History/Background
Romah was born into a middle-class farming family in Down Ireland. Her mothers name is Jinx McCartney. Her fathers name is Hank Neobey. She has an older sister name Hecate. Hecate is older than her by 4 years.Her family previously believed that Hecate was a squib but she got her letter from Beauxbatons instead of Hogwarts. No one knows why but she accepted the letter and packed her bags when she was ready. Romah also has 2 little brothers, twins Sam and Sal. Sal is older but much quieter and reserved. Her brothers are 7 years old. Her family is constantly having competitions. She is very dedicated to learning and absolutely loves animals, both magical and non. Fitness is very important to her but she also is very interested in books. Culture is an important to her family so from a very young age she learned how to do Irish step dancing, play the tin whistle, fiddle and cello. She also was taught many traditional Irish songs such as The Star of the County Down and The Wind That Shakes the Barley. She was also taught how to play the bodhrán, a Irish handheld drum. On Saturday evenings she might be found in the rehearsal room playing one of those instruments.
