[font=Monotype Corsiva]As Enzo listened to Charles speak about how he left his family, it made him long to do the same but he knew it was a completely unrealistic wish and that he'd never be able to get away with it. The fact that Charles had the appearance of an older teenager was rather lucky. Although Enzo didn't always seem or act like an 11 year old, he certainly would not be able to pull off a feat like that.
"Wow you've got guts, I'll give it to you. But I actually think you're lucky, because quite frankly going off on your own sounds like a blast"

Enzo smirked a bit when he was told that he nailed the British English accent. When he spoke normally he still had a pretty visible french accent so he took note of it and was glad to know that if he wanted to, there's a chance that he could fool a couple of gullible people later on.
"Ah, I see. Actually my parents wanted me to learn a few other languages too but they first wanted me to perfect my English so I haven't gotten around to it yet" He replied with a small shrug after Charles explained how he had come about learning French while Enzo had then reached out for another glass and then took a sip of it.

"Luck? Pfft, like I need it" He said with the tiniest hint of a chuckle slipping out. Now the topic of brooms on his mind, his competitiveness started to bubble inside him excitedly hoping dearly that he would be able to partake in a Racing event soon.

Enzo hadn't gotten a lot of opportunities to have some proper fun in the last little while so he first responded with a small shake of his head.
"Unfortunately I've not created much mischief as of late since my mother is allowing me next to no freedom as per usual... But when she looks away for even a second, I aim to go big" He told Charles in a nonchalant/sly tone then drank some more of the beverage before he asked
"And you? Caused any trouble lately? "

[font=Monotype Corsiva]Enzo was pretty surprised at how famously he was getting along with this Durmstrang boy. He normally preferred not to interact or associate himself with other kids but this boy had been very warm to him even after Enzo blatantly insulted his kind offer which was sort of odd but somewhere in Enzo's typically aggravated self he appreciated it.

Charles got it right on when he guessed that Enzo was intentionally bluffing by pretending that he didn't know English so he didn't have to learn another language. It wasn't that he was opposed to learning other languages, actually, it would be wicked to know how to speak a different tongue, but it was just that he wanted to learn them on his own accord and without being forced. Honestly, most of the reasoning behind Enzo's actions were just to spite his parents.

"I doubt that" He scoffed snarkily under his breath after Charles told him that he would need luck to beat him. Afterwards, Enzo nodded then responded smugly to the question related to causing some trouble.
"Sounds good to me. I'm always up for a little deviltry "

As Enzo took one last sip of his drink finishing it off as he suddenly remembered that he had forgotten to keep an eye on the time meaning that there was a possibility that his mother would be either on the way or even at their house already. "Merde" he mumble to himself almost inaudibly. He looked around trying to find a clock as he asked "Charles, do you by any chance know what time it is?"

[font=Monotype Corsiva]Pissing family members off was definitely up Enzo's alley. He would probably have attempted to do so way more often if his parents hadn't let him go to Beauxbatons, but since they had Enzo was trying to somewhat dial down shenanigans because he was worried that if he did something that upset them greatly they would change their minds and not allow him to go to the French wizarding school. He couldn't let that happen.. but, as long as "the trouble" didn't have anything to do with his parents they would never find out, so what was the harm? So, he nodded, accepting the invitation to get into some mischief and said
"Of course I am in. Anything to get out of the clutches of my parents"

Enzo stared at the polished and fancy looking wristwatch secured tightly on Charles's wrist and confirmed that it was indeed 4:04, meaning that he definitely needed to make his way back to the house.
"Yes, that would be great. I think my mother will be getting home soon so I should head out now" He replied to the offer to use floo powder. It would make things quite a bit more convenient if he could use that method of transportation instead of his own two feet which were relatively fast but not fast enough in this circumstance.
"Can you take me there now?"

[font=Monotype Corsiva]Enzo quickly climbed up the stairs after Charles until they reached the third floor. Enzo had been looking around curiously the entire time because he had never been to that part of the leaky cauldron before. He knew there were rooms but he had never seen them for himself. He nodded when Charles explained how he had managed to get a hold of a room there. Enzo hadn’t even thought about that since he was so distracted by looking around.

He watched Charles unlock the door to his room then waited for him to go in before following. He made his way to the fireplace as well then ducked under the mantle then turned to face Charles. What happened next had surprised Enzo greatly. Charles handed him his watch. Enzo stared at it resting in the palm of his own hand with eyebrows raised. He glanced up at the boy in front of him and paused for a few seconds before murmuring a quiet ”Thanks”

His hand then closed and he lowered it while he grasped the watch tightly, then reached out for the floo powder. Charles told him something in another language and he quite obviously didn’t understand but it actually didn’t bother him. He gave Charles a small nod of the head then replied ”Salut, till next time” and with that he softly but clearly stated his next destination and was off in a puff of green smoke.
