veteran Slytherin seeker seemed to be struggling. Or so she had to assume, anyway. There was just no other explanation that she could think of that would explain his lack of presence in trailing what had thus far been a rather obvious pursuit of points.
Unfortunately—or fortunately—Evelynn wasn't left to linger long within her speculative thoughts. no sooner had she begun to wonder if perhaps it was they who had erred on to the path of an errant goose chase while their opposition pursued the real treasure than the sky dropped away from above as her stomach lofted into her throat. All of a sudden, it wasn't the clouds or the stands before her in the distance blurred by the heavy precipitation, but rather the image of a very unyielding ground rushing up to meet them. They were diving. Perhaps it might not have had the same speed and finesse as her Silver Arrow, but Evelynn surely couldn't criticize the easy elegance of the spiralling descent into which her temporary co-seeker took them.
Yet again, the image of a taunting, tantalizing snitch loomed before them drawing ever nearer. An image that grew in clarity as they drew near and demanded a level of attention so disproportionate to its size. Almost. Almost. Muscles coiled and tensed in preparation for the pivotal moment. The grab was something she had practiced countless times on her own, but only infrequently in the position of a Two-Headed Dragon. Even less so at the tail end of such a reckless dive. The level of precision with her timing would have to be bar none.
Fifteen feet. Her breath caught in her throat. Ten feet. She strengthened the grip of her hand on Piérre's uniform. Six feet. She pushed herself to a two-point position. Three. She raised her hand in preparation to strike. And as she did, so too did Piérre, apparently. As though he'd forgotten that he was not, in fact, flying solo, but rather carrying the team's seeker. Or perhaps he hadn't forgotten. As much as she pretended to ignore it, she was not ignorant of the strategies that their dear Captain had considered employing. Strategies that involved the nipping of the snitch from it's mid air flight by another member of the team to be slyly slipped to her as though the catch had been hers. Cheaters. The lot of them. It had hurt to know that there could ever be a consideration that she would not be able to perform her role as expected. That they would need someone else to do it for her. Of course, leave it to D'Spacito to hold such a notion.
Awareness of her heated distraction came with a fresh wash of icy fluid across her face with a sudden last minute shift in their trajectory. There! The snitch hovered right in front of her and she flashed out a hand to grasp it, fingers closing around...air. In horror, she watched as they sailed right passed it, a half-second delay from her distraction proving itself to be catastrophically terminal to her attempt to conclude the match right there. A hot flash of indignation coursed through her as an angered cry to swiftly reverse formed itself on her lips. But bad went to worse as, once again, the wretched image of the Headliner Editor in Chief approached all too close all too swiftly. Once again, the blow left Evelynn dizzy and disoriented, vision marred by knotted ropes of crimson as her hair, long since loosed from its careful plait by her hellbent chase, whipped across her sights in her free fall.
And once again, for better or worse, she was spared falling for long. This time, however, the recovery wasn't quite so swift. It wasn't even until several seconds after the distant and distorted query of, "Where is it?", had finally registered that she even realized who it was that had caught her, or that the hands she had wrapped to cling with a survivor's vice to the other girl's tunic shook with greater fervour than could be explained simply by the chill of the flight. Without reply initially, the redhead buried her brow into Beckett's back, expression straining as she fought to keep her wits and overcome the mounting pain that coaxed her to give in and concede.
Where is it. Where is it. The question replayed like a mantra in her thoughts, giving her something concrete upon which to focus. Where is it. Still, it wasn't easy to ignore the battering she had taken from the bludger and the two consecutive blows from the beastly blonde. And for once that match, she had to admit that perhaps the rain really wasn't all that bad. At least then, noone would question a dampened visage. Where is it. She lifted her head from it's anchor to peer cautiously towards where she had last seen the snitch and raised a hand from Beckett's tunic to point in the direction of the fleck of gold.
The chase was back on.
