@Evelynn DecipioEverything happened in a blur. Piérre was away from the hoops, so that was a quick 30 points up for Slytherin. However, he had been placed on catch duty.. along with Ana.
Once a bludger passed by him, causing a surprised yelp to come from the Britalian, but he dodged it rather smoothly nonetheless, feeling the chilly wind coming past the iron ball. As panicked thoughts ran through his mind, he saw Evelynn falling. With a 'stirrup kick' to his broom, Piérre divebombed the ground, feeling the wind whistling on both sides of him, snagging Evelynn from below.

And the next round began. As Alexx moved over to Evelynn to shove her off her broom, Nico zoomed full speed towards the Quaffle. The hood briefly slipping off her head by the friction. But just like her, Gryffindor would soon sent their Chaser, Alan.
Nico knew who he was and yet there was a certain sadness in her eyes. As he nearly got his hands on their price, he seemed to be... disctracted. His mind out of it for a while. The redhead didn't take any chances and swiftly caught the Quaffle, elegantly tossing it through the hoops.
The crowd went wild and her face went red. She wasn't used to being the center of attention. It only made her cheeks flush more as she ended up scoring two more times. Truth be told, their Keeper wasn't anywhere near the rings, but a score was a score.
Still, she felt it wasn't completely deserved, that she just got lucky. The victory for this round felt bittersweet. The excitement of the crowd however did make her abit excited aswell. A humble giggle slipping from underneath her hood. Flying back into position, Nico couldn't help but give a shy wave at her peers. It felt odd to be watched by so many eyes. Especially when you end up scoring for your team.
But... Maybe she could go tell Quinn once the game is over. Surely he'd be proud of her.Action : Doing as strategized

Effect: You are very distracting to look at. This increases the Control DC of spells in duels and adventures by +2 as well as the DC for finding things in adventures or the DC for finding the snitch in a game of Quidditch. This ability does not stack.
Unsetteling Aura
A Dhampir's Unsettling Aura becomes noticeable. This is created by their presence. It is that uncanny feeling one gets where the small hairs on the back of their neck stand on end and the flesh on their arms turn to gooseflesh. It is as if the room itself was turned down by several degrees and one's heart was filled with a foreboding sense.
Effect: This represented as a 10% auto-fail rate for anyone besides the Dhampir (or other Dhampirs) to perform an action or cast a spell. Unfortunately, this prevents a dhampir from being hidden (entering stealth) when in use. As such any attempts to be hidden in a topic while this is on would automatically fail. However, a dhampir can turn off their aura at the cost of an action (unlike those that have the ability terrible presence) and as an action turn back on their aura. This ability does not stack in intensity when multiple Dhampirs have it activated.
Broom : Tinderblast
In the role of Chaser, as a free action if the user of this broom is successful in the quafflegrab they can as a free action pass the Quaffle to another user in an attempt to score. There is a chance of the quaffle being intercepted, however due to the fact that the user is "so fast" with the quaffle this would be considered "surprising" and the attempt to score would be done at +3 accuracy by the player it was passed to in an attempt to score.
Note: The attempt to score would be an automatic attempt by the user that catches the passed quaffle.

With another heavy swing he connected with a bludger and sent it flying towards...empty air. Gah! Kyle would swear to himself as he swerved around to come to a stop. He sat in the rain for a moment, running his hand through his hair to slick it back out of his face. He really needed to come up with a more permanent solution for this while flying around. He saw their seeker get creamed and knocked off her broom, but luckily was nabbed from the air so they were still in the game for now.
Kyle looked around through the heavy rain before he once again zoomed off on the hunt for both another bludger and an intended target for his next strike. He was going to clobber somebody, he had to if he ever wanted to prove he belonged on the team.

The fourth year was not all that useful around this time in the game as he had not managed to grab the quaffle even once and it was a little frustrating. He knew that the other team's player possibly had more practice after all the Gryffindor was currently playing his very first game but nonetheless he wanted to be better not only to win but also because his team was more or less relying on him to do his very best. Alan would slightly nod to himself, before taking a deep breath. He got this. Right?

Ana cringed slightly as Slytherin scored 3 times in a row. That wasn't ideal. Still, Decipio seemed to have caught sight of the Snitch, so Quaffle points weren't a guarantee of anything. With a glance at the green blob that Ana was fairly sure was the Slytherin seeker, she breathed a small sigh of relief. Generally, when a Seeker actually had eyes on the Snitch, they would be moving to find it pretty immediately. That didn't seem to be the case there. Of course, with the rain, it was hard to tell who was who. She was soaked to the bone now, and her hair seemed to have decided that staying in the braid she had carefully woven simply wasn't the best course of action at the moment, instead opting to paste as many stray hairs to her face as possible.
Turning her attention back to Decipio, Ana inhaled sharply as the other Gryffindor was hit by a bludger. Decipio seemed alright for the moment, but Ana decided to keep an eye on her since a hit like that couldn't be much fun. She heard the announcer's voice and swiveled her head to see what he was saying, her attention diverted for a moment. When she turned back, Decipio seemed to have fallen off her broom but was fortunately caught by a red blob. Biting her lip and squinting through the rain, she set about her next moves.
Long story short, I survived

Damn. She fell, and Charlie had no choice but to grip his teeth and watch as the game played out. It wasnt looking too hot- he was genuinely scared for her... It looked like she took a hit- and Pierre was just quick enough to catch her. Jealous? Maybe a little bit, since the "honor" of flying that Tyrant was something he remember quite well (his scalp remembered it too.) But he was far too concerned with the game to be worrying about Jealousy or friendship. They had to win.

She and the team's Seeker, Evelynn something or another, had attempted a manoeuvre known as an Alley-Oop, a rather ridiculous name in her opinion. Unfortunately, it had failed, leaving Scarlett embarrassed and Gryffindor...was snitch-less the word? Anyway, that was better than Slytherin. It seemed like their Seeker hadn't even seen the snitch. Dan breathed deeply and calmed down. He was not that kind of person. His online gamer rage was coming to the surface. There were still options and avenues to take.
And anyway, Nico had scored three goals in a row. They now had 1/3 of the snitch's point total. So it wasn't like there was nothing going their way. In fact, once he thought about it, there was really only one hangup that happened. Sure, it was the most important thing to get hung up on, but one problem in a sea of successes wasn't the end of the world... right?
Dan knew precisely what to do.
He looked at the appropriate players, and gave various signals that they had all memorized. This HAD to work. It simply had to.
